Review Burgerfuel Henderson - Auckland

I have not eaten Burger Fuel in store for a long time since Peanut Pistons were still around. So I was pretty skeptical at going in and still experiencing the original Burger fuel hype we had back then but boy I was wrong! The service has not changed and the burgers were made with good quality ingredients here at Henderson. The burger was also made without it being Maccas sloppy. All these customers can see straight away. Enjoyed the burger case this came with. Would definitely eat again!

Haven't been back for a while, well if you want a great burger, look no further, had an awesome kai, lovely greetings, staff lady awesome, we were coming in late from basketball, and saw some of the Tuatara player's come in for a kai, will definitely come back, value for money Whanau, cheers BurgerFuel 👍🌺💚🙌😀🇳🇺

The food was perfect, service phenomenal and a good Burger fuel atmosphere. They were very busy when I arrived but stayed on top of the orders an I only waited around 10 mins after ordering at the counter. A great experience overall. Thing to note though, they make the best thickshakes, but have lifted the price to $8 and $9 for Soy. I understand that costs have escalated but to me that is ridiculous for a thick shake. Aside from that I will be visiting again and recommend that anyone reading this does the same.

Dined in for a late lunch, friendly server, explain the new promotion deal. Order a C N cheeseburger combo. At the time the place was quiet, relaxed atmosphere. Received my meal promptly. The meal itself was great, the spud fries where hot straight from the fryer, but it was the burger which was the one of the best Ive tried in a long time. Soft buns,fresh lettuce,tomato, perfect moist meat pattie not burnt and enough sauce to make it juicy to eat. Complements to Jessie who served me.

The service is always good here, staff are helpful and happy to make the Burger work for you. They seem to have a consistent burgers when I'm there and now they are licensed so you can enjoy a small range of craft local beers. The place overall has a very funky vibe like any other restaurant Burger fuel. The table service is very good and food often come out within 10mins of ordering. I always like the freshness of the salad they use and the meat and vegetables options are vast. Reason for 4 and not 5 for the last visit, birthday free Burger was not given because the site had not sent a voucher, even though I had brought an ID

Great burgers, chips, and chicken tender. Herb is much and good smell. Reasonable price. Ketchup sauce is one dollar. I take CN cheese and well grilled. The shop is nice and country. Restroom is avaliable. *** Press Like if Helpful, Thank you ***

Once again an excellent eating experience. The Cook Royale Burger was so fresh and tasty. The fries were delicious!

Staff are super friendly and I can see that they all work very well as a team. Burgers are always delicious and it's always a delight to go back.

Got here early so empty which was really nice, had to get a Good Joes thick shake with my daughter before guitar hunting. Glad we did ❤️

We drive past two other burger fuels’ to visit this one. The food is fresh and looks more like their online photos than other eateries. The restaurant is clean and the staff are friendly. Parking can be a little painful during peak hours.

Phoned order & arrived a little early, food was ready at requested time.Very pleasant staff. Parking was busy as there are several other fast food outlets sharing parking lot. Had the special - Wild Heart combo, would buy again 🙂

This place is amazing! I went in for my birthday, (you get a free burger when signed up to their newsletter) and I went to order a smaller burger because I didn't want to be greedy, but they offered the biggest burger to me instead! great service!

We ordered over the phone. When we got there, a few minutes early, we didn’t have to wait long for our food. The staff member was courteous & offered to bring our food to where we were sitting. We enjoyed the food & our time at this location.

Mostly my morning pit stop on my way to work ,my favourite burger fuel in Auckland, amazing service amazing people.

After my online ordering disaster, I wasn't really sure what to expect. BUT to my surprise, they came through. Staff were all vibing and my order was done quickly, considering the amount of people that were waiting, they seem to have a good system going. The burger & kumara fries were bloody delicious!! Have to say, best so far from here. Great improvement from prior experience.

Good seating area, other than that just your average upmarket corporate burger joint.

Rating a one star purely due to customer service. We dealt with an extremely rude staff member who didn't seem like she wanted to take our order and made us feel super uncomfortable. Each time we spoke to her she glared and even ignored us a few times and leaving it to other staff to eventually help us out. Our experience would have been so much better if we weren't treated so badly.

The atmosphere is great, while waiting staff singing to songs,service is always with a smile and enjoy your meal as you leave<br/>,burger and fries delicious

Burger fuel has yum as aioli most definitely my favourite and the burgers are alright too for the price if you haven't tried it give it a go :)

My favourite place for good quality burgers. Really enjoy eating here as the food is consistently good and staff are always nice and friendly.

Hard for dining, place was quite a mess..maybe it was busy but good food 👌 chicken tenders and thunder bird chicken with Kumara fries 😊 damn good.

