Refreshing berry smoothie after long walk in Friday afternoon. Visited the shop at its last business hours and I was the only customer. Thumbs up for using metal straws which is reusable
It's the best food I've had since I came to the city. I ordered the avocado southwest and it was very delicious. I recommend trying the soups too. Many vegan options and the attention is a 10.
Got the veg salad and it was great. Good option to add some
top ups. One of my fav lunch spot when i visit Auckland Northern Wharf office.
I love goodlife, go there every day either for a smoothie or a salad. Everything is so fresh, nutritious, and portion sizes are great.

Very friendly service and excellent plant based/vegan options. Many of the non vegan items can be altered to vegan and they are very happy to do so. Everything I tried tasted delicious.
The best salad place ever. I am a person who loves eating junk food but ever since my colleague recommended this place, I have starting eating good nutritious food which amazes my taste buds. The smoothies and salads are simply mesmerising and so filling. It has definitely become my go-to place.

This place is so unique in Auckland - healthy, fresh food, made with quality ingredients, and it is all SO delicious!
Good portions across salads, wraps, and soups and more (the pesto chicken salad is a favourite of mine), while the juices are reasonably priced for a wholesome add-on.
