Review Kind - Auckland

Erin Thomas
You know when you go to an Auckland cafe for breakfast and pay $25 for a pretty average dish? Yeah, KIND is not one of those places. This is the kind of place where the whole experience makes it worth every cent. Lovely staff, a stunning atmosphere with covered outdoor seating, and phenomenal food that is unbelievably fresh and wholesome. Heaps of vegan/ dairy free options. Their mission to contribute to sustainability and the neighbourhood is just the cherry on top. We got the blueberry coconut pancakes which were so delicious I was actually speechless. We also got the banana chocolate muffin in which no one held back on the chocolate. In everything, you could tell the ingredients were so fresh and high quality. I’m being extra with this review because I’m genuinely in love with this place now, and this type of quality deserves some quality appreciation 💕

Yummy hot chocolate and eggs Benedict. The sourdough was super tough, so the butter knife was definitely not cutting through it and my food almost flew out the plate. We asked for a sharper knife but they didn't have any. Nice place if you love plants as the decor is giving a garden vibe. Overall a good brunch place. Mango smoothie bowl was very subtle and the pancake was not overly sweet. Eggs bene had avocado and the beetroot dressing had a nice fresh flavour to it. There was no parking in the surrounding areas so we parked a couple streets down/parallel to it.

We used Kind to cater for a large event (100+ people), and they were amazing. Great communication, reasonable price, plenty of food, and it was delicious. I've been to so many events where the catering is really average, but Kind is not one of those places. So many people came up to me at the event to say the food was incredible, and to ask where I got it. On top of this, the communication was fantastic, and they were really flexible which was handy because our event was pretty last minute and we didn't know how many people were coming until the day before. They also catered really well to dietary requirements. I will definitely be recommending Kind to anyone who needs catering, and will be coming back for all our future events.

Beautiful location and cafe for food. Friendly staff. Lots of plant based options and caters well for other dietary needs. Snuggly with the heaters and blankets on offer. We also grabbed some of the satay tofu wraps for later which were unreal. Highly recommend!

We celebrated our friends baby shower here. Food was completely vegan and all our guests were pleasantly surprised on how tasty everything was. Cathie and her team were absolutely.... Kind! :P There were a number of last minute changes that her team was able to accommodate. It was a pleasure to dine here and I have a new place to bring my vegan friends if they don't know about it yet

Came in by myself so was a bit nervous but got sat immediately on a lovely table. Was served by the most beautiful girl I have ever seen in my life (her name was Emily) who recommended the kind bowl(delicious) and got it brought out in like 5 minutes? Incredible service, but she wouldn’t let me tip! So now I am writing this in hopes that she gets a raise. Thanks team

Staff are kind, vibe feels good, feels really refreshing sitting in there amongst the greenery in a clean setting. Really great plant based options that leave you feeling full but light afterwards (not heavy or greasy). Coffee pretty good too. will be back when I’m next in town

Had such a lovely lunch at Kind! Lots of outdoor seating in the fresh air which was why we came, and the food was spectacular ✨ So many vegan options and such a range - the avocado toast with smoked chilli peanut butter was insanely good, and the pancakes were a great sharing plate to round off the meal with something sweet. So yummy! 🌟

Beautiful cafe! Service was slow though, we only came in for a quick afternoon tea (2 scones). It took over 10 minutes for them to heat them up and put on a plate with butter. Staff were standing around and I had to go follow them up about it. The scones then completely crumbled apart as they were dry. Still giving 4 stars though as I've been previously and tried the burrito which was nicer.

Ordered the Beetroot bagel with Avocado, mango and capsicum chutney which was good but for that price, you would expect something more substantial. The service was really slow, waited about 40 mins for the food and about 15-20 mins for a drink. The drink i ordered was the watermelon mimosa (not pictured) was absolutely delicious. I've been here before and never had such a long wait to be served, I could put it down to a one off.

