The have nice spacious place inside decorated nicely. COVID time no staff inside just one staff taking order and serving too .They have vegan and vegetarian options of burgers .The taste very different it’s very yum especially the moto bites made of chikpeas ,ginger and pumpkin.

First time dining and i ordered the american muscle double.. aoli and egg added huge tasty burger sauce dripping into my hand..
didnt realize you could get these burger holders to help stabilize your burger and stop sauce dripping into your hand.
Service was ok .. maybe a smile would be great. The store is wheelchair friendly and

Kids love the cheeseburger kids meal. Shakes are nice too. Choc thickshakes are the kids faves.. they also had the chicken tenders/strips they were good. Good food, Awesome staff & guy at counter was very helpful. Will definitely be back

We ordered two burgers from this branch, both patties we dry and cracked, the little avocado in it was not fresh and the aoli tasted is not the best. Really disappointing meal! :( Last time I went was a similar experience too but I thought it may have been a one off. Will not be visiting this particular Burger Fuel again.

I have never had a burger fuel burger before but that will change. My hamburger was tastier than any wendys, burger king or carls junior hamburger by a country mile. Yes it was a little more expensive BUT you pay for quality. Top notch

Amazing food ☑️<br/>Burger fuel never disappoints.<br/><br/>Not a good service though, guessing because they are understaffed, but where the food is concerned i literally have no complaints.<br/><br/>I normally order the Hamburgini with cheese + i add a mango slice to it and my partner gets the Thunderbird which tastes lovely.<br/><br/>Also a kumra fries + Aioli from here is a must.<br/><br/>The burgers seem to have a decent amount of ingredients and meat portion compared to other Burger Fuels. <br/>Compares well to the other often overrated gourmet burger options in the area.<br/>Burgers are a bit pricey, but you are paying for quality. <br/><br/>Our bill for 2 burgers + 2 fries & Smashbrowns came up to $38.<br/><br/>Ambience : ⭐⭐⭐⭐<br/>Staff : ⭐⭐<br/>Price : ⭐⭐<br/>Food : ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Usually love Burger Fuel, but this one on Stoddard Road just isn’t my favourite unfortunately. I find the Spud fries over fried, the patties in burgers needs more seasoning.

Very tasty burgers indeed. I was pleasantly surprised. The kids burger was a proper burger but a good size. The natural nuggets were very good and fries were well cooked and tasty. Bit of a hiccup with the order bit I couldn't fault the food and probably half the price of a burger burger or similar. Will return with the kids next time the burger craving strikes.<br/>

Lovely environment! Nice food! I do recommend them fixing the chairs though seems a bit worn down! The tables are tightly packed together so there is barely any space to move. I like to go here since its close and convenient location!

I have to come here at off peak hours because it’s so popular (packed) Having said that, I did go at a quieter time once- waited too long for my meal. Sometimes have to wait even when I’ve ordered online. Burgers are always good. Some of the staff could be friendlier.

It's funny what was an exasperated, desolated bus parking lot a few years ago now has transformed into a frantic, modern shopping hub. A great addition to the Mount Roskill region.<br/><br/>Burger Fuel is probably my go-to establishment if I want a wholesome, fearsome burger to execute my burger cravings.<br/><br/>Sure there were a few tidbits where I could point out to the weaknesses in the food, for example the burnt out near-charcoal fry in my fry pod. But overall I was very satisfied with my food - a gourmet beef burger, potato chips and a caramel thickshake.<br/><br/>The guy behind the counter didn't seem very eager to serve me; he seemed much more interested in establishing eye contact and paying active attention on the customer behind me, who in all likelihood befits his ideal demographic customer - White, male, middle-aged and probably more financially-accomplished than myself. Ugh. The lack of diversity in every Burger Fuel restaurant I've been to throughout Auckland really makes me question my patronage in them. <br/><br/>I would rate this restaurant 3 stars, however there was an elderly lady who didn't seem to speak any English and she was allowed to use the bathroom. Kudos to Burger Fuel for being a good business citizen. Therefore I will give them an extra star.

I got a burnout burger, the bun was completely soggy on the bottom and the entire burger tasted like very acidic mustard, will not be coming here again. In saying that the chips we're cooked nicely

Great burgers, I mainly get the bastard since it’s so big and hefty and will fill you up. Quick tip, if u want it halal, you have to ask them to grill it on a separate grill and also remove the bacon. Also if u get the bastard recommend removing the avocado. Their spud fries along with their aioli are so good too!

