Honestly the best burger I had ever tried in Auckland, the consistency of taste and the size... Trully fulfilled my hunger, especially after you had a full day swimming on the beach and had lost many calories. Oh, they're also opens up until 10pm 👌 Truly a good place for someone who wanted to eat late at night or some office worker who tends to do some overtime (: Thank you Burger Fuel.

Honestly loved it. Every time I come the food is consistently delicious, and dripping with flavour. Staff interact well with customers and aren’t afraid to approach you.

Real good service and food was top quality as always. Had some nice dancey tunes in the background as well whilst eating. Overall very happy.

Customer Service was welcoming and very friendly. They all knew the menu well and made the overall burger dining experience one to remember. Would recommend to anyone needing a well made kiwi burger.

Ordered the V-twin veg and Kumara fries. Food came out fast and well presented with great service. Would recommend the burger as a good vegetarian option as it is filling and fresh. The kumara fries were perfectly crispy and seasoned. Also the staff were quite friendly and fast to wipe down the tables.

Got a Chick*n Little, spud fries and a soy thickshake. Never disappoints, everything was great. Really hoping they make the Chick*n Little a permanent part of their menu 🤞

Just top notch burgers, the tang and pickle flavour is always on point. The only thing I dearly miss is the option to add a fried egg but you can't always get what you want. Still a certified banger

Really modern vibe! Quick service and friendly staff. But damn! Those burgers are next level!!! It’s soo juicy and tender! It just brought my standards up in terms of burgers! I order American muscle double patty, with no cheese (so I can taste the beef) and yep it did not disappoint 🥳🥳🥳 I’ll definitely be back! It’s worth the extra $$$ instead of going to McDonald’s 😎😎

The staff helped use the app for the first time, very helpful! Food came out hot as ever, not like a cold cheeseburger from maccas… the music playlist is always good aswell!

Ordered my food for the first time on the burger fuel app. The store was really good about it and showed me where to locate my GST invoice. Very good cuatomer experience and the food was awesome. Keep it up team.

The interior fitout is pretty good, staff are well trained and friendly and the food is great all things considered (being a chain fast food) and the pricing is ok for what you get. I ordered the double muscle and portion size was spot on (very large) even though the taste was slightly different to what I was expecting (it was slightly sweet - not sure if it the pickle was the culprit or the sauce) and the fries were much better than any other fast food joint. The 2 patties must have had 300+ gr worth of mince combined...

Yuuuum. Burger was so good and was presented really nicely too. The staff were all really nice and helpful and greeted us as we walked in. Definitely recommend this branch of burger fuel

Very friendly staff and perfect burgers. I tried Albany, Windsor park, and Takapuna so far, and Albany serves the best food!

The best burgers. They always taste fresh and the patties are juicy. It also only takes 10 -12 mins for your order to be ready. Also, the service is always great!

Can't really go wrong with burgerfuel. The burgers are a little pricey but they're definitely filling and taste pretty damn good. The kumara fries and motorbites too (and of course their aoli!). It's also worth signing up to the VIB membership to score some deals!

Normally we love burger fuel, but tonight we called burger fuel Albany and went straight to answer phone stating they are too busy to answer phones so order online.. no bigger we ordered the food with ASAP pick up option, once paid it stated it would take 33 minutes until it was ready, we were a bit stunned with the wait time but no biggie, when we turned up for pick up they said 2 minute wait, after waiting a further 20 minutes in store our food was ready. Once we got home the chip packets were half full and cold with no aioli, burgers were jumbled in the bags. We were not impressed especially as burger fuel is not the cheapest option.

I enjoyed the C N cheese burger (the cheese and truffle marscarpone is so good) and kumara fries. Service is great, ordered online and had it there so no delays. Not a very big Burgerfuel, but there are a couple of bigger tables that can be shared. There is a long seat for people waiting to pick up their takeaway. The lighting is brighter than the stores in the city and makes it more vibrant and visible.<br/>There are plenty of parking outside and in the carpark upstairs behind the store but during peak hours you may have to wait a while to find parking.

