Review Slow Cuts - Arrowtown

Love Slow Cuts. We arrived early with no reservation. Very happy with an outside table. Love ordering off the online app via QR code. Spare ribs and sliders were perfect for our early dinner. Staff friendly, helpful and efficient. We'll be back (again).

super good, good beer tasting too, the passion fruit taste beer is super super tasty. the Bay burger (fish burger) is excellent: juicy and fresh, fry chicken wing is also super super good ! definitely will come again !

Went here for lunch and we got the ribs and Mac n cheese. The meat on the ribs were so tender and the smoky BBQ sauce was nice. The Mac n cheese was awesome, our 3yo ate most of it. We then decided to get desserts which was the chocolate fudge brownie and the cheesecake of the day which was quince. Both were very nice. Service was excellent, wait times weren't long at all and prices were very reasonable.

Great great food the slow cooked rump was juicy tender and packed with flavour. The Mac and cheese was heavenly. All washed down with a cold beer what more could you ask for. Easily overlooked but with a visit.

Brilliant, ridiculously delicious! I only will describe the taste of the burgers as ‘Kremar’ in ‘Seinfeld Tv series’ saying about the peaches: “ it’s like a circus in my mouth, it’s like all of my taste buds coming to live” I visited it a few times while in Queenstown and tried the Cheeseburger and Buttermilk chicken burger, both were magnificent! Also had the smashed potatoes which was really smashing!! I hope guys you consider opening in Melbourne, as I am confident that you will crush the market over there and redefine the Burger business. In top of that, amazing waiting staff, very friendly and welcoming. Great vibes.. to put it straight: this place basically got it all .. Thank you for serve food with passion.. All of the best !!

Truly a great stop for a burger 🍔. They add a very tasty sauce on all the ingredients. Staff very comfortable, and atmosphere is attractive.

First time for my family and I to eat here. It was a great experience. Nika that served us was friendly and made our first time experience awesome. We ordered the full rack of ribs, a lamb meal, kids cheeseburger and fried smashed potatoes. Each meal was amazing. Love the feel of the place as well. Thank you Slow Cuts and Nika for making oir first time experience a delight. When we visit Queenstown again we will be sure to dine again in Arrowtown. If you visit Queenstown, head to Arrowtown and dine at Slow Cuts. You will not be disappointed with the food and portions.

Highly recommend visiting this place if you are in the area. The staff are all wonderful and the service is great. The food is delicious, full of flavour and reasonable portions

Very delicious and extremely friendly staffs. We ordered smashed potato (highly recommended by our guide taking us to Arrowtown), today’s special (can’t remember the name) and chicken. They tasted so great especially that smashed potato. At last, we ordered too much food and the staff was willing to store our food in the fridge as we still had schedules to run. We had a great experience in this small town and enjoyed great hospitality from the local people.

Managed to get to Arrowtown on our fleeting visit and came down a small cobblestone walkway to Slow Cuts. A small very friendly place. Ordered the Morrocan Lamb Sandwich. Was the best tastiest & best valued in the whole of Queenstown!! If you ever get the opportunity to visit I highly recommend. ... yum yum yum!

Soooo I recently had the best burger of my life from slow cuts!!! It was totally melt in your mouth perfection! I have been back almost every week since! The staff are super lovely and friendly and the service is spot on every time! I highly recommend it! Thank you so much to the lovely staff at slow cuts you are amazing! I will defiantly be one of your top customers and a mega fan! nom nom nom!

We were in Arrowtown for two nights and both nights ordered food from here- fed our family of five for $50 and under which is great value. We had a whole roast chicken with potatoes, two salads and their own sauces, and slow cooked lamb, potatoes and salads the next night. So yum, and appreciated that they used large card containers so we didn't have a tonne of plastic left over. Highly recommend if you want a delicious home cooked style meal!

We had a fabulous lunch here. I had a delicious smoked beef brisket sandwich and my wife had a crumbed chicken burger. Fresh and fast. 15 minute service time.

Just sitting eating the best burger buttermilk fried chicken burger...if you are travelling through arrowtown i absolutely recommend you stop by "slow cuts"

We phoned our order in as we were ordering from different restaurants. They advised it would be 20 minutes, we recommended 30 minutes, in conjunction with the other restaurant. On arrival we were informed it was another 15 minutes!!!!!! No apology, absolutely nothing!!!!! Quite disgusted and will not recommend Slow Cuts.

So great, we ate there two nights in a row! Even our two boys loved it. The smashed potatoes were a huge hit. Thanks for the friendly service and superb food!! Definitely recommend!

Absolute must do if you are in Arrowtown! The food was so delicious and well portioned for the price. We both ate Rotisserie chicken and ordered Mac and cheese side. YUMMM.

Called in yesterday for a quick snack ..had the cubano .. The best sandwich I've ever eaten ..the young lady who served us very pleasant and most helpful .. Will certainly be back and will make sure we have more time so we can relax

Lovely place to eat and the food was delicious!

Food was great. My husband wasn't keen on the beer. Could have been quicker on taking our order but everyone was polite and we're working hard. Loved the smashed fried potato and the frickles! Yum! Good value for money.

Jerk chicken sandwich is the bomb! With a side of fried smashed potatoes, Foodgasm!

Awesome food and friendly service - every time!

Came in on the last day of our Queenstown trip. Service was great, staff were so friendly. The fries were really thick and crispy. Salad was packed with brown rice, not my favourite but the combination with pumpkin was okay. Ordered a cheesecake at the end. It was a perfect end to our trip.

Fantastic spot for lunch. I had the quarter chicken and salads. It was a fair portion and delicious. The waitress was friendly and attentive. If dining at lunch try and go on a good day and get an outside table or a snowy day and be cosy inside. Otherwise it is rather dark. Overall great though.

If your eating in Arrowtown and Want a great meal with no fuss, slow cuts is the one! Great friendly staff. Plenty of meal options. A nice relaxed vibe! Would reccomend!!

Delicious burgers. We were recommended to try this place instead of fergberger and although we didn’t get to fergberger we were not disappointed. They have two different types of vegetarian burgers and not your standard.