Friendly staff making for a nice relaxed atmosphere. Coffee was great and was so awesome having all the vegan options. Banoffee pancakes were delicious. Also got the vanilla cheesecake, lemon tart and Muffin for takeaway which were all super yum.
Dr Zuleyha Keskin
Coffee was very good. I also got the date scone which was scrumptious. I think it had nutmeg in it which gave it a nice flavour.
Rathi Ramamoorthy
Excellent customer service, food to parallel and special kudos to the barista for some stellar coffee. Beautiful indoor and outdoor settings, especially use of live plants for decor. Dog friendly outside area, yay!. Only suggestion is having a rubbish bin outside of the premises for waste disposal as I wouldn't want to put doggy poo bags in the compost bin just inside. Lovely cafe and will definitely come back.

Stumbled upon this place while collecting my parcel from the depot. It has a beautiful atmosphere with nice greenery and lovely outdoor seating. The menu was simple but all made to perfection. Food was healthy and fresh and the price was quite reasonable. Would definitely return.

By far my favourite plant based café in Auckland and I'm not even vegetarian so it says a lot ! Love the food, the atmosphere and did I even mention the staff ?! Well done Team, keep being KIND and awesome.
Nuno Ganhão Hermitério
Beautiful and breathable place. We had the yummy custard pancakes and the mango bowl. However, the watermelon mimosa was a revelation, and now I can't stop thinking about it!

Really enjoyed the buckwheat pancakes and the stewed apples! They pancakes were light and the apples were chopped up small so you get them in every bite. Lovely spot to grab brunch with friends, but Kind is quite busy so I would come in earlier than planned just to ensure you get a table

It was such a no twist boring food ☹️it didn’t look special. Maybe it just me but I expect something nicer then I prepare at home. But it was something less special and super easy to make food ☹️ bland food . Boring . I find this for $24 is expensive. The tea spoon was cute.
Julia Louise
Flavourful food and exciting menu options. The decor is beautiful too.
Flynn Palmer
Food was amazing! Staff were super frequently, service was perfect and fast. Really cool and beautifully designed.
The Scarfoodie
Got the poke bowl! Loved the arrangement of components especially the crunchy wonton pieces, however the seasoning could have been much better, it was very salty and the soy not distributed well enough. Overall it was decent but flavour omg could be improved!

Kind always has good service and the pancakes are yum!

Came here on a weekday afternoon and it was a full crowd. This shows how popular this place is. Kind Eatery is a Vegetarian cafe focusing on healthy options whilst still keeping food interesting. We decided to get takeaways instead and coffees. Great coffee and polite service! For food we got the Avocado with smoked chilli peanut butter, pistachio dukkah, heirloom tomatoes. This dish was refreshing and tomatoes were fresh, avocado was a little under ripe and not too sure the peanut butter on toast but overall wasnt bad. Not my favourite though. Next was the Benediction with mushrooms, poached eggs, pesto, hollandaise on sourdough. This was my favourite, everything blended well together and there were plenty of mushrooms on the plate! Last dish was the Huevos Rancheros which came with a tostada, black beans and we chose the soft tofu option instead of a fried egg. this dish worked really well and the tofu was flavourful. This cafe is definitely worth the try if you are after something light, healthy and feel good. Great seating and ambience too!

.
📍 KIND Cafe
☕ Latte + Long Black
🍴Orange Date Scone
-----------------------------
Located in one of the trendiest place; Morningside, Kind was the last cafe we visited before the lockdown. Beautiful greenery and colourful hanging pot plants, perfectly complemented by wooden furnitures - perfect place to enjoy a freshly brewed hot coffee. Plenty of vegan and organic menus available for healthy foodies!

🥚🥪BEST EGG BENE AND PANCAKES🥞🍌🍉
A vegetarian cafe that showcases the deliciousness of fruits and vegetables. I have waited so long for this moment 😢😆 the whipped goat cheese is your egg benny but with a tasty twist, A MUST TRY🔥 also their pancakes are exquisite 😋🥞 light fluffy with a subtle hint of sweetness from the fruits. On the other hand the pasta was a mehh, a bit bland 🥴 but the other dishes sold it for me
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐/5

pretty place to eat
Amy @ My Dining Journey
First time trying a plant based eatery and we were impressed! The menu is a bit limited but the dishes we ordered were all delicious.
My favourite was the Broccolini with the smoked peanut butter and chilli!

