Review Bondie Designer Cupcakes - Auckland

I came here for the first time on my 21st, and I have been back every week since! Fulfils all my pregnancy cravings, amazing staff and options! The store itself is incredible. I follow the team on facebook and the photos make me come down far to often! Hands down the best cupcakes I have ever had, introduced all my friends!

The cupcakes are absolutely adorable and their shakes are also delicious, although fairly pricey... This being approximately $13 per shake and around $5 per cupcake. However, it's a great spot to come with friends and eat good cupcakes and be bougie :) the design of the seating area is very chic and modern creating an overall relaxing atmosphere - really recommd coming here on a nice sunny day

Great experience! The staff are friendly and actively look to help you. Small sitting area that you may find yourself waiting for a chair when busy the cupcakes are to die for. Will come again for sure!

I never seen like this cupcakes. It`s very cute and also taste is very good. When been there you can`t stop eating. All the cupcakes is perfact. Also if you order it they will be delivered it to you home or office. Try it. Strongly recommended.

I've ordered the Bondie Tasting Box for my partner, and he's absolutely enjoyed them, especially the Lemon Curd one. The whole ordering process was quick and easy, and the cupcakes look amazing. Looking forward to trying them when I come to NZ. Thank you Bondie Designer Cupcakes.

Heavenly cupcakes though a bit pricey. Also great coffee and tea selection. Be prepared to wait in line since it's always busy.

Lovely little space, an amazing array of delicious cupcakes which make the perfect afternoon treat. They have something for all sweet tooth fans!

What a wonderful experience to visit the shop and get personalized service from the extremely friendly and helpful staff. The huge selection of cupcakes are to die for. The current theme is Christmas, as well as the normal huge selection they have. We always try the new flavors and some of the old traditional ones. Great coffee and the huge milkshakes are so good. Great seating arrangements and there are lots of parking available for customers. Will keep on going back again and again, very highly recommended for everyone who enjoys cupcakes and so much more. These are designer cupcakes on a total different level and a great treat for the young ones as well as the not so young.

Such a cute store, its clean fresh and bright. The cupcakes look and taste amazing. My only problem is trying to choose which flavour to have. The staff are always super friendly and helpful offering to help you transport the cupcakes to the car. My kids and their friends loved the birthday cupcakes, so much easier than having to slice and serve a cake.

We love Bondies! the cupcakes are simply devine! it is one of my fav treats to give my girls (aged 14 & 10) when needed and always a cheer me up too. I have taken many girlfriends to Bondies and none of them have been disappointed. The staff are so welcome and friendly and the shop/cafe is always in top shape. Bondies has even been put on our list of "places to visit" when we have overseas visitors. Keep up the great work team we love you!

Absolutely delicious cupcakes!! Worth every cent! I had the Jelly Donut and the Banana Caramilk � can’t wait to go again! Brilliant service by such lovely ladies. Overheard that they have gluten free cupcakes too which is awesome!

Amazing products and so tasty. Shouted my work mates some and they loved them, especially finding the surprises in the middle. Friendly staff as well makes for a lovely warm environment and very welcoming.

Fantastic! I brought my two boys in yesterday for my youngest son’s birthday treat. The kids had a ball watching and chatting to the ladies in the kitchen. The cupcakes were beautiful and the freakshake was out of this world! Thank you so much - we will be back!

Wow, Wow, WOW!!! Visited the place with my daughter for the first time and loved it. Amazing cupcakes they look even better in real life. Such an awesome, relaxed atmosfere and they were kind enough to let my daughter help make some cupcakes. Thanks so much for a great outing!

I ordered a pineapple lump cake for my dads birthday . Really easy to order and pick up . Tasted amazing just like a pineapple lump and looked very impressive. Dad was very happy !

The most delicious cupcakes with surprises in the centre of each of them. The cupcakes are beautifully decorated and presented, this is my favourite place for cupcakes!

Thank you for the good quality cupcakes and coffee. However, I understand when only one person busy at the front making coffees I can wait patiently til the staff is free. But it wouldve been better if the staff said "hi how are you? I will be with you shortly" first instead of just looked at me and not say anything to me. I also understand maybe sometimes the store cant make just one or two of the flavours just for customers preorders but it couldve been better if the staff letting me know at the beginning when I went in and pick up my order( I ordered 2 days ago). I wasnt going to check my order coz all the good feedbacks online but then I saw one cupcake in the box that I was sure I didnt order it so I asked while I was waiting for my coffee. then the staff said they didnt make the flavour I ordered online so they gave me another flavour instead which I was all good about it. But then I went home and found another 2 cupcakes that we really wanted to try were replaced by another flavours. I personally think its better to inform me first that some of the flavours I ordered were replaced by other flavours and maybe give me a choice to see if I still want them or get other flavours. Although we werent very happy about what we got was not completely what we ordered and not being told properly. but the quality of cupcakes were nice and fresh. Thank you
