The pizza is mostly a certain type, a good crust with lots of surface browning, which is amazing. My favourite local pizza. They're also very quick and consistent. Service is decent. Price is higher than chain places but definitely low end of gourmet if you're smart about it. Highly suggest the Siciliana, maybe the best pizza I've ever had, and at a very reasonable price.

Ordered a Hawaiian & Chicken Tandoori. We were blown away at how delicious these pizzas were and such generous toppings. Definitely our new go to! Yay finally found decent pizzas 😅

The absolutely best pizza in New Zealand! It's a big call but when you walk into this small establishment, you're greeted by a very welcoming owner and your tastes are totally catered for. Bases are thin, crispy and flavoursom, and then there's the lavish spread of toppings - no holding back! And if you're after a dairy-free option, his cheese-less pizzas are so delicious!!

The pizza chef is a maestro. He's an artist. Making pizzas is his passion. Every pizza he makes for me has always been a masterpiece. He's a joy to watch. He starts from the dough. He makes the bases in the Italian way, in all its delicateness. But the toppings, he goes for the innovation and generosity of the American way. It feels like such a pity to eat up such a masterpiece. But it's too good to waste.
He's got a very unique vision of what a pizza can be. His interpretation is a must see. He's generous to the very core, but he does his best work when we give him all the time and space he needs, and give him all the respect he richly deserves.
Thank you, maestro, for contributing to a richer Meadowbank area. You're our local treasure. If I had more money on me, I'd pay you what you deserve, not the meagre sum you ask for!

Decided to try the local pizza place for dinner and I was not disappointed. Places order over the phone easy. Came to pick up greater with great customer service and manners. Got home and ate THE BEST apricot chicken pizza of my life!!! This is going to be one of the regular place for family takeout frok now on. Keep up the great work Meadowbank Pizzeria

I was walking by and got attracted by the odor of fresh pizza base and immediately walked to check further. I came back one hour later after I place my online order and was not disappointed at all with the quality of the pizza and ingredients. We had a Margarita and a Carne and will definitely go back

Ordered the Meat Lovers pizza and it was the bomb! Can’t really rate the place since I got my pizza thru delivery, but as for the taste, superb! Delivery time is spot on too. Next time I’ll visit their store for sure! 😁🍕🍕🍕

Sorry not a great pizza in general with a few exceptions (pepperoni) <br/>Something is wrong in the ingredients or/and the cooking.<br/>It should not be difficult to get a pizza right ,but not here sadly.<br/>Friendly staff and tidy place but after trying twice don't feel like going back, especially after having find alternatives close by.<br/>

Seriously amazing pizza! Have been going here for years and every single time it is the best. My favourites are the capriciosa (so generous with anchovies) and the tandoori chicken is delicious. Also, the pepperoni is the ultimate pepperoni, simple but perfect. Basically the pizza is so good you won't be able to have pizza again unless it's from here because it won't compare.

This will surely be one of my favourite local places to eat. Dine in or take away.. Went here last weekend with my partner for pizza and we were very impressed with the food. They offer true Italian selection of toppings and will do half and half which we did with a gluten free base. Staff were very helpful and friendly and we loved their care for their customers.

We got takeaway here as we had an entertainment card voucher. The pizza was really good (we had Hawaiian and Pepperoni) and the guy who took the orders seemed really friendly. It looks like more of a takeaway place than somewhere you would dine in (unless you don't mind how casual it is).<br/><br/>Would definitely get pizza here again.

Review based take away food alone - This is one of my favs for super tasty pizza if your looking to get away from your mass produced chain pizza stores. Tonight we went for half Siciliana and half Gourmet special - the thin crispy base was spot on and the classic combo of toppings were perfect 👌

Because we had takeaway meals, the review is based purely on food. This place is awesome! After a little disagreement on who makes the best pizza in Auckland, a friend of mine managed to drag me here for dinner last night! <br/><br/>He had the tandoori pizza and its absolutely perfect with the apricot chutney! I had the bacon and chicken fettuccine and it was delicious too!!! I highly recommend this for a quick easy yummy pizza!<br/>

It's not often thqt you witness an artist who enjoys his craft at work. Watching the team at Meadowbank Pizzeria work is just that. Add to the artwork the wonderful delightful meal presented, perfectly cooked pizza with a fabulous taste. We will be back .

Best pizza place around - highly recommended for take out pizza. The pizza crust is excellent. Our favourite is the quattro stagioni but our kids love the hawaiian. Forget Pizza Hut or Dominos - this place costs a little bit more but it's so much better.

Amazing pizza. <br/><br/>We tried the place by chance and were completely blown away. My wife and I are not big pizza lovers by nature – we would get a pizza hutt pizza every now and then when there was a deal on but we were not really satisfied (mushy looking pizza, burned in some parts, not very tasty)<br/><br/>We have been to Meadowbank Pizzeria many times now and never looked back. Most of the time we pick up (pizzas are ready in around 20 mins) and have eaten in once. Small place, nice, but I think only 2 tables. <br/><br/>We have tried the sides (was a while ago, cant remember what they were) and enjoyed them, but the pizzas are phenomenal.<br/><br/>You do pay a bit more for these than your regular pizza chain, but its worth it. The pizzas look like they do on most other pizza fliers, hand crafted and made with fresh ingredients. And so, so tasty. Love it.