Service was attentive and friendly. Food came out quick and because we booked via First Table, it was 50% off food

Would come back again and highly recommend!
Loren Prince
Came here with 2 of my friends for dinner, was such a nice relaxed vibe and the food was even better than I expected! We went for the jackfruit tostada (sorry we ate these before I got a pic), The broccolini, the zucchini spaghetti and then the butternut tortellini, all were really tasty and filling! We found it hard to decide what to order bc everything sounds so yum, would def come back

My FAVOURITE café in all the land. Man I love kind!!!! AND it’s on zomato gold!!!! This place has the most beautiful setting. The interior is just the right amount of light filled, the sun shines through at just the right angle in the morning... you have hanging plants to the ceiling- it feels like you’re in Bali or at least another country.
The food is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! It’s mainly vegetarian, but I love that they’re not pretentious about that and you can get a side of bacon. The plating is also some of the most aesthetically stunning dresses meals around
500 percent recommend kind for breakfast and brunch (I really need to get there for dinner, bet it’s just as good)
RB
Came here around two weeks ago for dinner with a friend, and she had asked if Zomato Gold was allowed/avaliable. The person serving us was really rude, and made snarky remarks throughout the whole night. At the end of our meal when we were ready to pay, we asked if we could split the meal and he says "Mmm.. I suppose I could". Was a genuine question as lots of places don't allow split payment, we were pretty petrified. It's a shame, because we've come here with other friends and family time after time, but definitely won't be coming back after that..

Staff/service: 4/5
Venue: 4/5
Price/portion: 2.5/5

Kind cafe decoration is nice with many plants hanging from the top. You have the feeling that you are in the rainforest. My husband ordered the mushroom tortellini. At $21, it’s really disappointing that the serving is rather small. I had the kindly benedict with avocado, the taste was nothing fantastic. Wish that the portions could be bigger.

Join Zomato Gold and get 1+1 on food or 2+2 on drinks. Also get a 20% OFF using my referral code SUMA8564P

Second time coming here and I thought the whipped goats cheese meal was amazing! Tasted delicious, looked great and service was nice here. My partner really enjoyed her pancakes too. Will definitely be back again to sample the rest of the menu.

Posted on Instagram food reviewing acoount as well @nourishingmei

Kind! Yesterday me and one of my best friends went to Kind eatery which is located a few minutes walk from Morningside train station. We both got the pancakes 🥞 and the peanut butter slab to share. The pancakes were really good! I really enjoyed the custard, blueberry+apple compote & fruittt and the white chocolate on the pancakes like damn I could eat this over and over again. The peanut butter slab was sooo good that I forgot it was plant based, very rich but still tasted amazing and full of pb flavour n goodness but would definitely recommend sharing with a friend or eating small amounts of it at a time. Random as but I found the pb slab also went well with the pancakes (I put it on my pancakes n ate it because I was curious hehe). The interior is so beautiful, there are flowers and plants everywhere and gives the eatery a very warm feel to it. Kind has very kind staff (sorry I had to 😂). The service was good and everyone was lovely and I’ll definitely be coming back here with friends again! Overall would rate kind a 5/5 and am so keen to try more of the menu 😍
Cat
Lovely setting amongst greenery. Outside is very relaxing with not too many tables crammed in. We enjoyed the interesting menu choices and were very satisfied with our meals. Service was quick and friendly enough. Prices very reasonable. Will definitely be back.

