The latest Krispy Kreme branch located centrally in Chancery Square. You don't see the large doughnut making machine like in Manukau but you can see that they have most if not all the same flavours. The shop itself isn't that big, with a few tables around.
it is the branch closest to the city with the most flavours to choose from so always a good option for a snack.

The hype around the store has now died down enough to the point where a person can feasibly get donuts in a short span of time. The Donuts taste fresh and doughy though can be on the verge of too sugary.

The guy with the nose piercing working around 4:10pm was so kind! I spilled my ice coffee all over the table and floor. When i asked for napkins he said “no worries” and cleaned it himself, even telling me to rest when I tried to help him out. Way too kind and polite about the whole situation, plus the $12 for a dozen donuts deal we got was amazing!! Love this spot

My first visit to a Krispy Store in NZ. Love the ones in Asia - Singapore, Thailand and Hong Kong. <br/><br/>Did not disappoint. <br/><br/>Liked: <br/>1. Friendly staff who told me which were the popular ones as I wanted an assorted box of 4. Turns out the Original Glaze, Cookies and Cream and Custard are customer favs. <br/><br/>2. I ordered the strawberry glaze, original glaze, the sprinkles one with the chocolate Kit Kat sticking out (can’t recall name) and the malted chocolate ones for my foursome. <br/><br/>3. No queue or crowd on the particular Sunday afternoon when I visited this chancery branch which was great! <br/><br/>4. Fairly good value for a box of 4 at $12.50 - will definitely be back.

The limited edition Rick and Morty donuts were great and lived up to my expectations. The simple Ricks wafer one has a cream centre which goes well with the texture of the wafer-like thing on top. The Pickle Rick donut was lemon flavoured which made sense but also was nothing special. The shake tasted alright but was too artificial to me. The staff are so lovely and make the experience pleasant.

I brought donuts here for the first time and was lucky to have encountered the Halloween themed donuts. Although I got all the custard ones they tasted really good with enough custard and donut to fill up those cravings. I found the donuts to be slightly sweet but I’m not that big of a sweets person as it’s different for everyone. Despite there being a long line service was really fast and the staff were super friendly. A really nice and clean environment.

Located right in the heart of the city Krispy kreme is perfect for your ultimate sweet treat fix. Can’t go past the original glazed! They are consistently fresh and always good. Donut shop inside chancery square - they have lots of different donut and all so yummy. They’re soft and sweet - my personal fave is the kookies and kreme and Tiramisu ! They also serve coffee and amazing shakes! 😋

Had the caramel delight donut here and it was so sweet and so yum. It's always busy here which shows how good it is. The service is all quite fast so you're in and out of there fairly quickly and the interior is really modern and cool. They have so many flavours of donuts to choose from and also have bagels, drinks, coffees etc.

Go nuts for donuts. Managed to quickly dash in and out for a pack of 4 donuts before getting a ticket from the parking warden. We got the classic sugar glazed, strawberry jam, salted caramel, and an apple crumble with cream.

Got the apple pie donut, chocolate glazed Donut, cookies and cream donut and original glazed donut. I love how each assorted donut had a yummy filling but I didn’t like the donuts with crumbly toppings as it made the donut overly sweet, messy, dense and heavy that the donut itself would fall apart. Simple is better! Even though the ones with toppings look spectacular. Price for a 4 pack assorted was $12.90 which I consider quite pricy but hey, why not treat yourself once in a while!

Damn Krispy Kreme you good hun. Finally went to the Krispy Kreme in town and really enjoyed myself. Although it was very busy and there was a huge line it went super quick which was good. I got some glazed maple donut kinda thing and it was to die for!! definitely will be back again. x

Came here on a Friday night at around 8:30pm & was quite busy as everyone was out after exams!<br/>Seen the M&M donut being advertised everywhere so thought I’d give it ago. We ordered a glazed donut, caramel glazed, & 2 peanut M&M donuts as they’re my favourite M&Ms!!<br/>Firstly, you can’t go wrong with a KK glazed donut!! - so soft & the perfect amount of sweetness 😍😍<br/>The caramel glazed was ALOT better than the caramel delight. But is kind of sickly sweet if you don’t have a sweet tooth.<br/>The M&M donut was good but wasn’t up to my expectations. The reason for this is because the filling was so small... I had to bite through 3/4 of the donut to find the peanut filling... HOWEVER, the peanut mousse was so good!! Massive chunks of peanut & really smooth which was exactly what I wanted. Probably would have given 5/5 if there was more filling/ more spread out as 3/4 of the donut was just a plain iced donut... <br/>overall, the customer service was lovely. The girls behind the counter were super friendly & easy to approach. Also, love how they’re conscious of allergies (peanuts) by making sure there’s no cross contamination & asking the customers if anyone in the group has peanut allergies to prevent any issues.<br/>

I got the shake n glaze combo, which you get 2 donuts and a shake of your choice for $9.50. The shake was sooo good and the donuts were so fluffy and fresh. The service was good as well they were friendly. I love this combo and will get it again when I come because I love to try new donuts.<br/><br/>The only negative was that the seating area was little bad because the tables had food on them from when people just left it there - but we choose to sit outside anyways it was nice.

I ordered the coffee combo which included 2 donuts of your choice and a hot beverage for $8.50. <br/><br/>The donuts were fresh and the service was very fast. I also ordered a mocha which was not too sweet and had good chocolate flavour without tasting too artificial.<br/><br/>The original glazed is a super popular choice so I definitely had to try, and it was worth it. I’m not a fan of overly crazy donut flavours, I like the traditional ones. Having a coffee or mocha with the donuts is a good pairing as the coffee balances out the sweetness from the donuts. I was never a huge fan of donuts because they're too sweet for me, but the classic ones from Krispy Kreme were actually really nice with a perfect level of sweetness that I chomped my way through four!! This was gifted by a friend but I am willing to buy more if I'm around Chancery 😀

Glazed donut sooo good!!! Also the jam donut 😛. I’m a simple girl when it comes to donuts haha. The other flavours are all really fun too but some can be a little too sweet but overall great fresh donuts. Wish they were a bit cheaper though!

