Harbar - Akaroa - Photo album

good view. drinks were reasonably priced at NZD$12 for a pint of IPA and NZD$20 for their gin cocktail. Menu seemed really small though (perhaps due to the staff shortage), with only tacos making up most of the menu.
Slow cooked ribs were amazing and highly recommended. The atmosphere is great and the views are breathtaking specially at sunset. The wait for a seat was a bit disappointing, but the staff did an amazing job.
Great spot by the water in Akaroa. Only stopped for a drink around 2pm on a Friday afternoon as the wait for food was 45 minutes! The tacos coming out looked amazing though.
Sat at one of the windows outlooking the akaroa harbour while the sun set. Had 3 boys beer and great pizza. The staff were friendly and great atmosphere. Great little place for romantic date
Excellent sunset spot for a drink! The food was delicious, but we waited for about an hour for pizzas on a Friday night. Would rather go here for a drink than dinner because of the long wait.
Amazing tacos and service. The fish tacos were my favorite, but barbacoa, pulled pork and halloumi were loved by my family. Thank you!
What an amazing find! Lured by the gorgeous live music, we enjoyed coffee and kebabs. A great location on the waters edge. A small venue but so worth a visit!!
Quiet spot in the winter but friendly attentive waitress, tacos were pretty good (the beef could use some brightening up with salad fresh herbs, but pork and fish pretty good), chip’s delicious and mulled wine was alright.
Great location and good food and drink. Only there for a drink and bar snack but all was really good. Busy at key times so try to book!
The three of us enjoyed a taco lunch with a Three Boys IPA, and our friend had a Roots gin from the extensive gin menu. Food was simple but fresh, tasty and reasonably priced. Service, friendly and attentive View and venue, stunning The only comment is that the music was a bit loud but got turned do
Very busy place on the water next to the main beach in Akaroa. Only stopped for a drink as the food wait was too long due to under staffing.
This is a very popular place and I think it is the best place to see the sunset in Akaroa. You will need to book as everytime I walked past it was full. Had a lovely glass of wine and yummy pizza.
Fish Tacos were yummy, great location on the water. Was pretty hot when we were there in late Jan. Service was good kids had pizza which was pretty good. I had two tacos but could have eaten 3. Good drinks list
Top bar eatery, staff are great and the view is the best.
This is the Tiny House, the menu isn’t the same as you see here but the pizza is the best I had in Nz so far 🤩 and the view with the sunset, just wow
Excellent spot to have a beer or 2 as close as you can get to the water in safety, especially in the late afternoon, although it can get a bit hot if the sun is out. Visited by many tourists, with a strong french presence. We ordered a pint and were given an alternative glass since they had run out.
Friendly staff and the best hot chips I've had in a long time, and the beers are cold.
