Small, cute cafe right at the shopping street. I was amazed at how wide selection they have of vegan and glutenfree foods - from crepes to wraps. The vegan wrap was so big and delicious, very fulfilling!

Staying in Oneroa, there don’t seem to be a lot of choices for breakfast but Little Frog was on the main road and looked inviting - much like the cafes I’m used to back home in welly. Coffee was decent (served in large acme mugs so if you’re after your coffee strong then ask for a smaller one) the galette was amazing - I got cheese ham and egg. Melted in your mouth and was crispy on the edges. Came back again the next day!

Really love the almond milk here in the coffees. Coffee is always nice and hot too. And the bliss balls from the cabinet are a nice little treat.

Visited this cafe having high hopes but was really disappointed. I ordered the black current smoothie bowl and I couldn’t finish it. The top was hardly garnished with any fruit and there was a half frozen banana at the bottom that hadn’t been blended properly. Then I found some hard kiwi fruit skin, the top part that you can’t eat and I stopped eating it when I found a fruit sticker in there too. Finding pieces of plastic is totally unacceptable so I told the waitress and sent it back, there was no apologies from her and I was not offered another bowl or any compensation. Will never eat here again.

Nice range of raw and organic food, shame about the hygiene. Now I know tongs tend to get filthy but playing with the iPad to change music, then taking my filthy money and hand picking up my cake is a little screaming for a c health rating in my books

Cute tiny cafe with organic food! Got the smashed avo on multigrain with tomato onion and smoked salmon. Not amazing but nice, omlete was very good though.