Tasty burgers, staff are all well educated in regards allergies and dietary requirements. I've been to a lot of burgerfuel stores and this one is definitely one of the top ones.

Usually, Burgerfuel Albany has great service and delicious, big burgers. There's a slightly longer wait than other fast food places on most occasions. We regularly order from Burgerfuel Albany<br/><br/>Lastnight, my husband and I waited for almost an hour (ordered at 6:43, received at 7:35) to receive our order of 2 burgers, 4 fries and a milkshake to take away. I recieved mine a full 20 minutes ahead of him recieving his, apart from the milkshake. It had been slightly busier than usual, however by the time we received our food (which happened just after complaining about the wait, as did another customer) it was quiet.<br/><br/>When we got home our burgers and chips were soggy and cold, and mine had way too much beetroot on it. We both ended up throwing half of our meal in the bin. Such a waste, especially considering that it's not a cheap burger place.<br/><br/>Please improve your communication skills and service.

As the premium fastfood option, BurgerFuel sure has made a strong statement as an icon of hard and heavy server of burger experiences for the burger connoisseur. <br/><br/>The burgers are definitely a notch above other mainstream outlets, and you really feel they deliver some palpable value for the marketing and pricing strategies the chain purports itself to be.<br/><br/>What befalls the  the number of parking spaces is severely in serious shortage, and given the large number of businesses in close proximity and a multitude of parking signs, all of which are almost impossible to see during night time, one could be forgiven that their car will be towed away at any given moment.

This is our go to burger fuel on the shore, we find our burgers taste the best here and are always happy with our meal. Odd time the burger hasn’t been the best because we’ve came just before closing time but other than there pretty good, just need to be kept warmer

Went in around 9:10pm to redeem the 'world burger day voucher' told the voucher was not valid after 9pm. Which I immediately knew was not true. However I did not want to argue and happily paid for my meal. Terms and conditions on voucher strictly stated that the voucher was valid on the day until closing. Other than that experience food is amazing, just a poor judgement made from one of the cashiers.

Our favourite BF store on the shore. Service can be slow at times but you can see more care is put into their food than at some other branches we've frequented. Food is very tasty.

I've always liked BurgerFuel. Yes it is quite pricey but the portions are large (Family of four 4 burgers, 4 fries about $66.00 without drinks) . I always order the CnCheese burger and I always enjoy it. My kids order the Bastard without bacon and Chicken Flame Thrower. High quality ingredients all grass fed, I love it. <br/>Just one thing I dont like is their new decision to introduce plates for dine in.  I always liked my burger wrapped on a tray , makes it feel authentic.

Come here for lunch even now and again because I always crave a good burger, and they always deliver. Staff are always friendly and upbeat. Music is always pumping and you can hear the sizzling of the food. There is plenty of parking, if you can't get a park out front there is heaps out back which u can walk into burgerfuel from the back which is totally cool. I always get the same BIOFUEL as its a classic kiwi burger, pattie lettuce egg beetroot yum yum! And I love the milkshakes from here also!!

Had late night snack here, my friend and I ordered burn out and flame thrower - Both delicious. Even though they were closing we were very late, manager & chef made us burgers because we were hungry. Needless to mention burger fuel is the best burger fast food chain over all the american crap chains. Always vouch for healthy ingredients :)

Always good hearty food but this place can never run on time. Online order and still wait 15 minutes longer than quoted. <br/>Too many customers accept this standard and we will continue to wait!<br/>

Good service - The staff are friendly and really attentive to what's going on in their store.<br/><br/>Food is always good, but I've noticed this branch is always really quick (and accurate with their wait times). The menu has quite a good range of chicken, beef and veggie options so there's something for everyone.<br/><br/>Definitely a branch I would recommend! :)

After hearing about this place for so long I had to try it when I was over in NZ last week. Was pretty impressed by the tofu burger. As a non meat eager it is hard to find decent tasting veg burgers but this one did the job. My partner unfortunately had a hair in his burger which was a big turn off and the staff took too much convincing for them to make a new burger which would be points down for me there. Otherwise nice burgers at an okay price.

