We had Little Lato as a delicious treat for our guests after our wedding ceremony! The communication with Hannah and Courtney was so easy. There were SO many delicious flavours to choose from. Our guests are still now, months later, raving about how delicious the gelato was! Would definitely recommend these guys for any event!

Little Lato my fav lil Gelato spots down at Wynyard Quarter. All the flavours I've tried are delish! Featured in the pic (to the left) is their vegan peanut butter and Jelly. You wouldn't even know it was vegan as it wasn't overpowering with the coconut flavour- I'm assuming coconut cream is used? So delish! I can't remember the other flavour as I didn't try it!

Love this place, the ice cream taste is very delicious and satisfying. They received so many best ice cream rewards too. We always have their ice cream every time we go to fish market.

Such a nice spot to get gelato and chill, the gelato is so creamy and rich and also have vegan options!!! Also the affgato menu is amazing!! 😋

Very nice and fresh gelato! Quick service from the friendly staff, who were patient as we took a bit of time deciding on the many delicious flavours. Highly recommend the dark chocolate sorbet, not too strong as a flavour and so refreshing. The cold brew coffee from the beverage menu is also a nice afternoon drink. :)

I had the coconut gelato and plum sorbet. The plum was nice and tangy, can tell it's made with lots of fresh plums!

BEST Vegan Gelato!
I consider myself a picky ice cream person and have tried ice creams/gelato from around the world. Little ‘Lato never fails to deliver, the texture, flavour and balance of sweetness is so on point! Highly recommend!

the mango lassi🥤 flavor which is so delicious! Very rich mango flavor but not super tangy like mango sorbet. Less yogurt taste than actual mango lassi tho. Highly recommend the espresso☕️ flavor. Despite how biased I am due to love for coffee, they actually make the ice cream really well. Strong espresso flavor, not bitter but not too sweet either.😝 Pretty sure we will be back again for more delicious flavors

Hannah, the lovely owner, even went to gelato uni in Italy so ya know she's brought the tricks of the craft back here to humble NZ. With recipes created from scratch and handmade on site, they have some truly innovative flavours plus vegan/plant-based options! If you can't get enough, grab a take home tray while you're there. We went quite late at night and so it wasn't super busy. But the service was very quick.<br/>We got the salted caramel and gingerbread (can't remember the exact flavour) and the portion sizes were quite big. The salted caramel wasn't too sweet and was actually salty - which is a good thing because a lot of other places make salted caramel more sweet with a tiny hint of salt. As for the gingerbread - it was nice, but I wish the ginger taste was a little more distinct. <br/>It was around $9 for two scoops which is a tad pricey but it was worth it!

Just a small takeaway place but a good selection of gelatos including dairy free ones. You can sample as many as you like before you buy too. I chose a peanut butter one $6 which was delicious . Would definitely come here again if I’m feeling like a sweet treat down Wynyard Quarter.

Little 'Lato is damn damn cute man! Came here with my friend for a late night ice cream the other night and we were both very impressed. I got the Chocolate Sorbet which was $6 and my friend got the Espresso brownie which was also $6 and both got it in a cone. It took us ages to decide what we wanted because all the flavours looked and sounded so good. The ice cream is by far the BEST ice cream I've ever had it was delicious and the cone was also delicious and fresh. Can't wait to come back here! Everyone needs to try out this place. Recently came back again and got the Raspberry Dark Chocolate which was devine omg!!! I'm obsessed with this place the ice cream is delicious. My brother got the Passion Fruit and Mango one and my mom got the Vanilla Bean one and they both loved their ice creams also. love love love this place. Came again and got the toasted coconut flavour and she was good good. x

The place is quite hidden, but it’s worth it to go here cos i got my fave dark chocolate sorbet ice cream. For chocolate lover should try this one. Recommended!!

Whoever made that mango lassi gelato 👏🏻deserves👏🏻a👏🏻gold👏🏻medal👏🏻<br/>Somehow I decided to have a walk around the harbour and fish market but instead of having seafood, I discovered this cute gelato place (attached to Good Karma coffee). Staff was really nice and let me try the chocolate marshmallow gelato. It was so rich in chocolate but in the end I went for the staff’s recommendation which was the mango lassi gelato. <br/><br/>It was exactly like a mango lassi drink transformed into a scoop of gelato. Very creamy and refreshing, there were also small chunks of coconut inside. Cup or cone was the same price and $6 for a huge scoop! <br/><br/>I WILL BE BACK 😉

Hidden behind Good Karma café is this cute little charming gelato place! You can find authentic bespoke gelato, sorbet and even dairy free vegan options made from scratch. I tried their newly released affogatos.<br/><br/>The Caffeine Addict-espresso gelato loaded with @whittakersnz dark chocolate. A perfect blend of bitter and sweet. The gelato is nicely dense with vivid espresso flavour. A must try for coffee lovers! 👍👍👍👍👍/5<br/><br/>Death by Chocolate-2018 Silver Award winning chocolate sorbet loaded with brownie, cacao nibs, @whittakersnz dark chocolate. This was decadently chocolatey with fudgey chewy brownie surprise in each spoonful! A classic chocolate lover's must! 👍👍👍👍👍/5<br/><br/>They also have Salted Caramello which comes topped with popcorn, Peanut Butter Chocolate made with dairy free peanut butter gelato and the Classic which comes with Oreo cookies!

After having dinner at Miss Clawdy’s, my friends and I decided on gelato for dessert. <br/><br/>I have to say that Little Lato is probably my favourite gelato spot in town! The flavours are so unique and delicious. The server gave us such generous scoops of gelato which I highly appreciated. I chose the s’mores flavour and I loved it! I really enjoyed all the marshmallows hidden inside. The price was $6 for one scoop, but I think the price was fair for the quality you get.