I have been here a couple of times and service is always fast and efficient. My favorite of all time is definitely is original glaze, all others are good too but at the same time they’re too sweet. Also tried their iced mocha and it was just average.

I've been here a few times now, and never had a bad experience. Even when they are busy with promotions, or even in the early hours for a bagel+coffee service has been awesome, and quick.<br/>Personally the donuts at Krispy Kreme taste less artificial than other big franchised donuts in town, but are still nerve-rackingly sweet. On another note, their bagels are alright but I'd prefer to get a donut from here anytime.

Super accessible Krispy Kreme right in the heart of the city, making it really accessible for Uni students. We often come to get a large box to share amongst ourselves. The staff here are lovely and very friendly! I came on a Thursday afternoon, and each table had 2 Krispy Kreme hats which was also very cute.<br/><br/>My favourite doughnut is usually the sugar glazed - I got this and for some reason the doughnut had a slight chemically taste? I haven’t noticed it before but it was very noticeable the other day, hopefully it was just the batch on the day and isn’t going to be a constant issue.

I never had a proper chance to visit Krispy Kreme outlet till the time they had one open in CBD, and when I did I was not surprised to see the long queue outside. The hype was real they had a store in the city, this was bound to happen! <br/><br/>It’s a cute little outlet with couple of seating areas and friendly staff. Now coming to the real stuff - Donuts, they have a fairly decent varieties of donuts, very colourful to see and enough to bring a smile on your face. The donuts are really soft and melt in your mouth, I tried them during Christmas time and was not disappointed. They have some great options for milkshakes too (the next on my list to try). The prices are a bit on higher side but they are completely worth the money that you pay.<br/><br/>The only con is that you don’t get a deal of six donuts; you either have to buy a pack of four or twelve which can be possibly one of their marketing strategies.<br/><br/>Overall, their donuts are worth trying and you will definitely keep coming back for more :)<br/><br/>

I had the original glazed doughnut and the tiramisu doughnut. I loved the texture of the doughnuts. They are airy so it's very soft in the mouth. I wish the coffee flavour was stronger in the tiramisu. Also, it's way too sweet for me so I'm not a fan. They offer interesting flavours though. I would have put a higher rating if it was less sweet and if my doughnuts weren't stacked on top of each other because the icing of one sticked to the other :(

Krispy Kreme donuts have been my all time favourite ever since the very first store opened. This store is Very convenient for those who live in central and don’t need to travel afar when craving some krispy kreme goodness. I don’t find this store to be overly packed either (on days that I have visited). The vanilla slice is one of my favourite filled donuts, super soft donut with a creamy centre. Highly recommend!

Friend was craving donuts for Christmas so we went in to try one of the Christmas limited edition donuts. We tried the snowy donut which was filled with raspberry jam. The icing wasn’t too sweet. The dough was nice and soft. The jam was delicious.

Loving the festive donut designs here. The snowman one with the berry filling is delicious. The only issue I have with it is that the filling is red and when I bite into it, I feel like the snowman is bleeding.<br/><br/>The Boston cream donut could have done with more filling. The original glazed is always a favourite. I would have liked the Christmas tree to have a filling of some sort.

I’m quite happy they opened a branch here in the city center. It is now more accessible for me. I’m loving their Christmas donuts, but the original glaze is still my favorite. The place is cool, a bit smaller than the other branch but still got that cool vibe with the neon lights. Staff are energetic and friendly.

Happy that another branch has opened! Consistent quality - fresh and delicious donuts. We got the Cookies & Cream and The Wreath. Similar taste compared with the glazed but topped with Oreos/M&Ms. Wide variety of flavours, service is fast and the staff is friendly. Definitely a go-to donut place for us.

Krispy Kreme opened three days ago and I went there twice already😂 I admitted that I’m a big fan of donut and Christmas stuff so with Krispy kreme located in chancery sq, I can go there often yay<br/><br/>Original glazed donut is classic and the best, to my point of view. But eat it quickly otherwise you will have sticky fingers. The Christmas editions are just alright though. The Christmas tree one was just a donut with green coloured icing and a sort of kit Kat chocolate as the trunk. The snowman looks so cute in the picture but you buy it, the eyes and noses are not really in place so look a bit weird 😂 But we are all buying the Christmas vibe from the donuts right. The Christmas editions look cute and cool from the appearance but just no wow factor.<br/><br/>The store is full of neon lights and is spacious. Surprisingly when originally you just want to buy one donut, the vibe inside makes you happy and you ends up leaving the store with a box 🤦🏻♀️ they also have good promotional strategies like giving out free donuts, having a photo booth and distributing that paper hat (?) for people to take pictures.<br/><br/>Food: 4.5/5<br/>Service: 4/5<br/>Overall: 4/5

Considering it’s only just opened I’m DAMN impressed with how well managed and run this store is! The glazed donut is just a classic and an easy 10/10 and the fact that there were free donuts on entry was awesome! my partner got the cookies and creme and said it was 10/10. Overall vibe of the store is fun and friendly and the decor is super cute! however we were both disappointed with the iced chocolates because it was essentially pure milk and ice cream and not really any part of it was ‘iced’ except for using cold ingredients. It was refreshing post doughnut but on its own was definitely not worth it.
