Went during a quiet time(Saturday morning 10am). Service was pleasant and efficient. Ordered two beef Thai salads and two juices and all was ready within 10 minutes. Taste of salad was fresh and well seasoned. Juice was also very tasty. Worth a go if you are after a good meal

This store gave me the best experience when I visited this store recently and got served by this beautiful lady Mandy, who greeted me with a lovely smile. Being occupied by customers at lunch time, working on her own, she was so patient and polite and also offered me to try their best vegetarian Raw lean Green salad and suggested me various vege dressings which I wasn’t aware of before. Also tried their smoothie on her recommendation and loved it. Best customer service ever had.

Got some sour people on here... anyone even remotely relying on Google reviews to make decisions can only hope these sour reviews aren't all based on one visit when people are running late but still wanted that quick smoothie or salad in under two minutes (Pro Tip: Use the App - you're welcome.) Anyway, I buy Tank smoothies more than I feel I should, sometimes, and I go to Tank branches all over Auckland multiple times a week. After a few visits, I realised these guys in Oteha make the some awesome smoothies They also seem to remember their usuals as I see a lot of people get acknowledged in there, almost like friends. Every one I've dealt with, specially the manager, makes Tank smoothies taste better than usual. Not sure what it is, but on point, every time apart from the one time a trainee did it, which is understandable. This could all change when teams change, of course, but as of now, these guys rock.

IM REVIEWING THE SERVICE. You can’t have just one person working. People come here because it’s quick. The juice is okay, I rate it. But service needs to be first and foremost. 15 minutes for my order to be started and 20 minutes to get my not so smoothie. Quality drops when it’s rushed. Smoothie tasted nice, appreciate what I got.

I love the tank Thai chicken salad. I came to the Albany store off oteha valley road for my favourite salad the other day. I hadn't been to this tank store before and I didnt realise it was about 5 mins to closing time. The young guy greeted me cheerily and proceeded to take my order and make my salad. Which was by the way , one of the best tank salads I've ever had. I just want to say thank you to the friendly guy who served me for his awesome service , when it must have been annoying having me walk in so close to closing time, and for my delicious salad.

Love this place go here almost every day for lunch love there chicken and herb wrap and the tank mango smoothies love how fast they are and how hygiene is a massive thing for them as the work area is all ways tidy

Good service, nice and clean. Got the best tank I've ever had from here. Not a lot of people come to this one due to its location. There's another more conveniently located Tank in the Albany mall. The benefit of coming to this Tank is that there's almost never a line, so you get what you want fast and easy.

Ordered the Thai chicken salad. Even though the box looks really small they definitely fill it up with more than enough salad!! I was full. My favourite smoothie is the tropical tank as it so yum and refreshing! Loved the Thai dressing on the salad as well !!! I also like how the menu in the store is on the wall and easy to read and understand.

Great place for lunch - 5 minutes from my work. Juices are great (had a couple I want keen on by that's my own fault with choosing) and the staff are friendly! I also love their Caesar salad! Yumm yummy!

Yummy juices! They are always happy to let me change ingredients on the juice menu, so I can swap out fruits for all vegetables :) salads are not the best imo however.

This tank is in such a convenient location as it saves you the trouble of having to go to the Albany mall. The staff are reasonably friendly and the service is fast. I had the pomegranate purifier and quinoa, chicken and goji berry salad to try something new. I loved the drink but the salad was not for me-my error not theirs. It was also hard to eat because it wasn't properly wrapped hence my 4/5.

My favourite place to get takeaways from! Seeing as I don't eat McDonald's or anything like that. I normally get a Thai beef salad a couple of times a week! The dressing is amazing and everything always tastes very fresh. My favourite daily juice is the Tank healer - oranges, strawberries, peach nectar and ginger, it's very refreshing! If I'm getting a smoothie it's always between the all berry or the tank mega greens. I did try the lemon and herb chicken salad the other week and found it extremely dry even with the pesto dressing.
