Had a awesome time! the atmosphere and service was great, Nikki and Rhys were good chat. Was the perfect place to go to chill chat and play pool with a few drinks. Would highly recommend!!

We were the other party that were double booked accidently (through no fault of the bar manager, Nikki, but a previous bar managers' error). It doesn't seem like this is the norm here as Nikki was extremely well organised and communicative throughout the booking process. And hey... mistakes happen.
Despite this, Nikki was extremely accommodating and discounted the spend required on the night.
Our guests had a great time and we loved every minute. Will 100% book again :)

Foodwise, the Crunchy Chicken was not bad but the rest of the food was very average and just lacked flavour. Jalapeno Poppers were quite disappointing - didn't taste like Jalapeno..

Non alcoholic drinks are surprisingly expensive when you're the sober driver though.
(In answer to owner, $6 cokes. I guess just compared to the low priced alcoholic drinks, only $10 for a gin and tonic, I thought they'd be lower. My drinking friends loved the reasonably priced alcohol to be fair)

I hired Ellice Road for my 21st and had the most amazing night! The staff were amazing, so lovely and accomodating. The venue was fabulous, very spacious. The pool tables, dart boards and table tennis were a hit. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Funky retro bar that could easily be missed walking along Albert St. Great place to come if you are wanting to grab a beer and play a game of pool. Drinks are really cheap -$5 beers and house spirits! A rare find right in the city. Love that they have free darts as well. I would probably give this place a higher rating if they weren’t so often closed for private functions.

Not so much for the food, but definitely for the ambience. It's an old school type of pool pub. But not the drinks though. All tap beers are one of a kind. Must try.<br/>So I was here for a work party and really couldn't take food pics. By the time I got to the food table (I was at the pool table), my colleagues had already started.<br/>My favorite among the food was fried chicken. Very streety type of food. So get in here with your mates if you wanna have few beers and play pool.