Kind is one of the most beautiful Cafe’ I have been to in Auckland. It’s a great place if you and your girl friends want to hang out at a nice cafe on a Saturday. But, when comes to food, they really need to put some solid effort into it. I have been to Kind twice for some salad, both time they were frozen and dry and it has no taste whatsoever. The so called mushroom ramen is this disgustingly oily rice noodle dish.. you can’t call a rice noodle ramen. I do not like their gluten free deserts I personally love gluten I can eat gluten by itself. Anyway 3/5. I haven’t tried their pancakes maybe their pancakes are good .
Shannon
Gorgeous cafe, love all the greenery from the hanging plants, the colour scheme, it all fits the theme of the menu so well. I’ve only come for coffee a couple of times and have yet to try their food but it looks amazing. The coffee here is good, they serve it in pottery mugs with cute English teaspoons, love it.
Hannah Suarez
Awesome food! Great flavours and very filling, we shared 3 dishes between us (tostadas, tortellini, and the bruschetta) and it was more than enough. Our favourite dish was definitely the jackfruit tostadas. The place itself has a really nice relaxed vibe and is decorated beautifully. We would definitely dine here again.
Carina Chang
their coffee was excellent. my food was fine, portion size is a bit smaller than I thought. the pasta they used probably isn't made by hand. it tastes soggy.

Great food + Amazing ambience = Perfect Sunday brunch! =)
Kirstie Jory
Amazing food so fresh and full of flavour. Forgot to take photos it was so yum! Mocktails were on point super delish. Went with friends not somewhere I would have chosen to eat but was surprised that there were plenty of option something for everyone and so yum! Would definitely visit again.
Jaffa
Quaint setting, open and airy and good service. Have had coffee here a few times and breakfast once. The espresso peanut butter shake was good-strong coffee if that’s what your after and simple poached eggs were cute and tasty.

Ehhh Vegan food only??? Yep it’s a thing, and it’s not bad either - and that’s coming from a meat eating foodie. We dinned here for something different.. and the fact that my husband is vegetarian meant he was spoilt for choice! Love the cosy yet trendy decor and hanging planters. The staff are all really friendly and the service is good.

We ordered brunch - Pancakes with blueberry and apple compote, custard, fruit and butterscotch mascarpone.. light and fluffy! Good pairing of fruits and flavours without being too sweet. The Avocado with smoked chilli peanut butter, dukkah on midnight baker toast was a good savoury dish but not as we expected... we also tried out some of there evening menu another night and thought these were even better - must tries are the Camembert bruschetta, and the butternut tortellini is so good!

Came for their pretty 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐚 𝐑𝐞𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐝 but fall for their 𝐞𝐠𝐠𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐲𝐥𝐞 and amazed by their 𝐤𝐢𝐦𝐜𝐡𝐢 𝐛𝐨𝐰𝐥! 🍐🥓🍳🥙Everything we tried was soo good and satisfying!!

Very tasty vegan food. Not usually my go to food and I love a bit of chicken but was super tasty and could barely tell it was vegan!! Delicious iced coffee too. One of the best
Sarah Tran
Beautiful garden with unique coffee mugs and spoons. The coffee is amazing. It is a good place for picky eaters who prefer vege and healthy diet. Don’t expect for cheaper price if you are looking for organic and healthy dishes from Kind. Worth every penny.

I am obsessed with the watermelon mimosa’s here. Incredible atmosphere and decor, meals are not only delicious but aesthetic & very gram worthy. The smashed beans with kawakawa silk is phenomenal, highly recommend this dish. Would revisit!
Hannahmareecarr2
Kind is an all time favourite plant based eatery! Absolutely love the fresh and wholesome food they consistently provide. They are definitely nailing it in the wholefoods market! The staff are always amazing and super friendly, making you want to always come back. Can’t recommend enough!

came here for the first time, will never be back tho, we walked in and had to ask if we could sit then she said we will be right over, about five minutes later they finally brought us water and it wasn’t even busy then we waited and kept trying look to get the attention of the male waiter who was so rude and didn’t even greet us, then had to ask for menus after about fifteen minutes while other people were being seated already with menus and water, after people ordering their coffees that had got their after us and already received coffees we ordered our coffee but as it arrived it was bitter at so we got up paid for our coffees and left, people are rude and the customer service was terrible so i won’t be returning and neither will my mom

I came in here with a friend just to try it out and I was very impressed by the presentation, the vibe and atmosphere. The food was beautifully presented as well as it tasting great! The little tea cups with the coffee just added to the excellence of the cafe which I loved! Just an overall great experience

