Review Sierra Coffee - Auckland Central

Located in busy area, this Cafe is good for casual chit-chatting with friends. Food is ok but the ambience is great! A little congested but no waiting time usually! The cafe does have an outdoor seating available!

Very nice Cafe. Excellent for those brunches of afternoon coffees. Spacious and clean. Staff are friendly and efficient. Heaps of parking. Only gripe I have was the menu was very limited.

Great little local cafe, good coffee and decent selection of cabinet food, the sweet treats are great and the caramel crumble is divine. Definitely worth a visit whether you’re local or from out of town!

Love the roasted mushrooms with polenta chips. Nice coffee too but the staff could use some customer service training like smiling friendly faces behind the counter & coffee machine, not looking like you really don't want to be there, even if it is true and, how to service tables...Service 101 never reach over customers to deliver food & beverages or to clear away.

The Cafe was clean and tidy. My eggs bennie arrived luke warm. Which was disappointing.

Customer service - exceptional customer service. Barista served with smile Food - Quality food Ambience - Open and warm ambience. Kid friendly and a place to catch up with family.

Tried Polenta chips and Eggs Benedict which was nice and first time to hav lime milkshakes that was really nice. Nice staff and peaceful atmosphere! Luv it!

Morning coffee on the way to work, best coffee I've had in bloody ages! Not a buy coffee every day sort, but I'm definitely looking forward to the nest time I go for a morning treat :)

Partner and I went for morning tea last weekend. We were disappointed as the coffee was not good at all with a bitter taste. It previously has not been like this. The atmosphere was not that enjoyable either. The cabinet food still tastes good though.

We enjoyed our meals here, food could have been a bit warmer, but still good. Friendly staff and great place to take kids. Reasonably priced .

One of the few Cafes located in beachlands, the place is lightly decorated and gives a comfortable feeling. We went when the kitchen was closed so ordered ready made food, the cafe was nice enough to serve it with some sauce and greens so kudos. Food was like any cafe food, good smoothies though.<br/><br/>Food- 6/10<br/>Service- 7.5/10<br/>Aesthetics- 7.5/10

Coffee always tastes horribly burn’t... 😑 very little vegan options which is 👎. Though, neat modern setup for new growing beachlands. Wouldn’t rate it the best.

Second time I've been to this café, first was for a quick hot chocolate and pastry take away before work which was fine. Today they were a bit busier, about three-four tables full but mostly with drinks. Maybe the rain makes people want a hot cuppa before work. My friend and I decided to get a table as we had some time to kill and each ordered something. She got an iced chocolate with shot of caramel with a smoked salmon bagel and I got a hot chocolate with a crispy chicken and bacon sandwich. <br/><br/>It took a bit for the drinks and food. Food came first, then drinks a little after. The food was honestly perfectly average, not good, not bad. My friend did not like her smoked salmon bagel as she thought it was too salty and fishy with no "salmon" flavour. I tried some and while it was okay it was also true to her description. Oddly enough, my hot chocolate tasted very watered down and according to my friend tasted of whet grass. Something I have never had but couldn't disagree. Considering the first one I had here I'm not sure why this one tasted the way it did. My sandwich was also just okay as while the chicken aspect was crispy there was little seasoning. Maybe more spread to take away some dryness and basil would bring it to life a little more.<br/><br/>Overall, the atmosphere is super cute and inviting with the chic jungle vibe and awesome geometric pendant lights every where. While I don't have kids I appreciate they have a small area for parents to sit while kids play and have their own super cute area. However, if we had somewhere to be or if even a tad bit hungrier it would have been even more of a let down experience as the food was just okay.

We've been here like almost a month ago. Enjoyed their fish taco. It was approximately $17 too pricey for a taco but I decided to give it a try. It was worth your money. You get 2 descent size buttered fish with curry sauce match with fresh tomato salsa and roasted corn kernels. My daughter just ordered their custard bun and it's huge. Taste was ok. Husband ordered beef burger comes with chips. We waited for 35 minutes for our not so late lunch @ 1:30 . And seeing some other customers getting their orders first but we are ahead of them was disappointing. Ambience is cool and fresh. Needs table buzzing/ wiping.
