Great pizza, not all hells are equal, and this one rocked. Special mention to Nimeeka who kindly offered to bring pizza out to my car when parking with a trailer was not possible. Appreciated the going the extra mile tp provide a superbly hellish experience. I'll be back for sure.

Dean and Tracey put alot into this business and you can really see that with the end product as its always good and ive never had any issues. Always on time and delicious. They also take their time to not have everything ready frozen like other stores and pride themselves on having what can be fresh when possible.

Fast service, friendly staff. I've been told that I'll wait for 15-ish minutes but my order is ready under 10 minutes. We always get the Meatlovers as it really taste delicious.

A great NZ business and the Botany location has amazing staff. I've been ordering delivery from them once a week for a couple weeks now. The food arrives very quickly, the order is made perfectly everytime, and the delivery people are simply lovely. I have a great respect for a business and their staff to pay attention to the details. Man it's hard to find that here in NZ sometimes. Great work guys! The online delivery system is pretty flawless and user friendly as well. You can customize your pizza super easy and it saves your notes, past orders, and address for future use. Oh and the gf pizza base is darn good.

I really appreciate the little bit extra effort the team at this store make. When ordering online, if something is sold out, they will call you promptly and advise of alternatives. It may sound trivial, but other stores wait until you arrive to pickup to tell you they have nothing available.

Disgusting customer service. We've been here many times to order pizzas the way we like it and normally it's gone smoothly. But today we ordered 2 pizzas and had it "customised" to our liking. Thats maybe 4 or 5 additional ingredients we preferred. Not complicated when its sauces or meat. We get there to pick up at the recommended time, only to have to wait an additional 30mins. Then the lady had the nerve to say she was late because we customised our pizza and it was confusing and if we wanted that we should've just selected the customised option. No offence but I dont know what the exact ingredients are on the pizzas i enjoy so why would i waste my time selecting random stuff if you've got the foundation of what i like. We were understanding of the delay but your remark was appalling.

Saturday night , had a beautiful limbo pizza, awesome flavor of caramalised onions and olives. Ordered the 7.5 inch pizza fit for 3 of us. Neat and tidy place, excellent customer service definitely back here again.

Our go to place when the food Devil in me surfaces. This time it was for a combo of Deep fried Camembert cheese with Cranberry dipping sauce. Evil genius! An all time favourite. One bite & the Devil has sunk his fangs into you. Awesome & most recommended to all. Mischief was in mind, so that was the Pizza for the eve. Well done & great taste too. The speciality of the evening was lamb shanks in gravy with mint peas with mash potatoes. Was special & the portion was truly more than enough for a person. The gravy was excellent & the accompanying Garlic bread was superb at soaking up the gravy & adding its very own unique accompanying taste. I felt the meat could possibly be done better & practically falling of the bone, but the Shanks did not thinks so. So with a bit of sawing action managed to get the meat off the generous bone. Good value for money & very nice combination of gravy peas mash.

Favourite Pizza Joint. Delicious Pizzas and complete value for money. Love the Hot pizzas and the dessert pizzas are one of the best I have had. Definite go to for those Pizza Cravings.

Very ordinary pizza. Better off going to Dominos and that's not something I thought I would ever say. Ingredient quality was poor as was the quantity.

Very friendly staff and they were very accomodating. Was a Birthday dinner for my daughter and her friends. The Pizza was very much enjoyed and the ambrosia was devoured on the way home. The girls especially loved the coffin boxes after the pizza was finished.

after having a bad experience with hells pizza in highland park last week it was refreshing to come to a hells pizza that doesn't ignore you everyone was friendly and the pizza was made with care and looked like it had very ample toppings on it, only downside is that with the location there int always a close park to the store

I come here quite often. I normally order their savoury pizzas but this time I ordered one of their dessert pizzas. <br/>The Unearthly with berries, bananas, chocolate and custard. For $6 it's a reasonably sized snack to have after dinner. It was really tasty and rich but not too sweet. With creamy custard, tart berries and chocolate sauce on a pizza base, you can't go wrong. The service was kind and efficient. <br/>Most people come to Hells to order a meal but they should try out their desserts too, they're overlooked but worth a slice.
