I purchased a steak and cheese pie at the St Luke’s outlet of Hollywood and without doubt it was the most disgusting pie I have ever had. There was no steak or cheese in the pie. The goo was wrapped in pastry that was so hard you could not eat it. They have the worst customer service and if you are thinking of eating there my advice is to walk on past.

I usually love hollywood bakery. But this St Luke’s branch has put me off, as i can’t risk another experience like that. Horrible customer service and the employees did not even understand english. When our order had finally been understood we waited. Food came and lucky one meal was ok. But the eggs benedict was hard to look at. Water from the egg poaching, pooled around the bread (yes bread- not even toasted). Bread does not go well with water, as we all know. This was not eatable and when i complain they were trying to say that this is normal. I replied, would you eat this? The staff had no response and offered an item from the cabinet. This was unbelievable. <br/>Customer service and food at this branch needs to be upscaled quick to avoid more customer experiences similar to this. Waste of money really... leaving hungry.

Went for a family breakfast ordered big breakfast. Eggs bene. 2x eggs on toast and wedges.<br/>After half hour the wedges came out a small peice of bacon was placed underneath wedges and a small bowl off sour cream asked for sweet chilly but didn't have. Was not happy after paying $10 so took back and asked for money back but would not give back.would not recommended this place to any1. Highly disappointed.

Cold eggs bene only hot thing was the hash brown. Saw the eggs sitting on a tray for about 15 minutes. Waited half an hour for the food, only one other order prior to ours.

Did I tell you guys how awesome their pies are? No matter which branch I go to, the pies are still on point.<br/><br/>Had a chicken and mushroom one from here and it was just perfect. Flaky pastry. Generous amount of filling. Chicken wasn't dry and the sauce that bound all the filling together was delicious.

Poor service. Got 2 hot chocolates, advised that one was for my 6yo son and to just make it warm so he doesn't burn himself. Firstly they forgot our order, made it 15mins later after we finished food and I reminded them. Ignored my request which was annoying and not pleasant for my son as we had to wait for it to cool down, and no marshmallows. Won't be coming back again. Appalling

My boyfriend and I grabbed a quick bite here yesterday morning. The food available was very reasonably priced. Flat white was standard- nothing amazing but not a bad one. I had a smoked chicken panini which didn't have much in it apart from some store bought smoked chicken and processed cheese, so I found it a bit average. Service was quick although we were given plastic cutlery to eat with which I wasn't a huge fan of. @ty

I have to write about this Hollywood Bakery branch in St Lukes. The foods are so good and the environment is 90%clean but the services are really out of order. I went in to have a cup of coffee and I got served by this young female maybe in her early 20s. Her hair nearly cover her right eye and she cant really speak English. How can the manager hire these kind of people that cannot help customers in any ways?Then the next minute she walked to the foodcase and grab a chocolate bar and stand and eat infront of me and other 2people waited to be served. One of the staff came in and serve this couple and she also grab a pie and join the other staff on the table next to me. So I realise how silly will be a manager to allow staff members to do these sort of attitude while customers are looking. "NOT A REALLY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL"Anyway the coffee was good bt the services was really unaccepted. Hopefully the manager will consider this issue with staff in the future.

Most of the Hollywood branches I have been to are good as well, but you can't beat the $10 Eggs Benny with a free coffee here. And it's GOOD Eggs Benny. I mean really good. Only a couple of grumbles: the young guy that's normally at the counter is a douchebag with no customer service skills, and the plates are too big for the food - if there's a few of you you'll struggle to fit everything on your table. Other than that, the food is YUMMY!
