First time here tonight, was a lovely feeling walking into a new and exciting place with lights flashing and a creative interior design form going, service was a slight bit off with multiple waiters/waitresses constantly asking us what we would like but hey first week open everyones getting used to it so i cant complain, music was great with New York-ish feel lights going! Overall drinks were FAB and food on point! Was a pleasant and lovely evening exploring a new bar with a new twist and feel to the Auckland scene! Its just what Auckland needs to amp things up.

Came to halo last night and the place has delicious food, lovely service and a really good vibe. The setup is really cool and well done and a little bit different which sets it apart from other restaurants. Signature cocktails are to die for!

I ordered a rum and coke and found out when I drank it that the coke syrup had run out and my drink just tasted like watered down rum. When I ask for a replacement the woman took a drink, told me it’s fine and when I said it tasted like there’s no coke in it she started laughing at me as if I was stupid. She replaced the drink for me (which still tasted watered down) so I went to the guy that works there (who I believe to be the manager) and upon tasting my drink he said that it did in fact taste terrible and that he’d give me any drink as a replacement. All staff other than the older woman were pleasant throughout the night.