Ran in here for my birthday brunch and was so happy with the service here, and the ambience was so original, nice and gave off a naturistic vibe that was nice to see in the industrial area. I ordered the pancakes with a berry smoothie, and my mom had the eggs benedict with a mocha. Our food came really quickly (about 10 minutes), but my mom wasn’t really impressed by anything “ there’s nothing to special” her words were when our food came. Yet i would beg to differ as the pancakes looked really nice and original and both of our meals tasted amazing. Mom was really impressed with her coffee but i personally wouldn’t recommend getting the smoothies as their not too good. The prices are good as their really affordable and the location is set in a good area as the cafe is literally a 2 minute walk from the morningside station and isn’t much of a mission to get to. Will be back :)

“Eat food, not too much, mostly plants”, such is the ethos for our local green eatery coined from Michael Pollan. What really makes KIND different is the social enterprise aspect it shares with its older sister Crave. Where Crave aspires to be “good in the hood”, KIND furthers the story by making Morningside a greener, healthier and by extension, kinder place to live. This includes launching tree-planting initiatives and Growspace, an urban market garden that that develops business skills among migrant and refugee women by growing produce for use in local cafes. We think that’s pretty rad. Also of note is the glass-house style of this eatery, which has been transformed into a lush oasis with loads of hanging plants. Though the menu is primarily plant-based, our carnivores breathed a small sigh of relief when spotted bacon in the add-ons section. Plus, try their range of smoothies, we love their PB&J and coconut with sesame flavours; Lou also swears by their coconut lattes – ultra creamy and satiating. Our waitress recommends the mushroom & leek “ramen” if you’re looking for something warm, and the smashed beans for a lighter alternative. See what our huskies thought here! husk.co.nz/lunches/kind-nov-2018

As soon as I entered Kind Eatery I knew it was my kind of cafe- a bit open space with hanging plants and flowers everywhere and gorgeous touches to the decor.

I ordered the avocado dish, which turned out to a unique combination of chilli peanut butter on dense, midnight baker toast with a side of avocado. PB and avocado are two of my favourite things but I never would have thought to put them together on one dish. Surprisingly, the combination kind of worked. The flavours were balanced out by the refreshing addition of surrounding heirloom tomatoes and spice of the dukkah, and I was glad I added halloumi on the side to give the whole dish a little extra kick. 7.5/10

In the end I got food envy of my friend who ordered the Whipped goats cheese dish. On five grain toast was beetroot done three ways, a poached egg, coconut, hazelnut and goats cheese. I had a little taste of hers and it was delicious- I’m sorry peanut butter and avocado but beetroot and goats cheese go together like soul mates and the pair of you will never quite reach the same level. 9/10

The coffee is nothing to write home about but will do the trick if you need a caffeine boost.

Overall a great cafe for vegetarians and meat-eaters alike- lovely ambiance, impeccable presentation of dishes and tasty food.

Kind is damn shitty, sorry sis it really didn't pull through. I came here with my girlfriends and they both enjoyed it surprisingly. When we first walk in there's a sign that said "wait to be seated" so we waited...and waited...and waited...then finally someone comes like i was about to dip so thank god someone came to seat us. Then I ordered the iced mocha and that was just unbearable was so bitter didn't seem to have any chocolate or anything in it. I then ordered the avocado toast without peanut butter and that also wasn't very enjoyable, the tomatoes were inedible and you had to put the avocado on the toast ourselves which is difficult considering the avocado was hard. The only thing I liked about this cafe was the audience like the cafe itself was cute but like sis needs some improving food and service wise. Overall I did not enjoy my time here and you will never see me here again 2/10 x
Karina
Came into Kind for brunch with some friends and I ordered the Avocado without the peanut butter and so did my friend, our other friend got the pancakes. I enjoyed my meal as I liked the bread that was used because it was quite grainy which I like and there was half an avocado which I was impressed with because avocados are tricky to get at this time of year and it was actually ripe. The only thing I wasn't a fan off was the tomatoes because they were soggy and didn't seem fresh but I still really enjoyed the meal overall. For drinks my friend & I got the tropical juice and our other friend ordered an iced mocha with coconut milk. I really enjoyed the juice as it was almost like a smoothie and had chunks which I really liked. The service was really quick and our drinks and meals were out straight after each other. Definitely a new favourite and am going to be back very soon.
CHIFAN.EATS
This place is so pretty! Their coffee machine is super cool as well. The food was not as good though. I had the smashed pea and my sourdough was so sour that it tasted like it’s been dipped in white vinegar. The pancakes were average and a little bit dry. We also tried the chocolate peanut butter slice from the cabinet, and it was so heavy like one bite can last me two days. But the food and the cafe was too instagramable so it makes the situation OK-er somehow. Probably won’t come back..

