How do you pick one when all of the flavours look so good! Made in front of your eyes so not stale and good to have warm waffle plus cold ice cream. Got the strawberry cheesecake to make for a refreshing Friday walk, but the various chocolate ones were quite tempting. $9 so not too bad for something so unique in terms of the cone. I thought I'd actually be biting into puffs filled w cream cheese which could have been gross but it isn't like that in the end.

We went to Sylvia Park location yesterday. I was there for about 15mins and not once did the staff change their gloves. The lady who was serving customers (touching money) was wearing the same gloves when she did the food prep (cutting fruit etc) for the waffles. The guy who was making the waffles was wearing the same gloves when playing with his cell phone and cooking the waffles which he would use his hands to touch. All the staff were also eating a bag of snacks while wearing the gloves. Not once did I see them change or take off the gloves. I won't be returning due to the poor hygiene.

45 min wait for 2 waffels! When I ordered I was told it would take 15 min. How can you run a business is a busy mall with only 2 staff and 2 waffle makers. Ridiculous service.
