Grade A!! Ordered Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict $24.50 But upgraded to the Potatoe, Garlic and herb Rosti for extra $2.50 Love love loved the Hollandaise Sauce and Rosti was delicious! Eggs were perfectly poached and was super fulfilling. Staff was great and the place was super clean.

Pleasant barista. Good coffee. Welcoming manager. (or is she the owner?) Plenty of food choices. (A lady at the next table had a substantial-looking lunch, for example.) Comfortable seating. View out towards the Albany Stadium.

Went there 2 weeks ago for a afternoon snack, was really good, the place was quiet and staff was friendly. Good quality food aswell as their iced coffee is very good aswell. Had the Gluten-free Tacos with cheese, very tasty. Anytime again also nice sitting on the sheltered balcony. Cheers

This is my goto. The food is always lovely. The service is always quick and professional. One minor annoyance: Some of the salt and pepper shakers are poor quality. Those ones take a lot of work to get small amounts.

1st time here today as had become a vip member and also my birthday. . Paid for meal and after realizing, thinking it was more than I should have paid queried after our lunch and was pleased to receive a $ 9 refund. Thank you. PS cake was Devine.

Had a lovely catch up here. Great vibe. Barista made our coffee fast as she was listening to us giving our order. Much appreciated! The store was clean and staff friendly. Coffee was great!!!

Great coffee, really loved my food and the staff were very accommodating. A bit for affordable than it's competition cafes around the mall as well and the quality is always good, more than happy to go back again and again

Very very dishonest. My parents used their VIP club benefit to purchase a buy one free one coffee on friday, 10 July 2020. The lady who works there outright lied to them that the deal only applies on Monday to Wednesday, where it should have been all day, everyday as listed on the website! They never had any issue with any of the Coffee Club branch and not only that, they have been regular customers too over the years. Management, I suggest you look into this. The last thing you want is your staff turning away all the regular senior customers because of poor conduct.

Good taste of coffee

Went here with my family, beef nachos were dry and gross, the mince tasted like it had been sitting in fridge for a week put on some corn chips with grated cheese on top then microwaved. My nan ordered a cheese, tomato, ham toastie, was dry, came out semi cold and could tell tomatoes were old and water logged. Told them food wasn’t very nice and they just say “ok I’ll tell cheif” that’s it. Not coming back here what a waist of $80

We love Coffee club but this restaurant at the mall needs some work. It is looking tired, the crockery is badly worn (see photo of teapot) and it is very noisy

This is so far the Best Coffee Club in Auckland. We have tried so many places but the Albany mall one is too good in it’s service. The Manager and Staff all are so hardworking and courteous. They make sure you are served and service has always been superb. A big shoutout to their staff! We have been a fan of their Chicken schnitzel ciabatta but now our new favourite is the Souther style chicken Ciabatta sandwich. The coffee club is the best go to place for you brunch or any meal. Would totally recommend to everyone.

One of my favorite coffee spots in Albany, easy to find parking and friendly staff and always a great place to meet someone but avoid groups.

The food is great.. sorry once the food got on the table.. we took no time to wait to put the food in our mouth.. definitely better one of the better place in the area.

As a regular of the Coffee Club I was very disappointed with the Chilli Nachos my daughter and I were served this evening. Very Dry minced beef with no real flavour. I should have taken it back to the server to be honest! Very average 😣<br/>

Neat & tidy place.Food is average ,not too great.We ordered sweet potato wedges & calamari as side which was ok to have. Nothing exciting.Staff is prompt & helpful

Awful! Worst beef nachos I have ever had. Minimal sour cream and avocado, and no salsa, dry dry dry! My wife got the calamari and it was soggy. This place cares more about the dollar than customer. It shows in their food. Will never go back.

