Review Burger King - Albany

Didn't get the name of the worker, young guy with American accent, really friendly service and manners. Wouldn't usually give a review for fast food but this guy made an impression

Really impressed with the new look here. But why. Why on Earth are the doors not labled with push and pull. Coming in the rear entrance I had to try all four doors to see which were locked or open and which direction they opened. And when there are handles both side there is not even a clue The jukebox soda machines look like a good idea. But they suck. Everything that comes out starts to taste the same. I will tend to dine at a restaurant without if there is an option.

Amazed by the new design, and also the touch screen drink dispenser is a 👍 awesome idea! Very clean, cozy and many space.. we always like coming to burger king for quick bite, and we love the crisscross fries..hope you will provide other options for kiddie meal other than the “king box”, technically its not a king ☹️ it is just filled with many chips. Regardless of we always enjoy eating with BK.

Overall food was good. They have the best nuggets . Clean place and fast.

I normally dine during lunchtime was served and received meal 2 minutes later was unpleasantly surprised to find my Burger cold went to complain about it they went away and 3 minutes later returned with another cold Burger they are normally piping hot every time during the day shift never going back at night it is not the first time this has happened Went back the next day complaining to to the Manager they apologized and replaced the meal left very satisfied with meal and service take a bow day shift in restoring my faith in the quality of the food Kind Regards Tapahi Peita

To the worker attending the counter today at 11:24am 10/10 service, was willing ro go the extra mile n definitely deserves a payrise

They often have good deals and the service is usually good as well. Toilets are generally clean but it can be hit or miss with cleanliness. Still not so clean in places.

Double whoppa combo tastes good smells good that's for me.

Pretty standard buuuuut... SO FAST! I got my food in 2 minutes haha love it!

Just an extra thank you to the drive thru window worker today around 3:20pm. It was a short interaction but he still managed to put a smile on my face and made sure I had everything in my order

Bad service, cold burgers, drinks warm and flat, given drinks back and told them to again recieve warm flat drinks. Get to the burgers and they were cold, chicken tender burger, the chicken was burnt and stiff like it was sitting for hours. Never going back. Staff were terrible, didnt even care just rolled there eyes and have no idea about customer service. So many bad reviews, management need to step and sort there staff out before they lose all there customers. We wont be back. $62 worth of crap food. 😡😡😡😡

Portion sizes keep shrinking. The whopper junior is like a cheeseburger size. Wont be back <br/>Even fries are a tiny amount. Only the whopper is a good burger but thats like $13 for a meal

Food: mixed feelings. Fries are crispy and salted appropriately. Burgers did not have key fillings. No cheese and no sauce. Review would be 4 if not for the burgers.<br/><br/>Atmosphere/Interior: small arcade machines. Tables were not cleaned, but place looked new.<br/><br/>Service: Ok<br/><br/>Parking: No problem with parking.

Yup I'm a fatty and Wanted to try a bit of everything. Been here many times and they have never disappointed. Typical BK. Fast, easy, and i can't complain for a fast food joint. They've never gone wrong.<br/><br/>I personally think they have a good balance of sauce. The chicken nuggets are always crispy and pies are yum.

One of the cooks was on his phone!? The drive thru operator was literally twirling his thumbs and I was served the worst BK I have ever had; sloppy burger construction and the food just tasted bland. I now have an extremely upset stomach. The bathrooms are disgusting and the floor, as well as the tables were sticky. What a waste of money and a shocking experience. You’ve definitely crossed BK off my list of potential takeouts. Yuck.

I went there at around 9. The staff was quite receptive to what I was saying. And helped me choose the right meal for myself. The Burger was freshly made and the Hershey dessert was nice as well. Way better than the McDonald's down the road.

Grotty bathrooms and a staff member who just kept getting things wrong. First he charged me too much for the wrong breakfast muffin, then he took really long to come back to the counter (someone else had to change the total $ for me), then he gave me a spoon the eat my hotcakes, and then we realised he didn't include butter with the maple. How someone can get so many things wrong on one standard order, I have no idea, but I think he needs to take his job more seriously. It was lucky that we were eating in and not taking away the wrong order...

The services are tragic, half of the staff don't know how to enter the bk crowns code, the others simply wont despite being asked multiple times, always getting served a long black or something completely random when i order a moccachino aswell, highly reccommend avoiding this place.

Poor service the employees prefer talking in native tounge than English slow meal preperation and rather unsatisfactory food.<br/><br/>Skip this Burger King if possible, there are better BK's around.
