Tasty food and passable coffee. Food prices a little high but in keeping with the area. Hospitable owner and friendly staff. Let me "camp" there for a few hours while I worked and waited for someone. Seats not overly comfortable, but OK. Nice interior decor and pleasantly mild ambiance.

A lovely, homey cafe tucked at the edge of Botany Town Centre. The friendly husband and wife team cook and bake every one of the delectable sweets and savouries on offer- and it goes without saying, the coffee is excellent. Plenty of outdoor patio seating, and cozy indoor seating. Suitable for groups. Family friendly. Chill vibe. Wifi and power outlets available. Wheelchair accessible.

A cafe run by senior couple. The lady owner treated us with excellent hospitality. Really exceeded our expectations as the place offers ambient environment to enjoy our coffee and homemade delicacies prepared with such motherly love. Defo returning back if we stop by in Auckland.

The ethnic Vietnamese Pho soup is very good. We tried chicken and beef and both were excellent.
The seating is a bit cramped, otherwise I would have given 5 stars. Discounts for gold card!

Has the most awesome cup of coffee today from Sierra. Made my morning. There were no chicken croissants and I asked if I could have one instead of a Ham and cheese one and the lovely lady made one right there and then for me with no fuss. Awesome service. Thank you!

I order from here regularly. Staff are always friendly & polite. Food has gotten so much better. However I'd avoid using mesculin salad in your salads especially if it's got hot meat with it in a takeaway container. It wilts fast & tastes so gross. Prices are also very high. But typical of most cafes of its kind.

Ordered sourdough sandwich ($9) while on a 30 min lunch break, took 20 mins to reheat. Found long strand of black hair in my sandwich and showed the staff member behind the counter and her response was 'oh really, are you sure it's not yours?'...I'm a blonde so definitely not. When she took the sandwich back to the kitchen to show the cooks, they all started laughing (maybe the cooks need to wear hair nets to prevent this happening again??). Very unprofessional and place needs a good clean.

Needed to get guts deep in eggs and salmon after a juicy leg workout today. Had a meeting out this way and stopped in and had me a little scrambled egg, salmon on brioche toast number - Pucker!

Having owned a small manufacturing business nearby, Sierra is one of the original cafes in the area (as opposed to fried food lunchbars) and a key spot in the new Highbrook development where it is pleasant to sit with a customer or colleague. <br/><br/>I went there when grumpy old Cran first started it. He was actually a really lovely guy and struck up a good friendship. The food and coffee were always good and the location and outlook are inviting and relatively upbeat. <br/><br/>Then the founder sold out and things went downhill. The most noticeable things for me was the cleanliness. The tables and couches had that ingrained grimey look that they were only being cleaned by a cursory wipe over.<br/><br/>The food & coffee still seemed OK, but if a place is unclean, you start doubting everything else and have a negative experience. <br/>I stopped going until management / new owners hopefully get their act together, or sell.

The cafe is quietly busy and has a pleasant outlook across landscaped garden to Highbrook Drive. The tables had all just been wiped down which is always a welcome touch. Between us we had a simple toasted sandwich and a toasted bagel with creme cheese and tomato. Both were as expected. The coffee and milkshake were fine. Not that many choices for sitting down in this area, across the road is a few takeout lunch places like subway.

I'm giving a 4 out of 5 for their coffee alone. Friendly staff, they make a great coffee and the best iced coffee hands down. Scones and muffins always fresh. Friendliest coffee maker in town.

The service was great and reasonably quick. When my $19.00 steak sandwich arrived it looked great until closer inspection. It was the smallest, thinnest piece of... Well I guess it was steak but I would all it more a mixture of stretched sinew and fat! Really disappointing.
