Gotta say this is by far the cleanest CC I've ever been in (North or South Island) & is what I personally expect as the minimum standard. Staff are friendly and the service is really good. Food is moderately priced and prepared to a good standard. Do recommend you give it a go!

Our regular stop after the granddaughter's ballet lesson Saturdays. Food is always served quickly and consistently good. Very friendly staff and some books and toys for the kids. Tried the new hotdogs 🌭 very tasty.

I stopped by this place for a cup of coffee, and while I found the coffee to be average in terms of taste, I must say that the service was commendable. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcomed. Sometimes, a good experience goes beyond the product itself, and the positive interactions with the service team definitely enhanced my visit. If you're simply looking for a spot to take a break, relax, and enjoy a decent cup of coffee, this place could be a suitable option. While the coffee may not blow you away, the friendly service adds a pleasant touch to the overall experience.

Hi Team - popped in with my little baby to grab some takeaway coffee & food today, you guys went above and beyond to package everything up so I could get to the car with a baby on one arm and food on the other. Food was amazing - thanks for the amazing service & yum food/coffee

Mean feed, good value, nice staff, prompt service, been Mon - Sun no probs with time to wait. If you are a fussy overly hard to please individual then no you would probably not be happy enough here, for the rest of us mere citizens looking for some bacon and hash browns, check out the big breakfast.......gnarly. This place is definitely not as bad as half the reviews have given, given that it is a franchise Hollywood itself makes its own menus and recipes, and not really the store itself. <br/><br/>I got the Iced Mocha, didn't expect a Mocha frappe, but it wasn't that big of a deal and still enjoyed it nevertheless. I also got one of the pies that were in the bakery, it was warm and tasted the same as the ones I normally get from other Hollywood bakeries.<br/><br/>In my opinion you don't go to MacDonalds and expect a fancy burger, likewise, you don't come to Hollywood to experience fancy coffee and cafe food. Just my personal opinion though.

I ordered waffles with berries and my friend ordered a salmon bagel, they mixed up both orders. Giving me bacon and banana instead of berries and my friend bacon instead of salmon. Also waffles are store bought and very hard almost like a cookie. And salmon and avocado bagel... was only given three tiny pieces of avocado... definitely not worth your money.

I was pleased to see a new menu with jacket potatoes. I have difficulties eating fried foods so usually avoid them. So ordered the jacket potato with chilli beans. First of all wait time was about 15 mins so ok I guess. The jacket potato arrived deep fried. I've never seen a jacket deep fried or roasted. The chili beans were straight out of a can, so while the potato was hot the filling was cold. Came with a cheese sauce out of a packet and sour cream. Plus was the price. Was good at $6.90 for a hearty lunch if that is your cup of tea. A friendly suggestion would be to bake the potato ...please and use real cheese.

The worst Hollywood cafe I've ever been! My boyfriend and I asked for Iced Mocha and they ended up giving us mocha smoothie with ice cream! I asked them we were expecting an iced mocha with mocha shot + milk, not blended with ice cream but all the staff were saying was 'this is Hollywood style ice mocha' with no single apology! Staff needs to be trained in a proper manner interms of serving customers. I am a person who enjoys coffee quite often and I have never seen any cafe who understands ice mocha as ice smoothies with ice cream. Also the consistency of ice mocha was thick as it was blended with ice cream which was not what was looking for at all. This place doesn't even deserve one star.

Cabinet food - a wide range of sweets, savouries and hot food available.<br/>I found the custard cream used for the sweets is not my favourite.<br/><br/>Dining area - spacious, comfy seats and bright space.<br/><br/>Coffees - the taste of mochaccino was a little bit runny, lacking some flavour. But the foam on the top of both flat white & mochaccino was really creamy and nice touching to the tongue.<br/>One thing I concerned was we were all charged for the midium sized ones without being asked or made sure which size we actually want (I forgot to mention)...business wise !<br/><br/>Customer service - welcoming feeling. The lady was doing a good job trying to carry the beautifully poured coffees to our table.

The only reason I'm giving it 5 starts is because I can't give it any more. This is my local for a great coffee and muffin. Their muffins are so soft and fresh. Staff are very nice to us and remember our order. The cafe is very clean and open spaced. All food presented to a high standard.

I'm gonna say this place is convenient a lot of space as well. For the food in in love with their steak and mushroom pie you should try this one out. I also love their chai latte. This is the place that you don't need to worry abou price they're all cheap compare with another cafe. I highly recommend this cafe.

Good service, easy location (always able to find parking around), decent priced coffees and they make them really fast! <br/><br/>Compared to the other cafes in the area, this is one to consider.