Well done on having such a friendly and polite young crew on duty this Saturday night. Working hard and professionally and not looking like they're watching the clock for quitting time.

Went here awhile ago with my family, the team working were very friendly and were able to cope with how busy it was, they made sure that every customer left with a smile. They gave my family a great service!

We went to Burger Fuel, Albany tonight after the gym. It was a pretty busy night by the looks of it, but were able to get a table. The staff were very friendly and served us promptly. I had the C N Cheese burger and chocolate 'shake. The burger was fresh, tasty, and very filing; the 'shake cool and thick. A pleasant experience. Would recommend to friends, family, and followers.

Second time here, after about a year, thought we'd give it another go....and yes exactly the same under cooked semi raw burgers.   Absolute rubbish, don't go here when it's busy as they will give you food poisoning!

Basically you can't go wrong the fresh great ingredients to the happy, quirky, tattooed staff, the lemon aoli is amazing and gourmet ingredients top it all off. Best burgers in new zealand

Always amazing. Would reccomend c n cheese, doubble meat , add bacon with bear batter fries. Awesome service could not fault these guys ever. Only reason why it's not a five is sometimes can take a little time to get orders but that's just because BF is popular.

Our family really enjoyed the burgers we ordered from this outlet last night! Perfectly cooked tasty beef plus salad....it really is a step up from your regular fast food burger place, and I feel they are a lot healthier.   Very efficient friendly service.  Look out for their vouchers and special deals online, there is always something going.

Let down! Was so hyped to finally try burgerfuel but was so average!! Didn't enjoy it at all to be honest. Soggy kumera fries. Must have been a bad batch of aioli too as I love that stuff but burgerfuels one tasted sour. Burger was dissapointing too.

Burger fuel is my life. Huge burgers, huge flavour, HUGEEEEEE! I can't get over burger fuel no matter how hard I try. It's definitely my guilty pleasure.<br/><br/>Also, HOW is the aioli so good?? I love getting kumara fries from here. <br/><br/>I'd recommend that you don't get a burger in the lettuce - doesn't taste so good! You need the real deal. Try a burger. Their burgers here are fantastic. My favourite would be the Burnout or the other two chicken burgers. I love the limited edition flavours that burger fuel comes up with too!<br/><br/>Funky environment, friendly staff, quick service and most importantly, yummy burgers!

Always love bfuel and Albany has upped their game recently- such friendly and attentive staff and burgers made to perfection! Keep it up! One improvement would be to have tap water/chilled water for free with glasses to go with the meal - already expensive now there are no combo deals so should not have to buy water.

You can never go wrong with Burger Fuel. They are the best burger purveyors! Absolutely love their Chocolate Malt Shake. Thick as glue and delicious as heck!

We like the staff here, they are nice and friendly. The burgers are consistently great and our custom used orders are always prepared accurately. We go there once a fortnight and they are very consistent. Especially the dude with the piercings - he is a great front of house worker.

I worked at this Burger Fuel a few years back when they had a different store manager &amp; I still go in from time to time for lunch. The owner of the Albany store also owns a few other stores in Auckland and is great to deal with if you every have a complaint (I've seen it first hand). This Burger Fuel has recently been redecorated and it looks great. The staff are pretty 'cool' like in most of the Burger Fuel stores. The food is always good and cooked nice and quick. The hambugini diablo is my favourite. Worth a try, the redecorated interior is fantastic.

Bad burger fuel! Drive to another one! I ordered the beetnik which came without beetroot! and it was supposed to have melted chedder and it wasn't. The large spud fries were half full... worst burger fuel I've ever been to.

I LOVE this restaurant....they have the best vegetarian burgers, they are very conscious of this fact, so cook the veggie patties in their own grill away from the meat.... that is amazing in NZ! The meat burgers also seem excellent...just not personally eaten any!! Ask for a duffer when you go!
