Recently visited Pandoro Panetteria in Parnell, and I must say, it was a delightful experience! This bakery truly captures the essence of a good bakery and offers a wide range of delicious treats that are sure to satisfy any sweet tooth.
The moment I stepped into the bakery, I was greeted with the warm and inviting aroma of freshly baked bread and pastries. The display case was a feast for the eyes, showcasing an array of beautifully crafted cakes, pastries, and pies. It was evident that the bakers here take great pride in their creations. However, I need to mention that it's not a truly authentic Italian bakery, more of a glorified New Zealand bakery.
Steak pie was average with chewy meat, mince pie just fell apart but was 8/10.

On my flight to NZ, the airline served us a white choc and cherry slice it was the best. I found the address on the back and went to the shop during my visit in Auckland. They have the best pastries my fav is still the slice and the boysenberry cheesecake! Highly recommend.

Hmmmā¦ pecan pieā¦ and cronut. Itās really hard to find cronuts nowadays. Parking is easy but tricky if youāre unfamiliar of the location. For some reason, if coming from Parnell village by car, you canāt turn right at the traffic light to get to the street parking for Pandoro. Regardless, the food is yum and thatās what matters.

Best pies ever!!! On holiday here - popped in for some takeaway lunch - amazing!!! My wife is very fussy but was extremely impressed - she was in raptures over the butter chicken pie!! Doughnut and vegetable pizza slice were fabulous too! Staff were lovely and friendly- totally loved the whole experience- wish we lived nearer or you opened a branch in the UK!! Canāt go wrong with a good almond crossaint and these guys do a good one. Also really like their hot chocolates. My colleagues and I would pop in here now and then to grab a hot chocolate on our work breaks to treat ourselves. Lovely selection of freshly baked treats.

The same as every other Pandoro. Alright food at alright prices. pretty bland experience but it is the Pandoro experience. Would return but only if it was conveniently close

Great selection of pastries for our work morning teas :) especially love the little pan au chocolat snd ginger mini muffins with icing. Everything is always fresh and delicious, and savoury muffins are really nice with generous toppings and not just stodgy lumps like lots of muffin places.

Came by to pick up some treats for the family and accidentally got a almond chocolate cronut as well. Sad to say that the cronut was quite dry and tasted like it had been sitting out there for a while. The brownie cheesecake I got was really tasty, not too sweet or rich.

Felt like something small, but filling and no it wasn't a Hot Chocolate. Ended up taking another break from that, so instead I got two Chocolate Danishes one of the my favourite non-meat pastries. That sweet buttery chocolate taste once after taking the first bite. Felt good eating something I have not had in quite a long time.<br/><br/>The person who served me was so friendly and kind, there's no other way to describe it. With a variety of bakes, what can go wrong?<br/><br/>It's quite spacious once you enter the place. The only thing that got me intrigued by this place was the variety of bakes they had on display. There are countless and also they are very innovative with it. Some of these I never seen or heard of. Which is pretty clever and cool, keep up the good work.

Nothing special anymore. Used to be really good bakery. The variety is still great but the quality of the ingredients and baking has been compromised. Coffee is good. A bit pricey also. Would like to see this place up there again.

This place is just divine, definitely one of my favourite bakeries. I fell in love with this place when one of our clients brought in their Christmas mince pies, the pastry was so delicious and buttery, and you could really taste that the filling was made with real fruit. My father in law is a big fan of their biscotti as well.<br/><br/>They also have quite a few options suitable for a quick lunch such as pies, quiches, and sandwiches, including vegetarian options. The margarita pizza I ordered was the thick and bready type, generous with cheese (though not a lot of basil and tomatoes). My only other critique is that they did not heat it up nearly enough so the center was still cold :( Still yummy though.<br/><br/>Cannot wait to try out their hot cross buns when Easter comes :)

I have only been here three times I didn't like their easter buns but they do a pretty good whiskey pudding cake with raisins and both types of their doughnuts are the best I have ever had.

Havnt tried a lot here just a few things like quiche, pie and carrot cake. Wasn't spectacular, pretty average. Maybe I didn't have the right things. Staff was lovely and polite though with a thick Italian accent.

I bought a chicken and walnut sandwich only to find out it has curry in it as well as pineapple. Not sure why it is so hard to write the other ingredients on the display. Same happened for the ham and cheese sandwich as it has some weird sauce inside. I'm sure it's tasty for some people but please describe what's in it for those who are picky eaters as I am still paying for it (and had to chuck it away).

Best Breads, Cakes & Biscuits in Auckland, good coffee and nice people.<br/><br/>If only the Sandwiches would not be kept in the cold fridges at the Pandoro's outlets where they go soggy, tasteless and loose their quality completely.

Awesome spot to get fine artisan breads, coffee and anything sweet! There is no seating, it's all to go! The mocha I had was great, the service friendly, and the bewildering array of pastries, cookies, tartlets and slices made it almost impossible to choose my accompaniment! I made a mental note to go back and try some of the other items, there was pretty much nothing that didn't look as appetising...
