We had a very friendly and bubbly waiter, which we appreciated. Felt like the service quality you get in Shanghai, which was great. Quality of ingredients was good, as was the soup. Individual small pot hotpot is definitely the way to go during time of coronavirus!
Really good hotpot bases and top quality ingredients. The mushroom hotpot base is my favourite, its very rich in flavour, well seasoned, and drinking it as a soup washes down all the oil you've been having throughout the meal.
Meat wise, I'd recommend their mushroom meatballs, lamb Leg slices (not shoulder slices, as for just $1 extra the leg slices are much more tender), special tender beef (always add the milk!).
Seafood wise, definitely the fish fillets and special homemade shrimp jelly.
Carbs wise, their hotpot noodles is really good. I always get the deep fried buns with condensed milk as well, but I think other places do it better.
Prices are quite good for the quality they serve. Their service is genuine and helpful as well.
Really like this place. Been their twice and did a group hotpot. I haven't tried their individual hot pot yet. It's clean and has great selection of sauces and dishes. Staff are friendly and prompt. Their selection of beer is quite limited though. A plus since there is Zomato Gold where we can get 1 free dish. Their fried pork side dish is a must try I see it at every table 😉
Came here second time! The food and sauce are still awesome!!! Service quality was also good! Environment was great comfortable. The only thing is I was order the tomato soup after 2times adding soup, the pot I have the soup was boil until came out. But nvm, it’s a good place and I would like to bring my friends next time. Good one. 👍
Our first hotpot experience and it was well worth it. The staff was super friendly and guided us through the menu and explained "how to hotpot"🤩 i really recommend y'all to try fish fillets with your choice of hotpot flavor. It is super yummy compared to the beef slices we tried. The soup is spicy. I think the sesame dip will help to soothe your palate. Great experience, will be back for more.. Special thanks to the staff for helping us choose from the menu.
This was the first time going to a hot pot place that gives you individual pots. We ordered the meat, kumara, fried tofu and various other dishes. The portion sizes were quite small making the dish quite pricey but if you go in a group it is definitely worth it. Taste was very good.
Came here on a Friday evening and we were one of the early diners. We were greeted and seated immediately after choosing to have our own personal hotpot. I got the Mushroom Soup Pot and my friend got the Tom Yum Soup Pot.
We chose a range of ingredients to share, including Beef Scramble Eggs, Premium Beef Tender, Beef Meatballs, Fish Roe Meatballs, Fresh Tofu, Pig Brain, Mushroom Platter and Vegetables Platter!
Having your own little pot is a lot more convenient and faster to cook! The portion sizes were unexpectedly large and the meat cuts were generous too! The Premium Beef and Scrambled Eggs Beef were both so tender and well-marinated, it was genuinely better than the ones I’ve had in China. The soup base of the hotpot is also seasoned well and gives enough flavour to the ingredients.
Service is good and staff are very friendly; they do get busy later in the evening and during weekends!

Found it on Zomato and had dinner here on a rainy Monday night. Quiet, family crowd, 4-5 tables occupied.

This place serves hot pot where you pick and tick what’s on the menu sheet. Three main sections to choose your items from : meat, mushrooms and vegetables. Mind you, it can get reaaaally expensive if you keep ticking without checking the price of each item. Sauce is charged at $3 per person and there’s a station where you can conjure up your own sauce. Literally everything is charged here.
Our waitresses were super super nice and explained very nicely how the menu worked and also recommended us best choices.
Bear in mind — Zomato gold only takes off one item; it’s not 1/2 price overall. (So pretty much useless)
Overall, we (well at least I did ! Haha) really enjoyed our dinner and I would definitely come back again for those chewy lollies at the checkout counter 🤣🤣 that was the best part of the dinner !!
The food were great but the service ummmm.
Like the other Zomato Gold users feedback, we had similar issue when we applied Zomato Gold discount while paying the bill. For example, we had 3 dish which was $12, and the staff won’t count them all due to same price initially. As discuss and explained, the staff allowed to make one of the three dish ($12) free. But after that, the attitude turned to impatient right away...
Plus, the touchscreen of the stove did not working properly when we eating (couldn’t change the level of heat or even couldn’t turn off), one of the staff don’t even look or help just let us to take the pot from the stove...
And have ordered the mixture of vegetable, but staff didn’t know what kind of vegetable were included in the dish..
Overall all, food are absolutely great but service are poor.
(Thought the owner has already make some differences of the service - as the reply on the other Zomato gold user’s review, but sadly not yet)

All ingredients are fresh and there are so many options available to fit all dietary requirements
Side dishes are very tasty and arrive very quickly
When we went the first time the lovely lady hosting us explained the skewer system very well and very clearly so there were no surprises when the bill came

This is one of my favourite food places in Auckland. The hotpot is simply amazing; never fails to please us. The staff are very friendly and helpful with great service as always. Merry is the best, she always gives fantastic recommendations when I ask to try new things.
Had a lovely dinner today at Miss Hotpot. So glad we opted for their tomato and veg broth (individual bowl) instead of spicy as the broth flavor was impressive by itself. The dipping sauce spread quality was very good. Loads of options on the menu; Tiger prawns we're fresh, massive and oh-so sweet - no seasoning required.
Service staff was nice and friendly, helped us with some of our queries.
What could really help for first timer like us would be a guide for cooking/dipping time, dipping sauce mixing suggestions and other etiquettes like what's for individual consumption/what can be shared etc. I was too lazy to Google for these 😂.
Overall, lovely experience and will visit again for sure.
A very high quality hot pot place with the options to choose from a share pot with a group of people or one to yourself. The location is just around a corner, hard to miss, and easy to park on the street. I was extremely pleased with the customer service where they offer aprons and hair ties if you have long hair. Although the price in general is more dear but I reckon it’s definitely worth a try!
A fantastic place for hotpot! This really reminds me of Haidilao with the condiments and the service, which is great. Staff were very helpful and attentive.
Great variety of soups to cook in: bone broth, sour spicy, tomato, and spicy. Lots of great quality meat, vegetables and seafood.

Stopped by this place as we were in the area. We had such a great experience tonight. Firstly the place was nice, and had a good casual vibe. Tables are spaced out well and we were seated immediately. Since it was our first time the waiter took great care of us by showing us what to do and even made personal recommendations which was nice. Food was fresh and delicious. We definitely will be back. Big thanks to the waiter Ace who hosted us well😊💯💯 excellent.

Delicious food lots of selection I recommend the beef tallow hot pot.
Only negative was a table of extremely loud, rude 20's vaping inside the restaurant. The staff were fantastic and went to shut them up as other families were also annoyed by their behavior.

Reasonably priced, side dishes came out on time.