The food was spectacular as it usually is at most Burger Fuel outlets but the restaurant was very messy. Only half the tables were clean and the floor looked like there had been a hundred toddlers eating here. It wasn't busy so there was no excuse for the mess. It won't stop me from coming here I will just take away next time.

friend of mine who lives local asked me for dinner there.  was cooked in perfection. Service was nice and quick. Ill definitely come back thanks

Ordered two burgers at 7.45pm via online and paid for pick up at 8.10pm. Arrived at exactly 8.10pm. Went to the counter where it says online pick up. Waited there until the girl cleaning the floor asks me if she can help. State my name and say I placed the order online. She proceeded to go and find my order. Then other lady asks if I placed it online. Yes I say thinking ‘oh god did I order it through a different store?’. She asks me to check my order on my phone. As I go to the car a young guy shows me a docket and says is this your order? I check it and sure enough it is. He puts the order at the beginning of the cue. 20 minutes later my order is ready. I get no apology, no attempt at remedying the problem. Nothing. This is not the first time this has happened and as a result we won’t be back. Staff don’t seem to care about their customers. Besides that the food was pretty good. Shame I can’t say the same about the staff

Yum as always! We don't come here to often as it is a bit pricey but when we do the quality of the food is always very good. Customer service was prompt and friendly.

Poor.<br/>Wanting to charge more then standard price for peanut piston because it's no longer on the menu, even if they have all the ingredients. Won't come back here.

Burger Fuel is a NZ born burger franchise which prides itself of its quality over speed of service. Unlike its competition, I've never stepped into a Burger Fuel restaurant which is sub-par or held to a lower standard than other branches.<br/><br/>I ordered the 'Bastard' burger to takeaway, which is a premium beef burger packed with beetroot, lettuce, cheddar cheese and a blend of sauces.<br/>The Bastard was fantastic and despite the volume of ingredients it held itself together well.<br/><br/>I had a side of hash brown bites which complimented the burger greatly.<br/><br/>Food aside, the Burger Fuel experience also includes its own produced radio station which plays in stores, cheeky burger names, and an ambience which targets itself to people who are a little extreme. <br/><br/>Burger Fuel is a well established NZ brand and I lookbforwaed to trying more burgers.

Well it was a first time visit and omg the burgers were so juicy.i had 4 burgers and chips and yet wanted more.<br/>Awesome place and great atmosphere and the staff were helpful in explaining about the burgers and the ingredients.<br/>Keep it up guys.<br/>

No complaints about the food. Staff are rude, incompetent, but hey they have tattoos and look the part. Every order takes twice as long as promised.

Bought two Bastard Burgers. And as a person who like to eat a lot, I could not finish the second one. It was so good, so fresh with full on flavour.

Went there last week and ordered a bambina burger. The bun was burnt on top and like rubber and the burger was so dry i couldnt swallow it. Wont be going back. It used to be so much better

Quick and friendly service. We came here about lunch time and it was rather packed but a lot of takeaway orders. The wait wasn't too long and the chips were cooked to perfection still nice and hot when they came to the table. Burgers were delicious too!

Great eat and good atmosphere and staff are really friendly. Definitely come to this Branch for a STOOLIE haha. It was very busy tonight and the staff should be noticed on their efforts :)

Best place in West Auckland to get a burger (Sorry carls Jr)<br/><br/>Friendly burger joint out in Lincoln Road. I always get the flamethrower, and fries with aioli. I got to say its the best aioli at a burger place I have had. The prices can be a bit more premium than the other burger places around and the service at this Burgerfuel is a little slow but the burgers more than make up for that. Always in large portions and very tasty.

One of the best Burgerfuel outlets in Auckland. The service here is usually always friendly and efficient. I love the ring burner, flame thrower and the burnout burgers! I also love the kumara fries as well! Healthier burgers which are also huge! Burgerfuel definitely satisfies a good burger craving :)

Great service and consistent good fast food. They appear to be a good team here, very clean and very popular. I can't really fault this place, perfect for when you want a big burger blow out!

Always enjoy the food from<br/>Burger Fuel it is fresh and tasty. Restaurant is clean and pleasant to eat in. I like the option of removing the buns and replacing them with lettuce leaves but I think charging an extra $1 is crazy

The service is great. I even noticed, when dining in, that a person would come out after a customer left with a bottle of spray and a cloth. He even wiped down the chairs! It can be seen as something small, but a little hygiene goes a long way. The food is fantastic and the burgers are amazing. My bottomless pit brother was even full after a burger and chips. Totally worth the extra money you pay.

A burger is a burger is a burger, but i save these ones for a special occasion. There is also a great range of extras. In my opinion the extra $$ you may pay compared to other chain store burgers is worth it.

Probably the best Burger Fuel we have ordered from. <br/>I admit it is quite expensive, so we cannot buy it very often, but it just makes it an even bigger treat when we finally get to have it. We have only ever bought takeaways from them.<br/>I usually buy the bambina and then add cheese to it at home
