The burgers were delish! Service was excellent! Each time a staff member is free, they would clear the tables, sweep the place & clean up. Patrons didn't have to clear their trays even though we did. Loved the oldies music that was played! Will definitely go back again! 😊

What do you want? It's burgerfuel. Great shakes that you can't quite suck up a straw without risk of brain haemorrhage, expensive juicy burgers that don't QUITE hold together, even when using the doofer, interesting specials. I dare you to order the bunless burger and keep your shirt clean.

Friendly staff and the food feels like it is prepared with care and love. Other Burgerfuels can learn a lot from this one.

The girl on till with brown hair (sorry I am unsure of her name) on Friday at ~5.30 was super friendly and polite. Food came out quick and was really good! We come here often and is always great

The lady who took my order 23/11 around 4:30-5 pm made my day. A very small interaction but she complimented the book I was reading and we had a little chat about the movie that has just come out. So lovely and personable. Then as I was leaving she yelled out a goodbye as well. I work in a 5 star hotels club lounge and she has the type of service that everyone is striving to have (including me lol) someone give her a raise!!!! She deserves it :)

Great meal and super friendly staff. Every staff member greeted us and our burgers were hot, juicy and tasty. Will be back!

It’s one of the better burgerfuel branch. Food is always pretty good even during busy hours which I appreciate but I can tell the chips are not made fresh often.

The people in this branch are amazing! The food is what you could expect in any other BurgerFuel, which is not bad. It is a great place for a quick burger :)

Burger Fuel app is a bit hard to understand. I've got some problems with the advertisement for birthday bonus. I thought I could get all four 🍀 at once but it is one free side per large burger purchase. Martin is super helpful, educated, he didn't know about that, but we figure it out in the end...he made everything clear even showed me that the system would not allow that to take all four in once, but the email says that with any burger purchase , I get all the four sides.(email not clear). One more thing, please fix the advertisement because is really confusing and doesn't help staff. I'm giving 5 because , I would like to support the staff, specially Martin.... hospitality need people like him .

chicken tenders were so moist and flavoursome, fries were deliciously crunchy with fluffy innards and the burger r always on point. only down side was that service was slow and kumera fries slightly over cooked.

This store is amazing. Great tasty food and I can say that I have had my best ever BurgerFuel Burger in this store and it was made by Sonny and I have eaten over 2000 burgers from BurgerFuel in my time with BurgerFuel.

Staff where very friendly and accommodating. The 2 kids meals that I ordered were nice but I would have preferred the meat to not be so well done.

Had visited for a quick lunch.. n must say it was very satisfying and heavy ... We had Bacon bbq Roadster n Bacon Backfire .. amazing ones, very filling n yum.. Recommended highly 😊👍

This place never fails to please! placing an online order is a very simple process and the food almost always perfectly on time with when the ETA is meant to be. The food itself is lovely as always, with the fries being crispy and the burgers being well made. With the rising prices of food these days it is reasonably affordable for a nicer burger experience than the normal fast food options

Lovely and friendly staff that greeted me once I entered their store. I ordered the peanut piston which isn’t on the menu but was suggested to me by the staff. It was so yummy with the peanut sauce and all. Also ordered the kumura chips with aioli. Crisp on the outside but nice and soft on the inside. I’m a fan! I sat outside and they were so nice and out the heaters on for me. Great job guys!

Again, BurgerFuel has turned out to be a revelation! The place has one of the best burgers I have ever had. The staff is as warm as always and the burger is just as awesome. Fantastic place for a quick meal at any time of the day.

Finally got to check out a burga fuel place as the place i originally wanna eat at either packed up or still on vacation. Had the Bio Fuel burger and chippies here and discovered what that little cardboard is a drooper to hold/catch it's filling as one eats this. Was pretty highly stack cause of the egg and quite filling too..oh and cannot add pineapple as extra, never mind,

surprisingly but is was far superior to maccy Ds or wetherspoons fresh juicy chicken and excellent beef burger well worth a visit staff could do with some customer service training though

The service here is great and the staff are friendly and smiley. This place is vegetarian and vegan friendly and it's not that expensive. Lots of options on the menu and the food is high quality and the portions are decent.

Ordered online and picked up from store. The burgers were ready when we were there and service was friendly. <br/>I ordered the tofu burger (my first vegetarian burger) and I loved it! The satay sauce gave it a nice flavour :) would definitely get it again.

The standard of food & service are amazingly high and steady. The portion, the combination of burger, golden crispy chips with Aioli and my favourite apple juice is just perfect 👌

My only complaint is that our burgers were warm but not hot when they were served. Aside from that, the lovely ladies working here were efficient with their service and really friendly. They kept the dining area clean and were quick to attend the till when new customers arrived.

Great service from friendly counter staff :) got a little chook royale which is always yummy - juicy chicken and the pineapple tastes magical. It was a little on the salty side but generally these are flawless. I find the normal sized burgers to be a bit expensive so generally go for the minis which is my only issue with BurgerFuel. Fries were also tasty though I prefer their kumara fries. Super busy on a Friday lunch time so make sure you account for that. Enjoy!

This is one of the best burger fuels in town. Big space for everyone to have a seat and get their food, still the same good burgers and kumara fries you get at any other burger fuel.

