Very hangry! Ordered uber eats and driver was great and quick but the food was the worst macas I’ve ever had. Cold sloppy burgers, cold soggy chips, half melted sundaes, no straws for the drinks, no spoons for the sundaes, no sweet and sour sauce for the nuggets, no salt or tomatoe sauce packets as requested! I could punch the slop that put my order together! Go wash windows because you aren’t any good at macas! Grr!

Absolutely shocking! Ordered through the drive through, told lady what we wanted - she said they don’t do that. Told her just do add ons, she still said they don’t do that, she went off to ask which took her almost 4mins then said “oh yes we can do that”?... Anyways, we were literally waiting in the drive thru for 34mins after we had paid.. So from the first window where you pay to the window where you pick up you order it took 34 MINUTES!! The servers said sorry for the wait and just stood around laughing and making jokes, drive thru line was near the main road and best part about it, our food was pretty much cold as if it was sitting there for a good 34 minutes!

Every time I order through drive-thru at Manurewa, it's always a long wait for food. Regardless if it's quiet or if your order is small there usually is a wait. Not too sure if Manurewa McDonalds don't want to hire more staff or what? Manurewa could learn a thing or two from Takanini McDonalds, they're always fast and efficient.

Mac Donald’s south mall is an epic FAIL. Having to literally YELL my order because the speakers are so shit and you can barely hear them. Customer service is a right joke. Food is just as bad. And they have the nerve to frown at you when you’ve been waiting half an hour in drive through and ask for a couple packets of ketchup. SO SHIT!!!!

My order was completely wrong. I ordered a kids happy meal and chose the toy, didn't get the toy. The big mac i ordered had one slice of cheese and barely any lettuce. I ordered a grilled chicken snack wrap and got some crispy caesar chicken thing. Ordered two cheeseburgers but only got one. Chips were cold. But hey, at least they remembered that I ordered water.

Drive thru is always busy and you can wait over half an hour, would not recommend. havent had too many problems with my orders but the wait time is ridiculous

I only like their frozen cokes . The younger employees really don’t know what customer service is and don’t know how to take a simple order like 2 cheeseburger happy meals . They also need to do something about the Random’s at the end of the drive thru asking for money. My answer is always going to be no and if you have the legs to walk to the drive thru and arms and hands to put your hand out for money then you have the ability to use them and find a job .

What a SHAME! We brought Mac chicken Combo and Big Mac combo the other night. The big mac combo had no sauce at all, we had to use our tomato sauce . The lettuce was dry and yuck. The mac chicken tasted like crap, no taste , dry , the bun was old , so disappointing. The is probably the worst Macdonald I've been to.

I don’t know who cleans this hole of a place but they need to be fired ASAP! there was a piece of crap on the toilet seat in the ladies bathroom and I was disgusted to see that the floor was covered in water and filth. The dining area of the restaurant is also disgusting. The service is tolerable

This honestly has to be the worst mc Donald's branch. Always forgetting something, buns are never steamed my extra sauces are never in the bag or burger and make it worse you trick me by putting the black sticker on box lid. Piss me off. Takanini is 100% better don't even waste ya time.

I sat in the drive through for 20 minutes this morning, and no one in front of me had a big order from what I could see. Also in the past I have always been asked to pull up in the carpark defeating the purpose in drive thru. This McDonald's really needs looking into, and up your security, there is always homeless people begging here. Oh and we threw most of the breakfast in the bin, it was rank!

(This is the LOWEST I've ever scored a restaurant). Hit and miss, but tonight will be the last time I ever come to this restaurant. Beggars outside asking for your food or your money, the security is inside hiding, more like trying to be "safe". Shocking. Nobody is ever at the window to take your order at the drive thru. At near 1:00AM you'd think the drive thru would be speedy, but it was very full, had been waiting in line for over 20 minutes before reversing out of the entrance and I wasn't the only one who left because of the ridiculous wait. Makes you think what the hell the staff are doing inside? On Snapchat? Gosh. I've NEVER had to wait this long. A shame BK isn't open later on weekdays as I've never had an issue at the Takanini restaurant. McDonalds Manurewa, you suck. Like, really, REALLY suck! Shame on you all, we as customers expect better (you're taking our money for average food, give us good service AT LEAST!)

Went in for breakfast on a Saturday morning and it looked like the dining area hadn't even been cleaned up. The food was average (mcmuffins were toasted too long and became hard & chewy) and the toilets were disgusting! Management really need to step up their game and sort this restaurant out!

The WORST MACDONALDS IN ALL OF NEW ZEALAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Purchased 2 big mac hunger busters and a Quarter Pounder combo. Received everything else EXCEPT the Quarter Pounder!!!! Also had to wait 30 minutes just for STALE food and drinks!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! NO APOLOGIES FOR THE WAIT AND GAVE ATTITUDE THEN FINALLY EXPECTED ME TO HOLD 3 DRINKS ONE OF WHICH WAS A HOT DRINK WHILST I AM DRIVING!!!! Keep in mind I was polite and friendly. Fair enough they work late nights, but come on man every customer is different. Do not treat us all the same!! This is the number one busiest food restaurant in all of New Zealand at least get the orders right or hire someone who can do the job!!!!! Really unfair!!

My hubby ordered some food from here at 2am in the morning. They had no Georgie Pie selection available and of course the ice cream machine was down so no Sundaes or milkshakes either. He opted for a big mac, fillet o fish, chicken nuggets and fries with a fanta. The burgers, fries and chicken nuggets were cold and old. Not worth the $24 spent on it. Would have got no stars at all if it weren't for the fanta which was perfect. Bloody ridiculous!

These guys serve the usual fare, not presented any better or worse than anyone else. However they get a 5 because they are fast and ALWAYS get the order right, so no getting home only to find the wrong burger or missing an item.

Food taste like every other mcds u go to. I usually go through the drive through at night, and yes there is usually poor customer service. There are a lot of nights when the machines are not working or u can only pay in cash. Given a rating of 3.5 because of the sometimes 24hr drive through, live entertainment you get while waiting in line and becos I know I'm gna go back every time I say I won't.

Arrived before 10.30 for breakfast. No one came to serve us. 10.30 rolled around and they stopped serving breakfast before we could order. Mum told them it wasn't good enough and we walked out. This place needs a serious overhaul of customer service!

The service is shocking. I have been here a few times and how could you with different staff serving me nearly every time, continue to mess up my orders? Someone else complained about the service and the manager simply tried to ridicule the customer for a mistake his staff had done. Since then, have not been back.

Slowest service I've ever experienced at any Mc Donalds. Waited about 20-25 minutes for breakfast for 2 people. Pancakes were cold, was tempted to take back, but i didnt want to wait even longer for a replacement. No apology for the wait. Mc Cafe was dirty, flies everywhere, coffee filter left exposed with ground coffee spilling out, on the bench, dishes stacked in sink, etc. Tables hadn't been cleared the whole 40 minutes we were there. They had more people walking in and out to use the bathroom and "hang out" there, not actual paying customers. Gave the place a bad look. Couldn't wait to get out there. Worst Mothers Day ever. Never going back to a Mc Donalds.
