if you are a sweet tooth like me, then this is the place to be. enjoyed the ice cream flavours they have!!
netflix and chill is definitely a favourite. cookies or biscuits were also yummy. we did enjoy it despite the fact that it was really cold in the evening. everything just really tasted so perfect

Noticed the Shop in the side of the ticketing counter as I was lining up for a ticket. Immediately went and grabbed something after buying the ticket since I had some time to kill. Took a while to get the attention of someone so I could order. Grabbed brownie sundae and it was just super rich and nice. Also had cream on top but it was off balance so some of it slipped to one side.
It was convenient they had a table there to eat the dessert. Not very big but enough to fit about 6 or so people. Nice place for a sugar rush before a movie.

Absolutely amazing service and all staff have are very knowledgeable about products and if you have any allergies you are not to worry here. This is the place to be on a hot day. With a wide range of 10 flavors and 4 different types of cones to choose from this place will sure delight you in your search for the ultimate frozen snack.

The staff today was so patient and friendly. Last time I was there they denied me cups for take away saying they need it for stock count. This person understood our concern and did what the customer needed. Thank you who ever you are!

Good place, clean and tidy. Service was good - we had a sundae and it was good but we didn’t notice that there are 2 scoops of ice cream for sundae. We would have orders different flavors but the guy didn’t ask/tell us about it. Anyway our fault but something that could improve for the service. Love Ben & Jerry’s ice cream!

Love Ben & Jerry’s ice cream it’s delicious - the variety of flavours is fantastic. It’s a bit pricey but it’s a nice treat. The service here was awesome 👏. We got a 3 scoop cup - tonight dough, triple caramel chunk & chocolate fudge brownie & a caramel fudge sundae with tonight dough & New York super funk chunk 👌🏽 -Definitely recommend for a treat.

:( very disgusting experience, I always fans of this ice cream brand, went to shop today bought cone ice cream, after few bite sharing with my wife and son we found a dead big fly right inside the ice cream .. I not even sure if we already... Urggg, went back to the shop asked for refund... They refunded us the money but really bad experience bout this..I took a pics but I not too sure how to upload under my reviews..

Came in today for some good ice cream after shopping at Sylvia Park. Staff was super friendly and patient with us. We tried out the Phish food and the Jimmy Fallon. The phish food had way too much chocolate fish for me but the ice cream itself was really delicious. Jimmy Fallon was way too sweet. It had chunks of peanut butter inside it. Next time I’ll try get a less rich flavour. Overall, ice cream was amazing. The sprinkles cone didn’t taste as good as I thought. I reckon the original is probably the way to go since the ice cream itself is really rich in flavour.

Patronised this place twice while shopping at Sylvia Park Shopping Centre as the ice cream was yummy especially the chocolate mint flavour. The staffs were really friendly and polite on both visits.

We went to Sylvia Park Mall for lunch at Paparich and then for movie at Hoyts.<br/><br/>While waiting for the show, I went to Ben & Jerry's store just next to the cinema's ticket counter. Have patronised this Ben & Jerry's store many times as I am in deep love with their marvellously mouth watering ice cream. This is one of the best ice creams I have ever had so far.<br/><br/>This time I had two scoops of ice cream with the chocolate-dipped waffle cone. The two flavors were coconut seven layer bar, and chocolate chip cookie dough. The chocolate-dipped waffle, coated with a generous layer of chopped almond nuts was so fresh, crunchy and amazingly delectable.<br/><br/>The coconut seven layer bar ice cream was super delicious with exceptionally flavoursome fresh coconut taste. The chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream was heavenly too with fabulously rich, heavy and thick chocolate flavour. Both of these ice creams were very smooth, creamy with solid and highly densed texture. Airy texture makes me feel like swallowing air, thus I always like ice cream with compact and densed texture.<br/><br/>The staff were friendly and patient too.