First time reviewer.  Alerted staff at counter to three water glasses from the clean glass selection being unwashed, in view that they might want to check the rest of their glasses in case someone accidentally put out the wrong ones, glasses were taken off me by someone of authority, I was left hanging, not even acknowledged, without alternative glassware.  Premises outside needed a spring clean too. Disappointed with customer service, person of authority circulating the venue in a military like style.

coffees were terrible, got a white mocha, hot choclate and a cappachino.was watery and just all round not nice at all. normally go to the new market one and is always so nice. but albany one is not so good at all.

I haven't been here for a while and a friend decided that we grab lunch here and I was disappointed. Food quality has gone down the drain. I had eggs benedict and my friend got the thai chicken burger. The bread from the eggs benedict is dry and the sauce is not tasty at all. The chicken burger has a reheated chicken pattie that's probably been waiting on the shelf for a very long time.

I normally love The Coffee Club but here i had a horrible experience. I ordered the chicken, cheese and avocado sandwich here, had a bite and noticed that it tasted funny and off. After a bit of investigation, i had found that it was the avocado that had gone off and had a rotten taste to it! I let the staff there know who was apologetic and asked the manager to deal with the problem. Waited for a good 5-10 minutes before he came over to our table, no apology whatsoever and even questioned and tried denying the problem. he then proceeded to ask if i had asked for fresh avocado when i ordered because they use avocado purée. no where on the menu does it state that it is purée not fresh. he had given no solution or apology for this situation, so i asked to have the sandwich replaced which he reluctantly did in the end. Will NEVER visit this branch again!!!

I am a regular customer of coffee club .. my love for coffee and custom made sandwich is never ending <br/>Services are quite nice.<br/><br/>It's just sometimes I didn't get mango smoothie properly made I have to again an again n ask to make it better or another but in the end they made it ...😙

Awful food. The St lukes branch is way better. We ordered the chicken cranberry panini, it was disgusting, old chicken , very dry and empty plus it's $9.00. We also ordered an omelette, it was edible , but they use some kind of strong butter/grease that smells. And the coffee, well typical coffee. Nothing special for the price of the Coffee Club menu items. Won't go back there for any food items. Been there a few times giving it benefit of doubt, since I don't prefer to rate places based on first visit. But honestly, not going bk for food.

Came here once before going to the cinema, the moose cake was very crunchy and quite dry. The coffee wasn't very nice either. Not surprised since the place was almost empty.

Came here to treat my mum for a cuppa and slice of cake. Got to a dirty table with dishes from previous tables. Ordered the food and I received a cold coffee. As I was waiting for my coffee to get reheated I received my sandwich - cold too. I received no cutlery so had to go up to the counter a second time to ask. As I started with my meal, I noticed the salt and pepper were empty. So for a third time I had to go and ask for something that should have been prepared for. A waitress just gave me a quarter full salt pot from the table on the other side of the room (since the tables next to ours were empty too). I love coffee club, but won't be returning to the Albany branch.

Excellent coffee in relaxing surroundings. Definitely an oasis in the busy Albany Westfield Mall. Great service by friendly helpful staff. Thanks guys, I'll make sure to come here again <br/>

Reeeeally bitter burnt coffee in all of the coffees at the table, including the iced coffees. However salvaged by the French toast which was customised to our request and really well balanced.

Ever since Coffee Club re did their menu awhile ago, it's much better. I used to come here when I worked at Albany mall and meet my friend for lunch during our breaks. If you don't feel like sitting in the food court area, come down here and get some food. I can suggest the smashed avocado, chicken bacon club sandwich or chicken parmigiana. Those were good when I had them in the past.

Relaxing coffee place at Westfield mall in Albany. The cafe is clean and tidy. Staff are friendly. Most importantly the coffee was good. Had a latte frappe. Coffee kick was still pretty strong

I tried the new Fritter Stack - couldn't find any fritters, which I understand are fried foods. These were like small quiches, doughy and tasteless and needed the extras like salsa and avocado to spice them up. Heaps of those weedy greens that pass for lettuce these days too. The other thing that annoyed me was that for all the advertising for this dish there was no mention of price.Apart from this the Coffee Club Albany has improved out of sight under the new management.

