Typically people would come here for usual bar activities or a venue for a gig, which it does excel at both - however the food that comes out of the kitchen is also top class and matches the absolutely amazing drinks mixed by the bar staff. Highly recommend this place if you love a Gin & Tonic, or any other cocktail/mixed drink. The atmosphere is great and a large outdoor seating spot is always a plus. The pork & fennel sausage pizza in the photo was stunning, and I usually wouldn’t order wings at a nice bar but these were a real winner.
came here for the broke boy taco it was delicious wish they had the rest of the menus seems everything gets 86 fast after just about an hour of opening it was good to try nonetheless

Food is amazing! Pizzas are so good. Service has been great as well, my friends and I don’t come across warm and welcoming service as much as we used to, especially in Auckland. DJs always playing good music too!

This is the best eating experience I've had in a long time, friendly staff, great food and a really unique vibe. The food came out straight away, big portions of deliciousness. The best middle eastern food I've had outside of Israel.
Theres a casual vibe to the place with loud music and chill staff, and so I can imagine wouldn't be to everyone's taste but it certainly was to mine.
the cocktails were a little but sweet, but I wish I could eat there every night.

went to picnic night, awesome as. I don’t like bars but the picnic night was wonderful there was jenga and lovely table scapes, not to mention delicious food!! Thank you to whoever organised this event truly a wonderful night !
Epic DJ that played mad r&b tunes + actually played requested tracks - you're a real g!! Margherita pizza was kinda sad, especially when some randoms ate half of it :/
This place is ON. I reckon the pide at Gemmayze St is better tho
East St Hall was absolutely delicious, every dish was devoured, tasty fresh & interesting.
A fabulous atmosphere, quirky interesting mix of patrons & the most devine special G & T..... Highly recommended
