Review Robert Harris Cafe - Ashburton

We stopped in for breakfast on our way from Wanaka to Blenheim. Only downer was the cold centre in the poached eggs. We were travelling so appreciated the fast service. Staff member taking the order was thorough and easy to understand.

It was my first time at this Robert Harris and I was impressed. There was a great range of food at reasonable prices. It was both warm and inviting with a great atmosphere. The staff were both friendly and helpful which completed a wonderful overall experience. I would return as well as recommend to both friends and family as well as anyone that reads this and is passing through Ashburton.

Super friendly staff and I always love getting my coffees/hot chocolates here as they are so yummy! It's usually a bit busy and a line but it's not too much of a wait. The food they also sell is delicious and I highly reccomend it for all your coffee fixes ☕️

That was literally the best BLT I have ever had. Yet to have a better coffee in NZ too. Smashed Avocado was splendid.

Nice coffee. Double shot standard. Yummy food. I ordered a chicken cranberry quiche $9.5 and a lemon slice...both delicious. Cranberry served as source on the side and slice came with cream. Staff is friendly and competent. Food is a bit more expensive than the average price.

I'd have to say it's the best customer service we've received over the past few years @ Ashburton RH. So thanks again Sifala for making our visit today so pleasant 👌

Stopped in for morning tea. The cheese scone was lovely a light, the rasperry and white chocolate muffin was moist and delicious. Service was fantastic and the decor is clean and inviting. Highly recommend stopping if you are on a big drive and want a break that doesn't disappoint

Very busy when I was there. Not enough chocolate in mocha and definitely not frothy enough. Friendly staff efficient and helpful.

We stop here on our way south as we always do for breakfast. ...sure it's been a few years since we have & we won't be again. Service was good food was not .

Best service I have come across. I drive a truck and called in yesterday for a takeaway coffee. The barrister must have seen me coming across the car park, remembered me and what I have. I paid the lady, the barrister handed me my coffee and I was out of there in 1 minute. I have probably been in 6 times in the past 6 months, so its not something I would have expected. This wasn't the first time its happened either. AMAZING. Thanks guys.

A great place to eat, with friendly helpful staff and a delicious choice of food. Their coffee is pretty amazing too!

Best coffee hands down, I'm over here for work from Aust and in less than a week the Barista knows/remembers my order as I'm walking in the door my coffee is ready. Tried a few other places in Ashburton for coffee, and simply nothing compares. Visit RH twice a day whilst I've been here. Thankyou for fabulous service.
