Review Vero Cafe - Albany

This is an amazing cafe that I highly recommend!! The atmosphere is very friendly and staff are super kind. The coffee is also delicious 🥰

Great little family run Cafe. Service is friendly, food was pleasantly, surprisingly fresh and delicious. You won't be completely wow-ed but definitely won't be disappointed. Highly recommended by the surrounding community, cleanliness is average though, could do a better job here, but otherwise good, I'd come back for the French Toast, anyway. Easy, free parking as a bonus.

A beautiful cafe, the coffee was excellent and for me perfectly cooked bacon/eggs. A really nice touch with the table mat. Kind of tucked away and overlooking the motorway, but I'll be back.

Amazing food and exemplary service. Location, ambiance and yummy food to add to the experience. Andrew is just awesome and he makes every visit a pleasure. You can see him smiling and that’s him all the time!

As soon as you walk in, you are greeted by the lovely staff. Their staff were friendly, inviting, positive, and hospitable. Food took some time to arrive and were good. Overall, it was a place I would go back to because of how nice the people were.

Fabulous hosts, so friendly, efficient and nothing is too much trouble. Sometimes the bacon is a bit hit and miss, everthing else though, is consistently great. Muffins are so yummy and always fresh. Really love this place, it can be a wee bit pricey though for what you get. and other places are cheaper. In saying that though, it is a great place for breaky, morning tea or lunch. Give it a go, meet the wonderful owners order from the menu or cabinet and just enjoy.

We went here for Fathers Day (five of us) - found it through Google reviews. Didn’t even know this place existed - a little hidden gem of a cafe! The couple looking after front of house were absolutely lovely - smiles and a sense of humour go such a long way. The food was yummy, we had the eggs Benedict with bacon and brioche French toast - totally delicious. Coffees and smoothies yum, all in all, a wonderful place to eat that we thoroughly recommend and will come back to.

They managed very well with such a big group, as there were 18 of us!

Two of our group had eggs Benedict, well presented and delicious, I had a muffin which was very nice, the meat pie looked great in a crockery bowl but unfortunately was a 3 out of 10. All hot drinks were great. Andrew was friendly, efficient and attentive, we were at an outside table with two dogs and fresh water and treats were given to the dogs which was really appreciated. We recommend and will be back

Great local cafe with really friendly service. Consistently good coffee. They use real chocolate in their mocha and in the hot chocolate that you stir in to melt.

The service is warm and welcoming, the setting is spacious and comfortable, my favourite cafe in Auckland.<br/><br/>Everything I order is well presented and delicious.<br/><br/>The vegetarian french toast is amazing, highly recommended.

Great menu and even greater service! I'm yet to be disappointed by this cafe, tucked away in a relatively quite location it's an ideal place for breakfast/lunch dates.

Delicious food. I am a reoccurring customer. I come with my dog and the staff love to have dogs around :) The service is amazing, Andrew remembers my usual order, that when someone buys something for me they can just say "Amber's Usual"

Been there couple times .very friendly staff.I love the coffee there,but not a big fan of the breakfast. Bit too expensive for what you get.

I like this place, it is a short stroll from my parents house in Unsworth heights(opposite z station and Albany Basin medical centre). I have only tried their coffee and it is one of the best as they use really good coffee beans(Altura) and their staff are polite and friendly. They are also open om Saturday and possibly sunday(not 100% sure)

Vero cafe is my number one favorite spot to go to. I try not to go anywhere else because I am just amazed and impressed with how this tiny cafe operates. The staff are absolutely amazing and make me feel welcomed. The food is always 10/10 and whenever I ask for anything extra they always go above and beyond. It is my regular spot that I've taken friends and family and even they are just as impressed. I always enter the cafe and someone is always there to greet me with a smile and they even know what coffee I have before I even need to tell them! I love vero cafe and will continue to support an amazing business.

Excellent muffins and cheese scones; very nice coffee; excellent service, remembers us from previous visits. Have visited for morning coffees only so far but imagine that meals would be just as excellent.

One of my usually place to in Greenwich way, very helpful and cheerful staff, the food is very freshly made, its a place you can feel home and relaxed. I'm a huge fun of their Blat with fries, it's very yummy.

Good coffee, good food, good service, good atmosphere, good music everything is so good at Vero Cafe. A nice a quiet place to have a coffee and meeting up with friends\family. For this reason I highly recommend going to the VERO CAFE 👍👍👍

This cafe has got to be one of my favourites. Their service is outstanding and standard of food is consistently amazing, not to mention receiving the perfect coffee every time. The staff are always helpful and go out of their way to make for a great experience. Cannot recommend this cafe enough!

The service here is excellent and the staff very friendly. The Prawn & Broadbean Risotto was nice and a good selection on the menu. They also do good breakfasts.

For a local cafe this place is always a pleasant experience. The food is packed full of flavour and the coffee is always perfect. The best part is the amazing customer service! Keep up the good work!
