Nice cafe. Best cappuccino. Loads of gluten free options and perfect for bigger brunch groups. Nice open space that is not to rowdy either. Open Back yard really awesome for lunch and parties or events also.Everyone in our group really enjoyed their brunch and relaxing atmosphere . Top notch service +A. Extremely accommodating stuff. I was absolutely blown away by their customer service. I wanted a vegan option but they didn't have anything ready-made in the cupboard, so quickly threw together a delicious vegan sandwich for me with the filling of my choice. It was a 100% custom-made delicious sandwich!

My husband and I had a really nice breakfast here. He had the eggs bene and cappuccino and I had The All and shared it with him as it was substantial. The food was great, the service was friendly and the coffee was quite nice.

Lovely food, we went for our S. I. L birthday. We had a smashed avocado, sweet waffles, eggs bene with mushrooms and a big breakfast. As it was a birthday celebration we had some of the cakes, passionfruit, chocolate and banoffee pie, they were delicious! Highly recommended

Coffee and the vegetarian big breakfast were actually pretty good. Downside was nobody taking our coffee order when we first got there so we had to go to the counter. Also the regular big breakfast had the eggs scrambled rather than poached, which should have been specified on the menu as my boyfriend can’t have dairy.

I order corn fritter from this store from Uber eat and it is the worst experience I have ever had. First of all they didn't give me any spoons or forks. Then this corn fritter is just pancake with little corns in it. Sausages are the cheapest ones in supermarket. Everything was randomly stacked together and it spoiled all my brunch mood. In really hope you can do better. At least make real corn fritters.

AAA +++ !!!!!! ...<br/>We had a Beautifully cooked breakfast on Sunday morning & .. thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience . The Cafe was extremely Clean . We ordered from a really lovely girl who gave us Top Service, the meals came out in approx 8 minutes ( not 40 min ) , & both food & coffee's were tasty, great value & presentation !!!<br/>The background music was modern & not to loud .... ( so we can hear each other talk ) .... I always judge a cafe by how clean the front window is !! . This was very clean .... & for the next 1 hour .... we had a lovely dining experience ..... WE WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK " ...

The cafe is in a great location but below average cafe. It needs a good clean. The toilets very filty just suprised that the staff doesnt seem to care at how dirty the toilet and even the tables were. Service wasnt very good. Food was average. Dont think will ever go back.

I like this Cafe ....and it has so much potential Location and a great little courtyard .....but it is in need of a “ big overhaul “,,and especially the toilet ...( the toilet is out of of my worst nightmare “,,,,),,and every thing needs a good clean and spruce up ....it doesn’t take much to even do the little things like fix broken soap dispensers ,,,put a hook on the back of the toilet door .ect ...the meals are average ...need more dressing up and adding more to them .....I understand a change is up coming here ...”it can’t come soon enough “,,,,🙏

Bacon and eggs were pretty average with old past-it's best salad on the plate (yuk). Coffee was OK - we have had worse. But what it really needs is a jolly good clean. Food places need to be sparkling clean guys. Our table was grimy as was the big mirror and the front window.

Just left this place after having breakfast with family. We were greeted by such friendly staff. Took our seats and waited for others. We were given bottle of water and 2 glasses even though we said there were 4 of us. I ordered muesli even though it wasn't on menu. We all REALLY enjoyed our meals, the drinks were very good . A great place to go. Definitely go again <br/>

DIRTY! Had lunch here and when my Prawn salad came it was placed on a plate that had a layer of oil and dust. It had been clearly been sitting on a shelve for a long time. When we informed the waiter, someone from the kitchen said they see nothing wrong and told me they do not use a brand new plate each time they serve a customer. When I touched the plate, I could feel stickiness. If they serve food on a dirty plate, I do worry about the standard of Health and Hygiene at this location? <br/><br/>We left all of our food and coffees. Horrible place and after this I am very reluctant to go to any Sierra after this experience.

I went with my wife for a brunch at Sierra cafe, ponsonby & ordered savoury mince and my wife ordered salmon hash cake. Food was served quickly & was delicious. Barista as well as the girl was very welcoming. Great place to have coffee & food. We will definitely come back.

After being sent away from coffee station cafe because they didn't 'apparently have any eggs Or bacon'..to serve?? (Worst customer service ever) we went into sierra cafe in ponsonby and were delighted by the great coffee, food was amazing but above all was the top notch customer service! All staff were friendly and professional! Thank you to the amazing staff at sierra! My family will be back:) and after a huge dissapointment at the coffee station, I'm glad there are still some decent cafes around with staff that actually care about going he extra mile for customers!

Coffee is just superb from this cafe, very friendly girls and baristas (I'm sure they're brothers).<br/>Been here a few times because of the food. Really enjoyed a Beetroot salad with chicken for lunch. <br/>Will continue coming back.

Me and my partner came in for breakfast last week on Saturday and found the place quite welcoming once you walk in through the door. I had been greeted and told there were a few specials which a lot of places fail to provide. <br/><br/>I had ordered a large mocha and my partner a large flat white I really enjoyed the mocha it had a strong coffee flavour but also sweet. After about 10m our food was delivered with a smile. <br/><br/>We ordered the big full monty and the French toast. <br/>Great breakfast really enjoyed the flavours of both meals. <br/><br/>Really impressed by the clean and professional presentation of the French toast. Nice touch with the marscapone from the chef. <br/><br/>Highly recommended. Will return for breakfast maybe even lunch :-)

Had their pumpkin and lentil soup last week and it was absolutely gorgeous just what I needed. Went back yesterday to have more of the same but they didn't have any so tried their cauliflower soup and it was equally good. Highly recommended.

So disappointed with this place today. Apparently they have changed ownership and are no longer honouring The Entertainment book vouchers. The girl at the counter was lovely but that is as far as the good service went. My butter was dodgy so I took it back and had another packet unceremoniously stuffed in my hand, without a comment let alone an apology.<br/><br/>The food wasn't great. Two pieces of bacon cooked together so they were crispy on one side and soggy on the other, undercooked poached eggs, sandwich bread toasted instead of the usual ciabatta. As we left we walked passed the kitchen, full of people and not one said thanks.<br/><br/>If these were the new owners I can't see the place continuing to do well with that service and food.
