Would probably give 3.5 if I had the choice. No real problems but nothing to rave about either. The restaurant is clean with plenty of parking. The food is on the slightly salty side but might be based on the dishes we chose. Food came out pretty quick, though oddly the vegetables and beer came out

I was very surprised by my visit to this what appears to be family owned restaurant. It doesn't seem like it's much from the outside but the food inside is delicious and very affordable for the portions you get. My brother and I fell across JingAn Shanghai Restaurant by accident and we are super stoked we did! Beautiful clean and friendly atmosphere and the food tastes homemade like gran would cook! Highly recommend and look forward to returning. Cheers!
