Very nice staff and owners, I felt welcomed. I get a scooter while my bike was in their hands and fairly invoices at the end. Absolutely happy with this first experience. And happy to know that they can deal with my KTM duke nicely. I'll definitely come back for the next service.

You get a very welcoming feeling when you arrive at Carbon Garage from the great staff who have excellent motorcycle knowledge plus maintenance experience and capability.
A great place also to just chill out in a motorcycle environment and enjoy the excellent coffee and food available from the in-house cafe.
It is really good to have a motorcycle shop in Auckland again where you can also take your treasured classic bike for the care and attention it deserves from experienced staff.
This is a motorcycle shop the way it used to be and all should still be.

I purchased a Ducati ST4 from Carbon Garage. The bike is great. I have had occasion to have it in the workshop a couple of times and the guys have always been great. I do not live in Auckland so a lot of communication has to be done from afar. They always look after me, give me a spare bike whilst mine is in the workshop, keep my bike in the workshop for days and sometimes weeks when i am away. Love Carbon Garage

Equally great for both my caffeine and motorcycle needs! Awesome double shot latte's (not to be confused with the single's most places serve) to keep me alert on high traffic rides round Auckland. Really good breakfast food as well. Rob, Tracy and Neil are the best! So good to have knowledgeable people and good coffee so close to town.

I discovered carbon garage in Newmarket, it was a very cool small place with limited parking etc, but now it's moved , and there's space to sit amongst the amazing bikes, chat with like minded bikers and sit out in the sun, always friendly.

In a back street west of Newmarket shop [via the Smith and Caughey walk way] carbon garage also has a cafe and cool cafe staff . Its a different place a blend of workshop and cafe a chance to break from the regular cafe scene . A chance to see great bikes and innovative bikes . I like the blend , I like the blend of coffee .. Awesome place for a coffee before your ride and after. Double shot latte's are spot on! Breakfast is top notch too! Had a couple times where little issues on my bike were fixed before I was finished with my latte. Awesome service!

Bought a BMW F650GS from Carbon Garage in August which developed an issue with the front brake pipe withing a couple of weeks. Rob could not have resolved the issue any quicker; no questions asked. As BMW didn't have one in stock, he had a braided stainless one made and fitted at my home outside Cambridge. Friendly, genuine guys, great to deal with, and the coffee's good too...
