Much better pizzas than the Aussie Pizza Huts . Arrived at Auckland late on a Friday night & starving . Although there’s plenty of good pubs & restaurants in the area I noticed this Pizza Hut store was very busy & that’s a good indicator for high turnover & freshness .
I went a large supreme & Mrs had a gluten free base with vegan toppings .
The dough was incredible and the ratio of toppings was spot on . And the pizzas didn’t stink like in Oz.
The store is a practical workspace & isn’t too flash to look at .the open kitchen & prep area is straight behind the counter .
Highly recommended for a good solid feed . 2 solid pizzas for around $30 is good value .

I have tried other branches but this branch makes better pizza than other branch.I have tried their Cheese garlic pizza large and hot and spicy veg pizza with cheese garlic stuffed base, Classic Cheese pizza, big triple cheese, Classic veggie, Jalapeno poppers, Garlic shrimp deluxe, hershey choco lava, Garlic bread and Strawberry cheesecake (I didn't liked this one much.). Spicy veg, big triple cheese and cheese garlic pizza is my favorite. Food was good enjoyed it. Staff was very helpful. Thank you.

Great pizza starting from $5. Ordered online before collecting about 15 minutes later. The thin crust is great and you can choose to add mayonnaise and chill without any top up. The staffs were polite all the time i went to collect my pizza. Update 2023: prices have gone up by a few dollars. Sans Francisco style is yummy too.

Great value pizza, good for take away. It was busy when I got there, the staff seemed tired, but she managed to keep smiling while serving customers, that's a first class customer service, well done!

Nice place to have a pizza in the city. Just order on phone and carry away whenever you go by. Delivery is also done by them within given limit. Apart from pizza one can have sides like garlic bread, fries, cookies...

Arguably the best Pizza Hut I have ever ordered from. Had the stuffed crust pepperoni and it was cooked perfectly. Sometimes I find PH greasy, but this location has their craft down to an art. Amazing and excellent customer service!

Would score this with 1star in the USA but pizza standards in New Zealand is so bad that this beats the other fast food pizzerias. Staff are always very friendly which made the rating so high.

Been here for 5+ yrs. Best 5 dollar pizza in the city. (ham and cheese +free sprinkles). Clean kitchen, fast and affordable. Probably the most consistent pizza hut in akl in terms of staff and quality.

Regularly order takeaway here, never been disappointed (unlike the other pizza franchise). Might take a bit longer but service is great. Pizza with garlic bread and the hash bites are my favourite! Nothing special, but a convenient place to pig out on some pizza when you're feeling lazy and they get your order right.

This is the new sourdough "loaded" pepperoni pizza. The knife is there for scale so you can imagine our HUGE disappointment upon seeing our TINY pizza. There's even less toppings because it was mostly crust. Definitely not worth $8.99.

Pizza was cooked nicely and we ordered online so we got great deals. However, they have such a strange procedure to confirm whether an order is genuine. We only ordered 4 pizzas with 2 sides, total only $37.40! They called from a random cellphone number, without leaving voicemail or text so we did not pick up as we get lots of telemarketers these days. Upon collecting we have been told that the order has not been made because we did not pick up our phone call so they could not confirm. We purposely chose a specific time as we have a shared lunch function to go to. We were late by 40 minutes as we had to wait for the order to be made from scratch. What is the point of online order where you can't trust your customers, our online account has been used for 10+ years and there were previous orders as well. This is the first time a Pizza Hut branch has done this to us. Pretty dissapointing to say the least but glad that they still make the pizza properly. We ordered the cheesy crust ones.

Pretty average outlet for pizza huy standards. Prices are a little higher compared to others, and you don’t have much to choose from, either not available or something. Well, as they say, you get what you paid for. 😁

The food is good and some of the staff is friendly precisely just 2 or 3 of them. Other ones have got no clue what is going on in that shop . There is this one short guy who literally has got no idea about what he is doing . Never knows which offers are valid and which are not . Reception on call is not that great too. In short only a guy named karan can only handle good customer service others are totally worthless .

I must say I prefer Pizzahut over Dominos, the pizza quality and size is amazing... It is also has a fluffy, crispy and oily crust.... The flavours are amazing especially the barbecue sauce... My criticism is that the tomato sauce can be acidic without balance of cheese can be offputting BUT when done evenly is totally AMAZING!!!!

This place is located at a precious location. It is great. The store is small with a predominantly takeout setting and has a seating arrangement for four people maximum. The staff is very polite and warm and the environment was great. The pizza was great as well. Pizza Hut doesn't disappoint so I loved it. Thin and Crispy Veggie Lovers has become one of my favourites now.

