It's not the same anymore �. My muffin with eggs bene was dry... no spread on it at all and one dry half muffin stacked on top of another. The kids chips were over salted to extent they were inedible and best they could do was knock a couple if dollars off of them. Service slow despite not being very busy. With the increase in choice in the area Roberts is going to need to up their game

We came here today for my mums birthday lunch. 5 adults and 2 children. We had a great and relaxing time. Lots of stuff for our kids to do while the adults chatted away. Heaps of food and drink choices and the staff were very smile and friendly. I really loved my coffee �

Great facilities and atmosphere. Lovely staff. Coffee is very good (consistently) and good options on menu. Sad that some of your clientele interpret 'kid friendly' as 'let kids do whatever they like while the adults drink coffee and ignore them'. Not the fault of your business but for the sake of your poor staff (who were always smiling and cheerful despite it all) and other patrons some basic guidelines may need to be stated. P.s. yes I have kids of my own and they love the cafe :)

Really noisy, been 3 times now and something is always wrong, like stale muffin, short changed, ran out of cakes on first day of opening by 10 am ,no soya milk either on first day , lacking the basics ,but staff are friendly and try their best

We went there today the food was okay but the service was not good. They told us we had a 40min wait for food 10-15 mins after we ordered. We would not have stayed if we knew this prior to ordering. Would not recommend and will not be going there again. Really disappointing for fathers day.

After driving past a number of times we decided to drop in. Greeted by a young man who told there would be a 30 min wait for food as they were really busy - this surprised us as only about 20% of the tables occupied. When placing order for banana smoothie informed that this is not an option as run out of bananas - hard to understand how this could happen when I can see a Countdown supermarket from our table. When food arrived wedges missing sour cream so went to counter to ask for it and response was "Would you like some" - considering i was asking for it and it is supposed to come with wedges this question puzzled me. After a couple of minutes the sour cream arrived at the table - dropped at the opposite end of table from the person eating the wedges and no hint of an apology for it being missed from the meal. Sorry but not a good first impression.