Food 6/10 Service 7/10 Ambience 9/10
😎
Really enjoyed the meal here. I had the smashed beans and an iced chocolate. The meal tasted very unique and was very filling. Will definitely come back as there was lots to choose from.
Ronagrail Totanes
There was a good variety of food in the menu. It was really diffucult to order because everything sounds good. Their cabinet food also looks very pretty. Would definitely come back and try other food from the menu.

The first thing I noticed was the beautiful interior design- lovely indoor/outdoor flow. I tried the mushroom tagliatelle- it was very earthy and full of mushrooms but was sort of one dimensional. It needed probably more herbs/garlic, an extra layer of crunch/texture or maybe even a drizzle of truffle oil to take it to that next level. Plus the pasta was over cooked. Good portion sizes and prices though. Would definitely recommend this place to my vegan friends.
Neil McGillivray
Staff very friendly and the main sharing dishes are excellent. Loved the decor.
Interesting non alcoholic gin cocktails were nice thought. Tried the strawb and blackpepper, it was good.
Would go again.

Good food! Beautiful ambience and love the plants indoor! I went on a Saturday with my mates and it was a busy day indeed for brunch! Luckily we got a table. The food I had was the co yo bowl and it was delicious! I had a fw with soy milk and that was good too! My mates ordered the breakfast jackfruit taco and the mushroom meal and I had a taste of both (lucky they were both vegan friendly meals) they were delicious. I wouldn’t mind getting them next time I’m there. Just a small err, my mate ordered a mocha but it was a spicy taste like with ginger or something so we asked the waitress. She mentioned that the chai and chocolate has the same container so that might have been mixed up. They changed her drink with no issue. Other than that I recommend this place! Such a cute place to dine for brunch :)

Found the restaurant ad from FB and cafe design is stunning so we decided to check it out and it did not disapoint. Excellent coffee which is a must for me for a cafe visit and awesome food presentation, delish too :) will definitely go back!

As soon as kind opened I was excited and ready for something new and man did it provide! As someone who is dairy free kind makes it incredibly easy to eat out and always had loads of delicious options that cater to many different peoples needs. The pancakes are delicious and the fact I can have a oat milk coffee makes me very happy! Love it there!
Maria Foy
Went in here for a quick meal and was not disappointed. The staff were friendly and the food was amazing. My girlfriend and I are both gluten free , so we were impressed with the range of options available to us.
Charis Yang
Very good place for brunch, beautiful environment with lots of plant. We ordered a pancake and a mushroom pasta dish, both have flavours just perfect, light weight but nicely textured. The coconut ice latte is delicious as well! Definitely recommended.
Ian Passtoors
Best vegetarian plant based food very yummy. Very good coffee, Vegetarian persons dream, nice interior, spacious outdoor area. Mind body soul satisfaction guaranteed.

