Loved this place for the people. Staff is so professional and welcoming. Vishnu, Raj, Karthik and all others (cant remember other names) were so friendly and approachable. They made my eight nights stay memorable. Breakfast was aweosme. Many choices.

Just had dinner here while staying at the airdale.
Ordered the venison short rib and parmesean truffle fries. Both were AMAZING. Big portions, perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. Service was friendly, helpful and prompt. Very impressed, an amazing improvement from my last dinner here early in the year.

Had a great early dinner here prior to a concert across at the Town Hall. Food was very good, lovely selection of tapas, entrees and sides, instead of mains. Service was excellent and very friendly. Great variety and well put together. However as the place filled with diners the service got a bit strained and we struggled to get the attention of staff. But a small thing. Overall great and we will definitely go back.

Whether you're staying at the Airdale suites or not you definitely have to check out Trocadero Restaurant and bar. I highly recommend the Mushroom Risotto. Looking forward to trying room service dessert ❤️

This place exudes such a wonderful atmosphere! The menu is impressively diverse, and the food consistently delivers a delicious experience, time and time again. The staff here are exceptionally attentive and proactive in assisting you with anything you may require; their dedication to ensuring your satisfaction knows no bounds. Stunningly good food. Not cheap but not expensive. The meals are appropriately priced for what you get. The service is superb. The wine list excellent. We loved it and were also able to hear each other and have a decent conversation.

We went for dinner here and it was fantastic! The wait staff were great - friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. I don’t like seafood and they were willing to accommodate a different entre choice for me from the dinner menu. Everything we had, from the risotto to the chocolate tart was absolutely scrummy. If you want a great meal out at a restaurant that is really supporting NZ food growers (including wild rabbit from Blenheim), you have got to go. Nothing was too much trouble, it really was a fantastic night out!!

Our visit was a very pleasant experience. Excellent attention by the Maitre 'D ...the restaurant was very elegant and guests like us, I'm sure appreciated the quiet, relaxed atmosphere. Well worth a visit.
