Review Burger King - Auckland Central

Friendly, courteous and fast staff members. They are very accommodating and patience too. Open later closer to the weekend, though not 24 hours. Dining room close mostly at 10p, only the drive though that opens late.

It was nice to park and go inside and order the special burger they provided me with a no spill drink lid so on my way home I won't have any spillage the staff so professional they were precise and fast, got home the chips were still hot and the burger was delicious.

Standard Burger King but a rather large seating area that we enjoyed. No issues at all. Friendly and fast and good burgers

Came here on a beautiful sunny day and decided to order lunch. With the cars lined up through the drive thru, it was obvious that they had a busy day ahead for them. Walking into the restaurant, there was the odd lunch crowd but not overly crowded, just the way I like my fast food joints. Service was prompt and fast, and a surprising touch screen drink dispenser. They also had a small arcade corner, with some racing games, the ubiquitous basketball machine, a shotgun machine, and some random prize machines. A token dispenser is provided so you do not have to use coins. The place is nice and spacious and the toilets are reasonably clean. I liked the decor of this restaurant. Some Burger King joints harken back to the 1950s and the cars scene but this was distinctly different and in a very good way.

Very quiet when we attended. Ine staff member constantly doing the rounds and cleaning.

Arrived just before 12pm amongst a steady stream of customers and was served promptly after trying to place order electronically with no luck. Fast, friendly service. All food was correct, hot and delicious. Stand out was being able to eat in a lovely clean restaurant that was continually being looked after by Michael. Well done team.

Nice, clean. The loaded chips aren't much to write home about but all in all good service and food.

Probably the best bk in auckland. They have never got my.order wrong Avoid mangere and dominion road!

Just wanted the review this place from awhile back. Normally I don't review fast food but I had to this time. The restaurant's cleanliness is appalling. The soft drink machine spits out warm soda. Will definitely not go again despite it being in a nice location.

One of the better Burger Kings around, I usually get drive through and the service is always fast. Burgers also taste all good and more edible than some other ones. <br/><br/>Great for a quick fast food fix.

A very convenient location for the locals in Epsom, Remuera and Newmarket. Heaps of parking in the front, but I normally do a drive-through. I love their Double Whopper with Cheese and Big Fish Burger. The staff are mainly Uni students but they are friendly and provide adequate service to customers. They also have some arcade games onsite to occupy the kids while the parents are having their meals. All in all a great fast-food outlet ;-)<br/>Edit 22/6: Came here again and added photos of Loaded Cheesy Fries (Add Jalapeno), fries and Triple Whopper with Cheese 🤓

Always come here to get take away. Burger is good, and chips always hot and crispy. Service nice and friendly. Environment seems clean and hygiene but i didn't dine in before

To be honest, terrible service..We went to burger king Epson after we finished work to have dinner. As we ordered Japanese TonKatsu Panko Tendercrisp (Buy one get one free) through app promotion. Terrible service.. we went home to have Food and found out that chicken patty was rock and can’t even bite. Horrible..!! Felt just waste our time and money.. someone really need to look into this asap, and fix this , This is not acceptable service. And kitchen needs to follow their food safety standards. Thank you..!

Sorry folks, know you were busy when I went in but this is not the first time that the food I ordered has been cold. cheese has just been tossed on top, not-melted. Most recent visit was the last I plan to make, ordered and payed for bacon, non appeared on the burgers. Take out order so didn't notice until home. Staff were pleasant but 0 rating on food. Guess this has done me a favour in the long run, gonna get my health in order.

I am I used to love burger King because of the chicken tenders, but since they got rid of it from the menu I haven't been back in a long while, but I did go back the other day for some curly fries and hot churros and they were terrible. Old Cold and dry and hard, but then I complained and they offered the same thing so I tried it again and it was hot and fresh and actually pretty tasty, the churros were actually great--crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. But downside they gave me the wrong sized curly fries but oh well. Verdict:So burger King can do well but they should do it all the time for everyone so they'd come back to burger King more often.

So after discovering the BK app I have unnecessarily been visiting a little too often. Just the usual BK but good fast service. If you don't have the app get it ! I've literally been three times and scored myself a full free meal

Went last night after premier of pork pie.<br/><br/>The food is just not made fresh enough...the beef patties were dry in the whopper. You'd think this was any generic BK but na, not this one. I wasn't even supposed to eat any of it but when foods in front of me I can't help but trying my luck and asking for a bite. <br/><br/>BBQ rodeos take me back to my high school days in Newmarket and going to the BK on Broadway every day after school and ordering a $5 meal and having the fountain of unlimited sugar! <br/><br/>Sadly I can't consume more than one every few months otherwise my jeans might rip -_- but Algood .... This is another BK franchise that isn't too bad. The food here is what you'd expect from BK. The service can take long depending on the day. Their food isn't cheap but still affordable. I have to commend this place for its good location.

I haven't had BK for breakfast in years, and having tried it again, I don't think I was missing much. I ordered a King Muffin combo and while the muffin itself was a fairly decent size, it wasn't really enjoyable. The "sausage/beef" in the muffin had a really unpleasant taste and texture. Alternatively, the bacon had no taste. It was like eating a massive oily muffin that tasted of cheese and ketchup. Gross. The little hash brown bites were the one redeeming feature. If I got dragged back to BK for breakfast, I'd likely give the muffins a miss and just stock up on the hash bites. The service was crazy slooooow as well. We were the only ones there (this is like 6:30am on a Sunday morning) and our order took next-to-forever to arrive. I was starting to suspect that maybe they were trying to catch the cow to use for the beef, until I tasted the food and realised there was a good chance no cows were harmed in the making of that muffin.<br/><br/>Little tummy: First of all, when you go to BK for breakfast you already know not to set your expectations that high. I opted for a standard bacon & egg muffin combo. Nice and basic. The muffin was pretty standard, though, to be honest, I prefer McDs' version. BK's muffin just lacked any form of taste. Personally, I would have been grateful for some ketchup to put on it. The hash browns bites were pretty good though. I hadn't had them before, so they were kind of a nice surprise. I ended up giving the rest of my muffin to my boyfriend, but at least the bites were worth eating. Probably wouldn't return to BK for their breakfast menu anytime soon.

Average but need a little more care in their services. As I live near here.. I often go to BK Epsom by drive-thru but sometimes the crews forgot one or two items that I ordered. This is frustrating even if the items are only few bucks. Please check the order list and items you put into the paper bag.

Have been to this burger king joint mostly every saturday night. Havent been disappointed most of the times, but I once got a burger patty that wasnt cooked all the way through in the center (so just a half star deduction). Other than that, great customer service at the drive thru and havent had something missing from my order, unlike many other fast food joints.

I once saw the cashier (guy who handles money) using his bare hands and picks up a bun and hands it over to the cook in the kitchen area. I suppose this is what happens if you employ unqualified part timers. I promptly left without ordering, have not been back to this branch since, or any other Burger King joint...

this is one of the nicer and cleaner burger kings. and has a good turnover so the fries i have had have always been fresh and hot. it make a nice change to the queen street ones

It's Burger King, what else is there to say? Cheap food that doesn't fill you up, but good if desperate. It could be worse, but it could be a whole lot better too.
