Been a favourite of mine consistently for over a year! No one does a citrus tart or a chocolate cake as well as them! And lets not even get to the signature club sandwich!!! Always have a good time in whichever coffee club i go to, in fact we plan our drives according to the locations of coffee clubs as they make for ideal pit stops!

I am indulging the exquisite taste and aroma of my Regular Flat White at The Coffee Club Customs St East. The taste is excellent and the aroma is by the furthest the best barista coffee ever agreeable to my taste buds. I know coffee is a stimulant, and I have to live with it. Come try it for your experience if you want, worth the time and space.

Starting with the good: the tables are kept clean, they've got about 6 outside tables as well, they've got a single toilet for paying customers, and their caramel cheesecake at least _looks_ delicious but not right for 9am haha. However, as someone who doesn't drink coffee but is instead looking for a little morning breakfast snack before work, I didn't see much besides the deserts that looked mouth watering and the apple-berry muffin I got in the end had too many oats/seed things to enjoy it much. I was hoping just for a regular muffin as it looked on the outside and there was a long hair wrapped up inside the plastic wrap (although this never really bothers me).

Great Coffee Shop and Eatery experience. Very friendly and helpful staff, had a Large Cappuccino with Chocolate Sprinkles and my friend had a Spinach and Feta sausage roll.
They have a great selection of snacks, cakes and pastries and then the food to order from the kitchen, great portions and real value for money.
Come out and support our smaller businesses in these difficult times, have a great break for some excellent coffee and something to eat. Will be back again soon.

Love this place while visiting Auckland. It was close to our hotel but we came almost everyday for the coffee and the food was delicious. Friendliest staff 💕 will make sure to come back when we’re in town again

Everything was fantastic at this branch, lovely staff members have gotten many orders of mine right since I started going a few months ago. Nice selections of drinks, nice snack items, overall a nice vibe to catch up or study if you're able to get a bench or table to work on!
A little frustrated since my last visit as I found out the Matcha latte has been discontinued but I'll still be going, the staff here alone are too good for me not too!

A WOW experience! My gf and I both ordered eggs benny and they were cooked to perfection! Coffee was great, service was awesome, lovely atmosphere. Will definitely be back when I'm in Auckland again! Thanks Coffee club team.

I often come to coffee club quay street cbd , coffee and food are lovely , service is quick and efficient with lovely smiley staff ? I’m always partial to an omelette ,mine was delicious and full of filling . The bathroom has been cleaned up so now it’s looking very hygienic as it wasn’t before , well done and good luck to the new owners . 🙏🏻😀

Mixed berries smoothie is really nice and filling. Great place to grab coffee or for a quick breakfast at a very conveniently located cafe. There tables are al occupied during the weekends. Service is excellent and friendly.

Came here a few weeks back after round the bays. Ordered the chilli beef nachos & the vegetarian nachos. Firstly, it is insanely hot inside the cafe and the water which is self service is warm...<br/>The nachos were okay, probably needs more salsa sauce, and the serving of guacamole & sour cream is tiny to the point where you run out half way through eating the nacho chips...<br/>However, the tortilla chips weren’t soggy which was a positive aspect of this dish.<br/>Probably will stick to wedges from coffee club

Coffee club stays consistent with their soy mochas. served in a tall mug with marshmallows, they always taste delicious. Smoothies not so good, here I tasted a mixed berry smoothie it was filled with lots of chunky ice bits & not very fruity/ sweet tasting at all. Would stick with the hot drinks.<br/><br/>Feta & spinach roll was a little dry & not filling. Could get a better one from the bakery around the corner for the price I paid.

Buzzing coffee chain cuddled up against the heart of Auckland City diagonally across Britomart and the brand spanking new Commercial Bay shopping precinct.. There seems to be a lot of tourists and local coffee connoisseurs alike. The lady up front may come off as a bit rude with a resident RBF but I'm sure she means well. Give it a try when you are nearby! The coffee is delicious.

Writing this review while still sitting at the cafe. The 2 stars account for being served in such a rush and rude manner. Specifically asked for the coffee to have here but instead given a take away cup. My boyfriend ordered two of their lunch meals, while he's gone to use the restroom, a waiter approached our table, she goes ' Finished?' (the plates were full of food still). As a hospo myself, a lil shocked at the way she communicates to her customers.

Came here and had a chocolate brownie deluxe and a hot chcolate. I found both the drink and the meal very enjoyable and the service was quick and staff were friendly. However I did think that the meal was slightly over priced for what you did get.

