Yoshizawa Cafe - Auckland Central - Photo album

I don't remember how many times I've dined at this restaurant, but the quality of the food is still top-notch. The Karaage chicken is crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, and the creamy sauce enhances the taste. I highly recommend the omurice, where the rice is steamed with sauce a
I've lived in Japan for one year and I can tell you this is authentic! Very tasty and abundant plates. The set menu is exactly as what you would expect in Japan. Great miso soup.
Their curry is very nice, good quality and flavour isn't too strong. The miso meat is also very nice. A good variety of dishes to choose from. Customer service was excellent - friendly staff and hardly any wait time for food.

As an Asian, this curry was so average. Anyone who cooks a lot can tell that this curry paste tastes very similar to a certain supermarket brand. Not a special curry sauce. The fried pork was ok, just the oil needs to be shaken out a bit more. The price is not cheap.
Very nice authentic Japanese cuisine. You have all your standard hearty Japanese dishes with bento box, Don and noodles.
Finally ate here after hearing all the hype and it definitely exceeded expectations! Highly recommended. Omurice and curry must try. It's really good 💯 Just a bit sad is no more cream puff.
Absolutely amazing, such a cute little atmosphere and food that was so delicious probably one of the best Udons I have had and the seasoning shaker given really topped it off
OMU RICE - A must have dish here. I did not think much of this place, as alot of the other dishes were similar to other places but at a higher price. BUT I saw that many people were ordering this Omu rice. Omu rice is like a savoury fried rice that is covered up by this moist omelette on top. Serv
Egg katsu with chicken and udon with kitsune was very good.
Got pork loin katsu gozen. Taste: 7.1/10 Food at Yoshizawa has definitely gotten better than before, could possibly due to their menu change. The service and pricing is pretty good as the staff are pretty friendly and the value of the meal is good. The katsu here has gotten better but there are pot
What we ordered: - Chicken katsu gozen $16 - Miso katsu gozen (pork loin) $16 - Omurice small $14 - Red bean, sweet soy, soy bean dango $2.6 per piece I was so excited to find a place that sells omurice and dango and I was definitely not disappointed. Every dish was really good and definitely reall
I stopped by for lunch specifically to try their omurice. They are usually busy but I went around 1430 and they were quite empty. Their menu has a range of tasty-looking Japanese food but I came here to try the omurice. They did have a dessert cabinet by the counter and I ended up getting a mitarash
Pretty good food, very tasty and very well priced. A meal will only cost you around $15. Self service based and you need to order at the counter.
Yoshizawa deserves all the praise that comes its way. The menu has great variety - with a lot of fantastic deals on the whiteboard, from under $10 ranging till about $17. Their tarts and takoyaki are some of the most affordable and delicious in town. It's small but homely, and the staff are super fr
Great food at a great price! Food was amazing and the customer service was on point too! This is a tiny little hidden gem in the CBD. Portion sizes are sufficient. I had the Chicken Katsu Bento and the chicken meat was juicy and the breading was crispy.