On a lunchtime pizza mission with my original choice closed I chose here to purchase a cheapie $5 ham and cheese pizza. Prompt service and pizza ready within the 10 minute time frame I was given (being on a half hour lunch break had to get back to the office). Very happy with the speedy service and quality of food.<br/><br/>Also they have an updated menu with a Vegan pizza option for $7 which I am really keen to come back and try.

My usual pizza takeaway spot when me and my partner r having our netflix and chill. Staff is friendly and the pick up location is so convenient! Sometimes the pizza is abit chewy thought bt still I feel that their pizza is fresher than the one at Quay Street. Overall what you can expect from a take away pizza and its cheap eat.

Absolutely rubbish pizza I ever had. I once got a burnt pizza, complained about it and as usual Ramesh ( Store manager) gave me a free pizza for next time. Went there after couple of weeks, got a pizza that had big chunks of onions in it, not enough cheese on the pizza. I don't know what to tell them now. I am done with the complaining. NEVER GOING BACK THERE.

Hi<br/>My name is Gagan today I went with friends at Pizza Hut located at Hobson I just want to inform dat one of your staff whose name is Ramesh was on duty at that time,his service was not good he served us like he don't wanna serve that was very bad and rude behaviour.I was placing my order and he was not listening to me just talking with other people and I feel so disrespectful. After dat he not handed over the pizza box he just thrown my pizza box away and I asked for chilli flakes and he replied that he cannot put. Is that what the customer service from ???This kind of behaviour is not good at all. I asked his name and some question from kabir he served us nicely.

Not much flavouring going on with pizzas when I bought them, the toppings were onto one side. But I didn't really care because I was super hungry at the time.

I wasn't pleased with the hygiene of the place. There were a few insects around and the seats and tables looked like they haven't been cleaned for months. The rubbish bin was right next to the only table present there. It really made me feel uncomfortable. I haven't had any breakfast and it was almost noon. Their outlet looked really dirty compared to other pizza places I've been too. We ordered the $25 meal which included 2 large pizzas and 2 sides. It's pretty expensive compared to other pizza places. It's really disappointing cause the picture showed that it came with water and coke or something but the drinks weren't actually in the description of the poster. The chicken and BBQ pizza tasted like it was just microwaved. I liked the crunchy pepperoni in the meat lovers pizza but that was the only thing I liked. The flavours weren't up to scratch at all since they all tasted like the toppings and everything else were just microwaved. The sizes of the pizzas were decent but I wish the ingredients were fresh and not frozen. The fries were too oily and had no taste at all. The hash bites were oily as well and tasted OK but I excepted more. The sizes of both sides were extremely small. There were only 3 chairs available and one small table inside. There were only 2 staff members from what I remember. I'm not sure if I'll be coming back in the future.

Never expected too much from a take-away pizza, both for the food and service. But one of the lady (often seen during the day) is completely make me sick. She makes different problem every time I went there. Once she forgot to make my pizza, until she realized some customers who ordered after me already got theirs, and a guy (maybe the manager) had to apologies and she didn't even bother. Once she put my pizza in hot box without even calling my name from the counter, until I asked another guy and then he checked the box. Another time I was eating my pizza there, still had couple of slices left, and she talked to another customer who was waiting to take a seat, while pointing at me, saying "don't worry, he is about to leave. you can seat there later." These days I only buy their pizza if she is not there.

We ordered a delivery of the spicy veg pizza and pepperoni pizza on a thin base. It arrived to us hot and delicious. However they did not cut the pizza slices right through as we struggled to take each slice. Could tell that the person much have rushed with our delivery! The pizzas were $5 each. Not bad. Delivery was $10 which was very expensive when the apartment was just around the corner..<br/><br/>On a positive note pizzas was tasty, full of ingredients and light with the thin crust.<br/>

I haven't had Pizza Hut for years! But when staying at the Heritage in town it was conveniently right across the road and was the best option for a late night eat. <br/><br/>The four of us ordered 3 pizzas and 3 sides (fizzy drink, fries and garlic bread) - $32. The pizzas have definitely shrunk in size from what I remember. The pizzas had a decent amount of toppings on them but were very plain compared to other pizzas on the market.

Here is why I like Pizza Hut. No matter where in the world you are a “Veggie Lovers” pizza is always available. This was my first time to NZ and to Auckland and without looking too much I walking to a Pizza Hut for a Veggie Lovers. Not the most amazing Pizza or place to eat, but it serves the purpose.