Expensive but good burgers. Would definitely recommend. The service was a bit slow but quite friendly staff. Nothing beats a good burger on a cold dry night

Excellent kiwi style gourmet burgers - BurgerFuel is one of New Zealand's fine exports like Lorde and Lord of the Rings.<br/><br/>BurgerFuel may be a bit pricey but the burgers are quality and consistently good. I like coming to the Parnell branch because it's a 10 minute walk from home for me. And nothing goes down so well like a Bastard or Bacon Backfire with kumara fries on a cold winter evening!

I LOVE Burger Fuel, its my favourite burger joint!!<br/><br/>I usually order the chook royale with kumara fries, as the size of the chook royale is perfect for me. I wish they offered every burger in the smaller size as the others are just too big for me. The chicken is always moist and they do the best home made aioli, seriously such good aioli. <br/><br/>I love that burger fuel seems to taste healthier than most other burger places, perhaps because you know your eating NZ grass fed beef or free range chicken, plus wholemeal buns. <br/><br/>Cant get enough of Burger Fuel! Plus their chocolate thick shake is the best chocolate thick shake I've ever had.

Love a bit of burger fuel when you're just in need of a good substantial carby feed. Parnell one is a good store, ticks all the boxes, friendly staff, clean, prompt. I like how they bring it to your table and is served on plates, as price wise your paying top dollar for essentially takeaway/fast food. This visit particular I had the promo which was a beer battered fish burger, deliciously light and crunchy batter and great sauce too. Nice to sit out the front and people watch. Great option when you want tasty food but can't be bothered goin 'out' as such

One of the better BurgerFuels in Auckland - service is fast and friendly and I have never had them muck up an order! Also one of the better options for dining in die to the lager, more relaxed space. 🙌🏼

I had heard amazing things about this place and am glad I finally gave it a go. The bun and salad were really fresh and the chicken was tender and perfectly cooked. This will be an occasional treat meal.

First time at a burger fuel, it was quite nice, had pulled lamb burger with apple slaw, and kumara fries. Was tasty, not greasy, and very fresh. <br/>Lively staff.

I used to have a love affair with you, but lately my eyes have gone a wandering. With Better Burger around the corner and the usual chains improving their offerings, your premium price point didn't seem worth it. However, on a cold rainy night and convenience beckoning, I ventured in to see if we still had that spark. You were nearly empty with only a handful waiting to get their orders to go. Service at the till was prompt enough, but with so little customers, the gap between ordering and delivery was noticeable. I spied my burger patiently waiting while you finished up the fries. The third pounder was just as I expected it. Good, but nothing spectacular. It hit the spot. Will I visit again? Undoubtedly, but only if it's convenient. Where's the excitement gone?

Friendly staff, clean restaurant and fast service.<br/>I have a later lunch break than most of the Parnell office peeps so it's fairly quiet when I eat here, it's a good place to unwind.<br/>Most of the items on the menu are tasty, especially the kumara chips and the combustion tofu burger.

Always a reliable place for a tasty burger with a fairly sizable and tempting looking range of burger variations! Their special burger is always the piece de resistance.. although they are usually full meals in themselves, so quite large. The kumara fries are awesome, definitely get them! Finding seating can be a bit hit and miss, and I always bemoan the lack of a decent fish burger, but for a quick burger meal it is hard to beat!

Can always count on the consistency of Burgerfuel's burgers, although the meat pattie could use abit more seasoning, but thats not a big deal at all.

I ordered the Chook Royale and the Hamburghini with Cheese (both mini burgers). <br/>The Chook Royale seemed unbalanced, ie too top heavy on the slab of pineapple and not quite as green as in the picture lettuce outweighing and over shadowing the meager chicken (tho we are dealing with a mini here, you could go a piece or two more of the chicken).<br/>Leaving the best till last; the Hamburghini was well worth it's salt and totally made up for the meager sovereigned chook. This will keep me going back and will even, budget withstanding, try me in stead for some of their larger hamburger offerings in the future.<br/>Notes: I asked for no pickle and they gave me no pickle. Well done. <br/>They said ready in ten minutes and it was ready and waiting under the lights when I strolled up twelve minutes later. Well done. <br/>Your official websites does not mention prices most of the time. Are we seeing a tall pricing syndrome complex here or are you in-between price-placings on your official site? I had to come to this website here to get prices for my order before I phoned you up to order. The only time I saw a price was for example "an extra $2 for gluten free buns". Thank you menumania.co.nz for coming to the party because I would not have ordered otherwise. Trust me Burgerfuel you are shorting yourselves on custom by not providing prices. Friday evening 13.09.13 receipt #375 just had a "Bastard Burger" and the meat patty was very firm and rubbery - very disappointing. Went down the insinkerator well though.<br/>Have had burgers from here in past and really enjoyed them. Pity.<br/>Fries were great!

I was at burgerfuel parnell friday 5:30 last week and ordered chips, it took 30min for my chips and the guy that served me didnt even appologies whatsoever, he just handed it to me like nothings happen, i told him,,bro 30min for chips? he just carried on like nothings happen..so disappointed

Oh Burger Fuel, how much I love you is ridiculous. In a world of fast greasy burgers you are a saviour for the fast food market. While I get annoyed at paying extra for ingredients yet not receiving a discount for taking items off (once upon a time you did this - I wish it would return) I am always satisfied when I get a burger from any of your stores. The Parnell store staff were friendly and the burgers didn't disappoint, I also like that there is a little outside area to sit at and people watch - one of the best things about Parnell.