Moist and juicy patties that every taste bud in your mouth will crave more for.. in love with the burgers served at Burgerfuel. Good customer service with all smiles. Definitely better than other multinational burger joints. :)

Came in to try the pbj before it disappears again and their kumara fries but due to high demand they a proper printed sign out saying they're all out of the fries unfortunately. <br/>We had the pbj, american muscle single, bio fuel and fries. The pbj was as good as I thought it would be, it was ok, I quite liked the pickles on the american muscle but it was a bit on the dry side. The mrs always enjoys her bio fuel. The aioli that comes with the fries is the thing that I enjoyed the most.<br/>Service and ambience is your usual good standard.

Went there today to get some burgers. Really put off by the food hygienes practice. Only one person preparing burger and looking after customers . He was wearing gloves on both hands preparing the burgers, touching environment (fridge, cabinets, tongs to get raw food, and touching the ordering system at the counter, even his phone) with in hands in the same pair of gloves, handling buns and meat, and staking the burger. At one stage. he’s was wearing the same gloves taking out some wipes to wipe the gloves he was wearing？ Antiseptic wetwipes? The place food hygiene practice Is an A here. Not sure what I witnessed about food handling and preparation could justify an A. won’t go back for sure

Food is great, pricey but worth it if you have tastebuds that care. <br/><br/>Music is pretty loud so they sort of have to bark at you when your foods ready - giving it a mess hall feel.<br/>Seats a bit cramped and a/c blows pretty hard for seats next to the wall.

Saw an advertisement of new "blue velvet" burger and I had to try. Since I live in Mt Albert, this joint is our closest option. We went around... Well maybe a little after lunch time. The place was bit messy... Tables needed a wiped down and maybe some sweeping around the tables would have helped as well. <br/>Anywho when my burger arrived, everything around me (mess and crying baby) was nothing but a background issue. <br/>New limited "blue velvet" burger was worth sitting in all that. I highly recommend you all to try this burger out<br/>#deliciousfood

This burger fuel has a problem in that the fries they use are not the same as all the fries at any other burger fuel. We also ordered kumara chips which were all soft and broken- again not the same as everywhere else. The burgers thankfully are the same as elsewhere. Not my fave spot.

Had a great Teenage mushroom pizza burger tonight, oozing with plenty of olive tapenade & also featuring portabello mushrooms, mozzarella, red peppers & pepperoni. I couldn't taste the pepperoni, so not sure that added anything, but loved the tapenade! <br/><br/>It's usually quite busy here, so probably best to internet order. Service is fine, never had a problem here & when they're not so busy they have time to be quite friendly and helpful. <br/><br/>One complaint: I feel like they've changed the aioli recipe. It was delicious back in the days, but now they're plotting world domination the quality has possibly slipped a bit in some areas. <br/><br/>Preferred this burger to Big J's & Burger Queen though, who often feature in 'best burger' write-ups. Keep this one on the menu, Burger Fuel, I like!

I usually don't moan about burgers, but this was the second time in a row they had screwed it up. First time my bun was soaked and falling apart. This time, they put NO jalepeno sauce in my Ring Burner burger. That's like leaving the pastry out of a pie!! If I could give zero I would. Oh and they forgot my drink. Had to run back in and get it. Useless

I really love Burger Fuel but sometimes I find that the staff can be a bit unattentive. The Burger Fuel on Dominion Road was famous for having their staff sitting on equipment in the back for everyone to see, until they moved premises and upped their game. When we went to the Mt Roskill branch, I was expecting the same thing but was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff member on the til. She really was amazing and made the whole experience fantastic. I would go back for the service any day. Her name is Briege according to the receipt and if you can find her, make sure she serves you cos she's awesome.<br/>As for the food, we had the BBQ Roadster, a C N Cheese, Spud Fries and Onion Rings. I really liked the onion rings, a new and limited edition to the menu and I hope they keep them on. I would have preferred normal aioli to the lemon they provide as standard but I'm glad I gave it a go.<br/>My C N Cheese was amazing as usual and my boyfriend really enjoyed his BBQ Roadster, although he said they could have put a little less BBQ sauce on it. Sounds strange, I know, but the table looked like it had been basted in the stuff by the time we were ready to leave.<br/>Overall, I would skip the Dominion Road (now Valley Road) Burger Fuel and head for Mt Roskill instead.

Had my first BurgerFuel experience a few days ago at this branch. The service was friendly (found it quite odd though that only 1 person was working). I ordered a bacon backfire and this burger is probably the best burger I have ever eaten. It was delicious and filling! Didn't even need my side order of chips. A bit pricey but much more worth it than other burger joints.