Coffee Club is expensive as heck, especially as this branch is next to Britomart. I was recommended to try out their hazelnut soy latte so after craving it one day, decided to try it in the small and it was so nice!! Very pricy though just for that coffee so even whilst drinking it, I was feeling veeeryyy guilty haha!

Coffee and food were okay. It's not as good, but it's decent. However, the only thing that disturbed me was the female manager/supervisor yelled all the time to this new trainee. I wasn't sure if she noticed this, but surely everyone who was sitting and enjoying their morning coffee got so annoyed.

I am admittedly not a huge fan of the coffee club. However, it is undeserving of the low ratings it gets. Yes the food isn't all that great but it's a chain restaurant. The coffee club is no different from your neighbourhood subway or burger king. I feel like people are expecting too much from a coffee shop that just needs to make a good enough coffee for those travelling to and from work.

waited 40 mins for my toast. Staff kept sending wrong food to wrong table ( they literally walked around every table to confirm who ordered the food and that happened more than twice in my 40 mins waiting). Would never go back again! Or any other branch in Auckland!

I bought a Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich from 'The Coffee Club' custom east street before. The café is so full of flies which made me didn't want to stay there to eat my meal l ended up take away instead. And customers wait too long for their meal to be serve because only one chef was working in the kitchen and they don't even have a kitchen hand to help chef out in the kitchen, it will be so awesome if the owner is not so greedy so stingy just go to hire another chef and hire a kitchen hand

Really good customer service. The home made brownie is really tasty and this is my go-to cafe for a quick hot chocolate. I just love this place. The best coffee club in the city.

Probably one of my favourite cafés with an atmosphere I love. Has the perfect lighting and location. It's never too busy usually, and the staff are always friendly. The café is mostly very quiet and I love it.<br/><br/>The coffee is average, nothing to complain but the frappes and ice teas could improve a bit - they feel a bit overpriced with what's given.<br/><br/>The wifi is capped at about 35mb if I recall correctly.<br/><br/>I've never had a problem here, the staff serve you kindly and aren't intrusive. They also open til late. I suppose around 9 ish.

After trying lots of big chain in CBD and local coffee shops around the city i found coffee club as " The Best" . I normally come here for breakfast and 2 cups of coffee :) <br/>Well i have never tried their sandwiches , cake or burger but all the varieties of coffee are nice at this shop.

Very rude staff was not willing to give my free coffee on my card. As I always have a my flat white from there in morning and in the evening at Victoria street. But she was not willing to listen to me and this stamps are not done by us. Surprisingly they were closing at 9:00. This was my last flat white in any coffee club. I have regular for past 1 half year. This is embarrassing for me.

I didn't expect a lot from the Coffee Club but was still a little disappointed. I came on my lunch break and ordered a classic sandwich (comes with a side salad and fries) and a coke. The bottled coke came out fast, but the glass was hot and melted the ice before i could pour it in. The food also took a while to be served, about 20 mins, and then it turned out to be a toasted club sandwich instead of my actual order. After having to pay the difference (between what I'd actually ordered and what the waitress had put in the till) after another 20 minutes my order arrived. The food itself was not too bad, but the service could do with being improved.

Ok for coffee I wouldn't eat here again, the food was cold when it arrived to our table they weren't busy but this seems standard for coffee clubs and food anyway. It is fine for a quick stop, but with the competition in the area which is far superior (Shaky Isle's is only across the road and Everybodys (Imperial Lane Cafe) is around the corner) I'd choose somewhere else next time.

What to say really? For a coffee franchise chain, and I have probably mentioned this before, the Coffee Club ranks well. They have a good menu, staff are always friendly and the interiors are comfortable, everything works as expected, however there is something generic and indifferent about them, and they lack the funky vibes of the new indie cafes popping up everywhere (eg Shaky Isles across the road, or Imperial Lane cafe around the corner) so just depends whether you want conventional or want to be wowed...

I have finally found absolutely flawless place in Auckland City.They make the best coffee and deliver consistent quality every day. But best of all is the service,the staff makes me feel welcome every day, they are very friendly, always with a smile. The place is on my way to the office and I can not imagine staring my day without stopping for a coffee here. We also had a lunch few times, food was delicious, we had Eggs Benedict and Thai Basket. Highly, highly recommended!

Have to say that it's one of the best places I ever been to (from cafes-restaurants). I found it about year ago (or so) and just came here for coffee, then next day for branch and so on.<br/><br/>My favourite breakfast here is Eggs Benedict with Salmon or Bacon, and it's really worth it. Done so goooood! And this hollandaise sauce is so damn good. :)<br/><br/>Strongly recommend!<br/><br/>I made here VIP Card, so now have always a free coffee for me or my girl and discounts as well!