It's good place to have a quick lunch or afternoon tea when you shop around Albany mall-because there's no much choices here. My daughter loves Their kids menu and scrambled egg with toast.

My partner and I had breakfast here today and we are Coffee Club fans. Coffee is great and service was very friendly and attentive. He had the Big Breakfast which is pricey but really really filling. Only major issue was the steak was of poor quality compared to other Coffee Club sites we have been to. Albany served like schnitzel instead of a piece of sirloin like other branches. <br/>I had the Feta Spinich and mushroom omelette and really enjoyed it although a bit pricey for an omelette!<br/>This site can be a tight squeeze for space as well

The Coffee Club serves up the most expensive coffee ever out of all the coffee places I've been. I mean it's only pricier by a dollar or two, but the thing that annoys me about this place is how their food is so expensive. I don't know why but everything on the menu is overpriced. The food I have tried = BLAND. The only thing that redeems this place is the food cabinet that holds my beloved favourite: the gooey caramel cheesecake. Other than that, I try to avoid dining here.

Long black only comes in one size, large long black is an Americano jabronis. It was too hot and it punished my tongue when I drank it through the takeaway lid.

I had the calamari, chips and salad. It was all delicious however for $19 it was a very small portion. My partner had eggs Benedict and that was nice he said although bacon could have been cooked more. Coffees were good.

Put aside the fact that I had to pay $5.90 for a cup of flat white....! A third of the cup is foam, and hardly any taste of coffee. It's as if they reused the last order's leftover coffee in the machine instead of a new one. <br/><br/>Not even worth $2 and in sure they can get away with instant coffee instead. <br/><br/>The only good thing is that they refunded the order without any hassle.

Coffee was lovely but food seemed overpriced for what you get. I ordered the avocado &amp; salmon stack which was 'ok' but at $17 seems abit pricey and didn't really feel you up. Also they might want to rethink the pesto bruschetta. Would be great without the abundance of onion!!

I've only just started going regularly to the Coffee Club as my initial experiences were not so good. Coffee Club Albany however has changed my perspective on their brand.<br/><br/>I went in during the weekend for a breakfast. My partner and I ordered the big breakfast each and some water. The breakfast was quite expensive at I think about $21 per plate, but when it came out I realised why it was so pricey - you got HEAPS on your plate! We finished these down to the last lick.<br/><br/>The customer service was also good. We were greeted warmly and the person at the counter was very helpful and considerate. The waitress who brought our food was very lovely and even came back to check on us. I really appreciate this gesture because often when I go and eat and if I do not like the food I won't disturb the waiters unless they come to me. I like this initiative. <br/><br/>Anyway, I think the Coffee Club chain prices overall is a bit pricey (not to the fault of Coffee Club Albany) but I will definitely drop by time to time to enjoy another breakfast here if I'm in the area.

Waited 30 minutes for 2 coffees ... when I queried it the order was not even in the line to be made!!! Not sure why nobody checked on us sitting with a number on the table without any orders n line for us!

Dont bother, Caesar salad almost $20 was so small and brown lettuce. Go somewhere else.

rubbish service and toasted sandwich at Coffee Club Westfield Albany.<br/><br/>The staff definitely need to learn about customer service and what makes a cafe successful rather than "me too". They showed no interest in serving me, smashed the cutlery down on the counter, served the coffee 10 minutes prior to the sandwich and slammed the plate down on the table.<br/> <br/>Shows signs of staff not being engaged or interest in the success of the business.<br/><br/>I say again, rubbish!!!

Lovely breakfast. Almost too much food... Great coffee &amp; a lovely atmosphere with prompt service.

The Albany Coffee Club is a wonderful place to meet friends and family. The coffee and food is excellent. Service is great and most of all the place is always very, very clean. You always feel very welcome when in the Albany Coffee Club.

Great coffee, lots of seating. Love the conservatory area in the morning sun. Fast service.
