On Aug 4th afternoon they ran out of wings, so I was told I'd have a 5 minute wait. The staff gave me a complimentary drink and chips. It was a nice surprise to be honest and spurred me to make this effort to leave a review.
I have had staff make mistakes with the occasional order (like leaving out an 8pack of wicked wings once on an app order), but it has always been rectified when I've returned and told them.
I enjoy the food.

I was hoping to eat upstairs but one of the staff warned me not to go upstairs as It was very hot and air con wasn't working. Food and service excellent.

Bought a 2 piece quarter pack tonight 16/04/2018
The chips were old, soggy and floury, I could barely bite into the chicken that was hardened old like boots. Also brought a tower burger that was also very disappointing. Big waste of my money!

We decided to get our first takeaway since the covid lockdown. Went there at 6pm, waited almost 2 hours in the car (including my 3 yo son) queueing for the drive thru. Finally reached the window, we were so excited, thinking we could finally get our long waited fried chicken. But what we got from the staff was “sorry, our Eftpos machine is not working, so we cant take order” So we just waited 2 hours and got this cr*p in return. And i asked them why don’t you do something to notify all the people queuing so they can quit waiting. They told me they are not allowed to do that... Unbelievable,!!!there were still like 25 cars behind me and god knows when the machine got broken, how many angry customers there were before me. There are so many ways they could have notified people with social distance in consideration, for example, they could simply just write a few words on a cardboard to be placed outside somewhere obvious. But they decided to sit and do nothing, I seriously doubt the manager has any IQ or care about their customers at all.

The last thing you want to do is bite into pink chicken. The chicken was oily as well and the skin was not crisp at all. It had no flavour. The chips were also undercooked and the request for extra seasoning was ignored, in fact there was no seasoning. We binned the chips. The line was short in the drive through, but the wait time was quite long... despite the food being undercooked. This was the worst and most worrying KFC experience, I’ve ever had and it’s put me off completely. I went to complain on the Facebook page, but they do not allow that. Just avoid this branch, if you want to avoid this. Our first time there too. 👎

It was so unfortunate they ran out of wicked wings when I went because thats why I came here for. But instead, I got tqo pieces of spicy chicken tenders and a zinger burger with supercharger sauce and two cheese patties. The tenders were average but the burger was nice.

My local KFC. Inconsistent, sometimes very good, fresh and juicy, then in other hand, sometimes hard and dry or soaked in oil. Got the last order wrong by missing off all 6 wicked wings. Didn’t pick up the phone when tried to call. Messaged via the website and to their credit did well to sort me out.

This used to be my favourite kfc restaurant but lately I haven’t enjoyed the food here the gravy has been so lumpy duno what’s goin on there tastes like I’m eating lumps of flour and the chicken has been very oily it’s ok but I’m not happy with the food iv purchased from here for the last few months not recommended.

Tried the latest Nashville hot and spicy and it is the best! Wish they can keep this is as regular feature (at least the hot and spicy) like a lot of oversea kfc outlets

Friendly service. Generally not quick drive thru. A decent kfc. Never missed up my order. I’d recommend reviewing experience on their website and getting free fries and drink next visit.

A nice environment with a service. The seating capacity is good. If good to try here if you are on for a takeaway or a dine in. The staff are really friendly here.

Had to give it 1 as there is no option for a 0. The person taking the order didnt even bother taking our order for 5 mins went about doing his own thing. After the wait didnt bother waiting around just left. DEFINATELY NOT COMING HERE AGAIN.

Our go to KFC in the shore. New, clean and plenty of carparks. We always use their website PLU code specials. Avoid coming here in peak hour, if you have to, always drive-through, it's faster than ordering in from counter.

KFC Windsor Park Professional review by Mr. Grey an expert in his field: Overall it hit a spot Their Potato Chips had Chicken Salt on them which is a nice change from normal salt. Also Their staff are very helpful in taking my order.

This KFC has recently been renovated (new Management ?) and along with that the service and cleanliness has greatly improved. I went there last week and was pleasantly surprised.
