I recently visited the Loft. As soon as I walked in I was struck by the peaceful atmosphere of the place. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The speaker at the Sunday festival was quite insightful and thought-provoking, and the vegetarian meal afterwards was delicious. The place is truly a spiritual oasis. Much recommended.

This is a great place to lose yourself in a night of chanting and dance that is actually yoga. Wonderful discussions, live music, and plenty of food. A memorable place in a world where getting a kick out if life doesn't involve getting stoned or drunk.

Yoga and a meal. What couldn't you not like about that?! Great value for money. Filling vegetarian/vegan dinner with a tasty dessert too. Other great stuff there too like guided meditation and cooking classes. So good for the soul.
