We decided to give this place a try for a bit of a change, I've been meaning to try it for a while. SO in the end my final verdict is that it is a really good burger joint.
I had the vegetarian Squeaky burger which was so yummy and my boyfriend had the Bbq Beef and bacon. With a side of Onion Rings because they are my favourite and they were so good!!
We ordered online and it was quick and easy, and ready when they said it would be - which is always great for a lazy Saturday night in.
Today we took advantage of the fact that Burger Wisconsin is now open for lunch. We went for for the Big Squeaky (haloumi) burger, Minted Lamb Burger, Tempura chicken nibbles, fries and kumara fries. The fries were good but the accompanying blue cheese mayo and garlic mayo were absolutely superb with, respectively, large chunks of blue cheese and fresh garlic. The burgers were delicious with large light fluffy buns and tasty fillings. The Lamb burger had tender chunks of grilled lamb served with a refreshing mint and cucumber yogurt. The Squeaky burger was served with a generous amount of grilled haloumi cheese, caramelised onions, and lime and coriander Mayo. Both burgers (which we shared) were delicious, and the meal very filling as lunch. The chicken nibbles were whole chunks of breast meat (no bones) - moist and tasty. Now they're open for lunch we will certainly be visiting much more frequently.
My favourite in Auckland for Burgers. Try their venison burger, it is simply amazing. Worth the price you are paying there. Will be back for more
Always enjoy a burger from here, had the fish burger and fries and onion rings and they were all delicious. Little bit over priced for the burger and combo but the onion ring serving size was generous. Would eat here again.
Cheat meal of the week so decided to go all out and didn't regret it. Although it's expensive I felt that it was pretty worth it, huge burgers and the onion rings were amazingggg and they give you a really decent sized aioli which was better than that of other burger joints, both in taste and price.
Great for gourmet burgers and they don't throw your burger together in a way that it falls apart like a lot of burger places. I really like the sauces they use. The portions are also quite decent. My only complaint would be about the price - a tad expensive for a take away burger shop. And the drinks selection isn't that varied either.
This is my husbands favourite Burger Bar. We have tried various burgers but my all time favourite was the special Boerewors Burger they had for a limited time. Serving sizes were big, so you will definitely not go hungry...
One of the best premium burger in Auckland! Located in strategic spot in Mairangi Bay shopping centre, making this place worth to visit! The serving size is also satisfying. My favourites here are Lamb burger, Chicken Tandoori burger and french fries with Aioli dip. Very recommended to try! Look forward to try the classic Kiwi burger in the future.
Seriously good burgers! I have only been here twice, getting a different burger each time. I can't want to go back! Keen to try the Chicken Satay next time, and would definitely recommend this place to all! And the beer batter fries are great!
Had dinner there for 4 tonite- totally awesome - 3 of us had allergies so lots of questions re the contents of there menu-even though they were totally flat out- they even checked when they didnt know - Everyone loved there food and wants to go back. Cheaper for us than Dennys & Valentines & we were even happier - awesome food!
Super delicious burgers. A huge meal. Fresh ingredients. This was our second visit and we'll be back! Clean kitchen. We ordered over the phone and were impressed by the friendly staff who have great communication skills.
Was hoping for more. Ordered, paid and then told there would be a 20min delay. Perhaps best to let the customer know that before ordering 🤔 came back 20 minutes later and waited a further 10 😕 was given apologies for the delay. Fresh bun & ingredients but the all important burger pattie was over cooked & dried out, sigh 😞

EPIC burgers tonight team! Best burger our family has had in Auckland. We have two build our own burgers and the full monty. All were super hot, fresh loaded produce and bloody yum. Kumara chips are the best, nuggets were demolished along with kids meals by our 3 year old fuss-pot! We will keep coming back, thank you!!!

Great Burgers with fresh produce and lovely soft buns! Good combinations and their meat-free option was just as tasty as the rest. Love the Kumara Fries, too. Good selection of drinks and Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream. Look, it's not the cheapest but if you want quality then I'm not averse to paying extra for that and the service. Friendly and obliging staff as well.
Pretty good burger, prepared fresh and fast. Only thing letting it down is the price. $17 for a burger only is a bit steep if you ask me. Friendly staff, nice selection of drinks and has Ben and Jerry's ice cream.
