Great little Cafe located street level in the SAP Building. Lovely coffee, friendly efficient staff. No snacks this time but the food looked delicious. Thanks so much to all at Little Melba.

Been coming Little Melba for ages and never get tired of it! Great service and staff are very friendly!

Great coffe in a very nice place but the best is the service from the staff. They make always the effort to make your day better and easier. Indeed, their coffe is the best in the área but what make them different is their service. It is always a pleasure to find these kind of places.

I like this cafe shop. First of all, the location is great on Queen St, I like to order one coffee, sit down at look at the view of the Queen St in front, that's so lively. Second, the coffee was very nice flavor (I ordered one flat white). Third, the staff was very friendly!

A friend and I popped in for a coffee here and it was made super quick and tasted nice. There is a good amount of seating and they have blankets on all the couches which is super handy and cute :)) Good place to run in to grab a quick coffee!

Little Melba is in the same building as my work so I was definitely going to pay a visit. I really enjoyed the breakfast sandwich I ordered, the eggs were creamy, the relish gave the sandwich a really lovely tangy and sweet flavour. Loved the bacon in the sandwich as well. Would order again but not frequently as the price is a little expensive. But overall little Melba is a great spot to grab a bite!

Such a cute little cafe right in the heart of central Auckland where it's the perfect place to grab a cup of coffee or a nice hot chocolate to start your day! Super friendly staff with bright smiles will greet you upon arrival and the place is clean and aesthetic.

Great hot chocolate and coffee made with care and service are fast also in case you're in a rush.

Food/drink 7.5/10
Service 8/10
Ambience 7.5/10
Price 6.5/10

Little Melba is conveniently located along the busy Queen St. ground floor of SAP building. Cozy, good vibe and friendly staff.I love having a sip of coffee on glass windows, where you see people walking along Queen St. The salmon souffle bagel was divine, bit salty on the side. First time to try salmon souffle. But coffee was good......so it's worth the visit.

Little Melba is a convenient cafe in the city to get your morning dose of coffee on the way to work or school. Service is relatively fast considering how busy they always are. I've popped by a couple of times and found the coffee to be consistently good. I really like their breakfast wrap too which I always store in the refrigerator until lunchtime.

If there's a reason why I wouldn't go back to this outlet, it would be customer service. Once I had my coffee order made wrongly. The staff called out for a cappuccino which I didn't respond to and then she glared at me saying that that's mine. When I told her that I had ordered a latte, she checked the order and gave a loud sigh without any apology. Instead, she complained to her colleague that she had made the wrong order. On a separate visit, the same lady took my order and was rather rude in her tone.

But maybe it's really just me. I do like their coffee and cabinet food but I still prefer Melba Manukau.

The coffee here is excellent and most of the staff are really friendly and will go out of their way to help. However, there is one NOTABLY unfriendly staff member, to the point that I will avoid going in if I see her.

Coffee here has always delivered, free triple shots will keep you working though a long day. Service staff here are friendly. Will not have a problem coming here.

Really. How hard is it to make a cappuccino? Perhaps it is a dying art but I surely any barista worth his or her salt should be able to serve up something that at least resembles 1/3 espresso, 1/3 hot milk and 1/3 foamed milk. What I got here was 1/3 espresso and 2/3 lukewarm milk. Really disappointing to see someone take so little pride in their work.

We went here for a coffee meeting recently. The coffee was made perfectly, creamy and not bitter. It was a cute little cafe, good for people watching on Queen Street. The staff were friendly and we were served promptly. I will go back.

Great coffee, lovely staff, yummy sandwiches! Visit this cafe if you want a caffeine pick-me-up, a satisfied tummy, and a good laugh with the friendly workers. Awesome job Little Melba!

Called in on Thursday for morning Tea before heading to a course. This is a light modern foyer style cafe that obviously has the benefit of great positioning. They where fairly busy but I was welcomed with a smile and pleasant conversation. I ordered a Decafe flat white and a savory brioche which has fast become my usual. The coffee arrived with lively coffee art in well stretched milk in good time followed about 5 minutes later by the brioche. While it looked good and had good flavors it was a little dry. .and on the plate was alas packaged butter. There is so much refuse in this world why add to it by serving packaged butter which simply looks cheap and this is NZ... good butter is so readilly available. Other than this I enjoyed my resipte from the bustle of the Auckland streets with my flat white and the morning hearld. I would have no reservations about returning.
