Was recommended by my sister who heard from a friend how good it was here. I ordered the spicy friend squid, satay Butterflied prawns and red Thai curry. OMG all three dishes were rich in flavor and exactly what I wanted.
Just a few things I'd change or if they could work on. The Satay prawns went cold quite fast and were undercooked (I'm a savage for seafood so it wasn't too much of a biggie) but on a cold night, i would've loved it a bit more charr and temp hotter. The Red Thai curry was my absolute favourite of the night, however I'd prefer it didn't have the peas and pineapple in it. Otherwise everything was great. Staff were kind and accommodating. I will be happy to make the drive from South Auckland to try more from the menu. Thanks Tuk Tuk Thai 👍🏽😊

I’ve been coming here for a few years and I always get the same thing. Curry puffs, sizzling beef, fresh rice paper rolls, pork, and it always tastes amazing. I just finished ubering some dinner from here and whoever made it had done an amazing job! Love it. Thank you 😊

Been meaning to try this place and finally did after the lockdown. We ordered pad Thai & pad se ew -- reasonable price and serving size. The wait time was a little long but the presentation of the food made it worth it! Super impressed with Tuktuk Thai & can't wait to come back!

A little more consistency would be nice. Prices have increased as well and no more free delivery. I dont mind paying 15 for a dish but it needs to be worth it. Unfortunately my last meal wasn't that great. 1 out of the 4 dishes was good.

Went for dinner and tried the dine in area, food was average but the service was strange, received mains before entree, 1 entree never came, drink came out after meal, the women taking our order was also trying to answers phones at the same time, when I went to pay the price was different from the price displayed on the wall which was different from the price on the menu and when I queried it I was told it was$6 to eat in the restaurant area. 50 cents for a takeaway container as well. There’s other Thai places to eat that are atleast just as good with out the gypsy pricing system they have.

Stopped in for a quick lunch yesterday. Ordered #77 Crispy BBQ Pork with chilli paste sauce + rice. Delicious! Crispy pork was super crispy. Really nice. Great to have a quality Vietnamese restaurant in Glendene. Will absolutely return for dinner soon.

What a treat!! I have been craving Thai food for some time and this place delivered - literally!! The flavours were exactly as delicious as I hoped they would be and the portions generous and full of everything evenly. I ordered the cashew nut chicken stir fry, panang chicken curry (both come with fluffy rice) and four prawn rice paper rolls. I had scoffed half of it down before I wished I had taken photos - it was just too good! Delivery was fast, free and easy. New favourite, will be ordering often.

Well the photo says it all. I was hungry and I went into Tuk Tuk Thai for the first time. They were really friendly. I ordered Chicken Pad Thai. It was great. Was also really happy to hear that if you live close they will deliver for free when your order is over $30. The only thing I would change would be the lay out. I was sure if it was two takeaways.<br/>

Stopped here for an in-house meal. The place is very clean and welcoming. The food - fabulous. I've eaten a lot of Thai over the years and the offerings here rate right up there with the best. The staff are friendly, the service excellent. Our food arrived nicely presented and very quickly after ordering.<br/>You must try the crispy squid - really good!<br/>I note the info says you can't get alcohol here but this is incorrect. They have a range of beer and wine available to have with your meal.<br/>Thoroughly recommend anyone to dine here.

The food arrived quickly I ordered online.The Fish really needs to be baked in less batter. I wanted to eat fish and not an extra thin piece of fillet coated with massive thick unhealthy deep fried batter .After all the fish cost $4 a piece. Actually it was$ 4 deep fried unhealthy batter.

Our favourite local restaurant! We have ordered takeaways only and they have been fantastic. We are delighted they have added Rice on Dish to the menu selection. We have had a couple of cases where orders were very late or missed but they are probably an online ordering system issue. Sometimes their food is on the dry side (e.g. pork hock, fish and chicken wings). Our favourites are the Pineapple Fried Rice, Pad Thai, Rice on Dish selections and all their curries and soups. I love it how their food is always piping hot! Very friendly staff. We are looking forward to dine-in their new location one day :)

Normally I have found these guys awesome - with lovely food. That was until Friday . An order placed online at 6.13, expected delivery at 19.41!!!!!, at 8.08 I rang four times until the call was answered. It was on its way I was told . No apology, no reason for delay. It arrived at 8.45pm!!!!. Two and a half hours after the order was placed. An hour after expected delivery time. Again no apology. Sorry guys you have lost a loyal happy customer as a result. Telling blatant lies about delivery on its way was not good. I know now you hadn't even started to cook my meal. Yet , you couldn't be honest and say you had made a mistake

After their move from McLeod Rd to Great North Road, I'm glad they did not move somewhere far. Anyways I remember buying some takeaways from here at their previous location. But at their current location I ordered something different. As a fan of seafood when I'm eating healthy, I ended up getting the Garlic Fish with rice and their special homemade sauce. And I gotta say their is fish so good that they actually make the bones edible as well. It's very crunchy and the sauce with rice definitely goes well too.<br/><br/>Their service is beyond superb, each time I go in they give me a really warm welcome. They also tell you how long it'll take to cook the meal which is a plus. <br/><br/>At their new location, it's a lot bigger than their previous location. They now have a dining area and you can also make reservations as well. It's at least 100x better than their previous location.
