I called up the day before their famous $13 double pizza (Halloween) day to ask about how busy it would be if we scheduled an order for lunch (in order to make an appt for our group later). Staff were helpful on the phone. On the day we got served quick when we went to pick up, and needless to say the pizzas looked and tasted fantastic. Extremely filling! The dough was nice and chewy with flavour, and sprinkled with what I think is semolina which gives it that extra flavour. The toppings were plentiful and were spread evenly. It looked so good (and was good). Lots of vegetarian choices too.
Last time we ordered from Hells was 10 years ago, and I have to say that I sure know why now their pizzas cost as much as they do normally!

Always a perfect pizza. I ordered the Grimm with no rosemary thin stretched and the double size because today is Friday the 13th they have them for $16.99 instead of the normal $27 that I pay. Will be coming again for sure

I was really impressed by the guys working at Hell pizza Highland park. I ordered a pizza and asked them to be extra cooked as my wife is pregnant. They were really genuine and they were more than happy to cook it for an extra time without getting it dry. They even assured me that the pizza will be on time to reduce any risk of being cold for my wife, especially for the seafood pizza i ordered

Great pizza, but the music in the store is a bit off putting, and staff are mild mannered and not overly friendly - no thankyou etc - Customer Service 101. Pizza itself was great, but a bit overpriced for what you get.

Great location, staff were very friendly (greeted with a smile) food was prepared on time and also hot, very happy with my experience at Hells pizza Highland park, the only thing holding it back from five stars would have to be the cleanliness in the waiting area was not up to standard.

We bought three pizzas for a chilled family night in. The menu made the pizzas sound delicious and we were super excited,however when we got the pizzas they were bland,tasteless and all round dissatisfied and disappointed. Standards have definitely dropped over the years

My favourite pizza place as it is vegetarian and vegan friendly. It is usually quite as it is always takeaway people get. The staff are friendly, prices are just a bit expensive.

Don't believe the hype, after the initial shock of entering this grimey little establishment and finding a dozen or so hipsters laughing and joking around, but too busy to actually serve me, I was then confronted with the outrageous prices, Mmmm 19.50,,, I thought they must be fantastic, wrong, disgusting soggy undercooked base, minimal toppings which were also undercooked, tasteless cheese & here's the clincher, zero sauce (was supposed to be satay). To summarize, crap service, unclean environment, well overpriced & possibly the worst pizza I've ever had. Would definitely recommend "pakuranga pizza club" over this hipster hash foundry any day.

Takeaway is not my type, but today I tried "Underworld" (with smoked mussels, calamari , shrimps, etc.) "Mayhem" (with chicken, capsicum, onion, etc.) pizzas, & crumbed tender strips of chicken breast with dip at Hell Pizza. Taste-wise, all were "fairly" good. Maybe I should have tried the "creator" for which I could choose my own toppings.

One of the nicer Hell Pizzas. We ordered a large mordor, lemon pepper wedges & a lamb shank which was surprisingly nice & 'home made' in quality. Everything tasted nice & pizza had a good amount of toppings. The ap is great as it allows you to alter your pizza topping too.

I have been a not so regular at Hell. I have always enjoyed my interaction with such nice staff who are genuinely friendly, knowledgable as well as most courteous & ever so helpful. Certainly makes this my/a favourite location to order from whenever the pizza devil strikes us. Love their Camembert fried sides with apricot/plum sauce. The wedges are awesome too. Each & every pizza we have tried has been absolutely great. Such a great experience each & every time! You deserve a full 100% & more for consistent great food & service. My best recommendation to all Hell fans.

Friends and I got pizzas from here. I have been here before and it wasn't very good.. I thought I would give them another go. Got there and our pizzas were ready. Unfortunately they didn't redeem themselves.. the base was kind of chewy, the flavour wasn't there and the pizzas weren't overly hot. I don't think we will be returning to this hells pizza outlet sadly :(

They make the pizzas pretty quick here, not as quick as Dominoes or Pizza Hut.<br/>Service was okay, atmosphere is pretty cool, hardly any seats for you to eat there though.

Pizza is expensive compared to other places but their lamb shank is really good and well priced. When we received the pizza it was steaming hot which was awesome.<br/><br/>Ordered online and requested for a drawing on the pizza box but they didn't do it :(<br/>But in all seriousness, overall it was pretty good and would definitely return (for the lamb not so much for the pizza)

Their pizzas aren't bad, but the customer service can be sometimes atrocious. Their staff just ignore you and perform the bare minimum to get by. Not sure if I'll be back.

Always have loved the pizza from here - even more so now that they have a vegan/gluten free option. Never disappoints for a pizza night! Only downfall would be the cost compared to other pizza takeaway places, but you do get much better quality with the extra you spend to get a pizza from here!

When i went to hells pizza in highland park i stood at the counter for a while before the people down the back of the store noticed i was there and then when it came to ordering they had a rude tone and just made it seem like i wasn't welcome and then when i got my pizzas they were thrown together and looked like they didn't put any effort in and furthermore the wedges when i got them were cold so that just ruined it for me ill probably never go back to this particular hells pizza again

When i walked in and saw the kitchen i looked in and saw a mouse run under one of the counters, it also seemed that most of the surfaces were quite dirty and this put me off quite a bit, i had been to other branches of Hell's before like botany and remuera and from what i have found the pizzas are good at any location but going to highland park put me off that particular store, and i dont think i would go again until there was an inspection

This place has some cool pizza varieties. Beverages are standard. It's a takeaway place and the ambience is reflective of this. Staff is courteous. This franchise competes well with other multinational pizza chains.

Our Lust Pizza was lukewarm/ cold when we've received it, which my husband and I didn't really enjoy. The Cajun wedges were seasoned poorly. Overall it was very disappointing.

Hells is a favourite with most people. <br/><br/>Even more so now they have vegan cheese. I ordered my usual vegan pizza and added the new cheese to it. Can't say it's the best tasting faux cheese i've ever had, but it's got the melting down great. <br/><br/>Downside with Hells has to be the price, for take-away nearing $20 for pizza is ridiculous- really wish they would sort that out.
