The Bach - Akaroa - Photo album

Lovely setting. Food was decent and live music was great.
Lovely outdoor area, inside area is a bit dated. The food was really good and the coffee was good too.
The food was absolutely delicious. The best spaghetti Bol my daughter had ever had- and she is a very fussy diner. The pasta was wonderful. Service was great- to the point where I couldn't walk back to where we were staying due to an injured knee so the waitress took me in her car. Above and beyond.
Had great eggs benedict and crepes here!
Fantastic Croissants, light and fluffy with little oil. Definitely worth visiting for breakfast or lunch if you are down for a dolphin cruise.
Beautifully presented delicious food. Outdoor courtyard is shady in the sun with rustic garden features. The beetroot salad was especially delicious. Plenty of space for prams and wheelchairs to get around.
We had breakfast here, it was very good and the coffee is good too. They have a play area for the kids that helps keeping them busy. The play area needs some attention however.
Pleasant outdoor seating. Servers were nice. Had GF bread, but did not have GF scones on the day I visited.
Welcoming staff. We turned up at 2.30 for lunch which was no problem on a sunday. Had a wine and pizza in the garden. Authentic pizza (thin base) and hot chips.
Great cafe situated on the main street of Akaora. Ordered the Seafood Chowder and Meatlover pizza and it was delicious. Waiters were friendly and the restaurant also offers free WiFi.