The perfect addition to Morningside!
Phenomenal food. Perfectly brewed coffee. Amazing staff.
Need I say more!?
(The avocado dish with tomatoes, PB and haloumi is 10/10)
Wez Van Der Linde
One of a kind...no pun intended. But seriously, there is no other cafe or eatery like it in Auckland, and probably NZ. The focus on creating a 'green' atmosphere with lots of healthy eating and drinking options makes this place a sort of oasis in a desert. I've tried many of the dishes and drinks including the beautifully selected teas which are served in the most exquisite china. Oh, and you must go and see their barista machine...it's sooo cool. One of the very few in NZ...you just gotta see it ;)
Rizwa Zulfikar
A cute little cafe, I didn’t know this place existed till my friend took me for brunch. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is great! Comfy seatings and I love the fact that we get to decide where we would like to sit even though they ask us to wait to be seated 😊 the food was good, I didn’t expect the avocado to be a whole half. I thought it would be like smashed with some salt and pepper on top. Other than that everything was nice in general. Pancakes were yum but very sweet. The mocktail was very tangy than sweet.
Camilla Dadson
Great architecture and greenery. Unfortunately they didn't have savoury scones or muffins - they never offer them. My partner and I had a banana and berry muffin each. Neither of us discerned any berries! We asked for butter but they don't have plain butter, only savoury cultured butter, home made I think. The coffee was good and strong.

I’ve been wanting to try this place since my vegetarian sister totally raved about this the moment it opened.
First off, lovely atmosphere. It’s just so open, airy and the plants all over the place are awesome.
It was a challenge to choose from the menu because they all looked really interesting and appetising.
Although the staff kind of forgot about us, the food came quickly and was well presented when we finally got the chance to order.
I would definitely come back and try more food as the cabinet food looked pretty good as well.
Sydney
Delicious food, fast service! Newly opened eatery. Looking forward to trying more foods from the menu. Only issue is parking, but that’s expected in this location, otherwise very relaxed visit. Hard to find healthy food that is satisfying, will definitely be back.

Was driving around the area and found this hidden gem! So happy to have decided to walk in and order some food. Kind Eatery emphasises on plant-based food, which makes the whole experience even better!

The menu was full of mouth-watering options and after much contemplation I ordered the co-yo two ways - it was so tasty! Would recommend. It had a perfect blend of mango and feijoa yogurt to set the ‘base’ flavour. Complemented with fresh fruit and coconut flakes, each bite was a mouthful of summer! The serving size was generous and the price was reasonable.

The eatery was decorated with a garden theme, highlighting the plant-based nature of the food they offer. It gives off a relaxing vibe that could easily make me stay and chat for hours.

The aesthetics of the place, as well as the food makes you bound to make this a regular coffee spot. This place is one of a Kind - I would love to be back to try the other foods they have to offer!

Food: 10/10
Ambience: 10/10
Service: 9.5/10

Loved this place! Been dying to try this place since it opened. It is so beautiful inside and out and all the staff are friendly.
The menu all sounds amazing but I had to try the pancakes. They were very tasty but not fluffy enough for my liking, although the mascarpone was to die for, especially with the blueberry compote.
My friend had the kind kimchi bowl which he loved!
Reasonably priced - I had a coffee, kombucha and pancakes which cost $28 total
Can’t wait to go back - they do evening meals Tue- Sat too

4/5 - food
5/5 - atmosphere and staff
4/5 - variety
4/5 - price

It was a nice place and warm atmosphere, friendly staff and deliciours food. A good place fit for vegetarian, menu has variaty choices. We ordered Avocado and Kind bowl. It came very fast。

Such a pretty cafe, so many baskets of flowers hanging and sunny as well, was pleasantly surprised. I had the kind bowl and my friend had the smashed beans and both were delicious. Love the whole concept of the cafe - be kind to yourself and the world and def will be back to try more of the meals and the yummy cabinet food too!

Kind was an amazing plant based eatery! The waiters were very friendly and fast and the food was awesome, the tacos were perfectly made and tasted delicious and the pancakes had an amazing mascarpone cream to the side that compleated the dish nicely. Over all my experiance was exceptional and happy. The concept behind kind is amazing and the coffee was the best I've ever had

Nice environment and staff, really enjoyed the avocado dish but was disappointed in the pancakes which were very small and not very filling and the tiny amount of haloumi that was added to the avo dish considering it cost an extra $5. Quick service although felt like we were being rushed out after plates were cleared and we were immediately given the order summary without checking if we wanted anything else first.
