Review Burgerfuel Windsor Park - Auckland

Came to Burgerfuel on a Friday night, store was pumping but staff went out of their way to serve our order dine in. Food was great! As was the vibe. Will definitely be back.

Dude, this is actually the best Burger Fuel in New Zealand. We were greeted by singing, magnificent service, and also catering to our children by bringing out coloring in activities. It is 6:55PM Fri 8 Dec, just so everyone knows exactly who was on during this shift so they ALL get props!!!! Everyone = BEST SHIFT TEAM EVER!!!!!! We couldn't select it, but also the Mitsufishi burger

Havent eaten yet and already service is 10/10!! (: And to top it off a free burger for my birthday! Thanks burger fuel

Love the service always welcoming. Food is amazing, windsor park burger fuel is my favorite one out of all.. love how they always attend to dietary needs and religious options too.. best staff i have seen..

I went when no one was there so the atmosphere was very nice and the girls working there were very inviting which I appreciated alot. Food was perfect, not soggy just, made to order. 11/10 experience

Ordered at about 7:30 tonight and had a great meal! Got a double muscle with super crispy bacon. Chips where super hot. Great service from staff, who did a good job dealing with a rude customer.

This place has really lifted their game in terms of quality. The double American I had was juicy and seasoned very well. We’ll done :)

I love the double American Really hearty and filling The fries are crispy and the little burger holder is awesome so you dont lose half your buger. They can make it halaal for you if you request. Which is great

We called in there randomly. The staff are were very friendly. The chips were way better than the Mount Eden branch. We'll definitely be back :)

Gotta say, this Burger Fuel is pretty good. Customer service and food is top notch. If you're ever in the need for gourmet burgers and don't mind spending a bit more...this is the place to go.

Blonde Cashier was extremely kind and helpful. Helped serve us, put rubbish away, taught us how to use the burger holders, take drinks out of fridge etc. I ordered the Hybird, burger was humongous and worth it'd price, as I was left completely full and satisfied. I had also purchased Kumara Fries, probably the best I've had in a while, however the burger had taken a toll on me and I couldn't finish it. One small problem. Is that their tables were suspiciously sticky or oily. Highly recommend to ear at.

I go out of my way to go to Burgerfuel Windsor Park. The staff always greet me as soon as I walk in. Staff member Alek always makes it a great experience. Fantastic customer service and burgers are always made with care

Yummy food,excellent fast service-it was lunch rush hr, but we didn't wait for long & our food was yummy as.The waiter was very friendly, fast on his feet & communicated well while taking our elaborate order😊Definitely worth the buck and we will be going back for lunch more often!

Thank you for a delicious Gluten Free meal. Spotless premises & great service. Gluten free is hard to find anywhere else so I really appreciate your menu choices.

Heart attack chicken fenders tonight; can’t win with the Windsor Park fenders; either drowned in salt or as you can see in the photo drowwwwning on oil was so revolting; use know it’s bad when oil is leaking out into the bag; sort it out guys! Your burgers are always good as are your shakes n fries but these fenders are over priced and always never nice

Love the team here at Windsor Park. Always friendly and enthusiastic. Place is always clean. Keep up the good work guys. I would highly recommend!

Little place to enjoy vegetarian burger on a weekday evening. It was so good and enjoyed<br/>I'm sorry to mention my experience with kumara fries is not good here where as I have loved kumara Fries in other places.<br/>It was too oily and not that crisp.

Great burgers and very friendly staff, music's volume could be adjusted a little bit as it was pretty loud and made it harder to have conversations but food was great.

Burger fuel does burger right. Massive burger with great kumara chips and fries. Their aioli is pretty good too. We always order online for pick up. So much faster and reduced wait time. Price in the $13s. Preferred their chicken brie burger. Missed their chicnition pear so much, they phased it out the menu few years back and always remember everytime we made an order.

Really like the kumara fries and the Burnout chicken burger here, a bit overpriced but worth coming every once in a while for the yum burgers. However, I saw one of the staff constantly using their phone while making my burger, not a good hygiene practice :(

Always good consistent quality from this store. <br/>Excellent staff and service, good value for money. Only ever had one poor experience which was during the lettuce crisis of 2017 but not the stores fault.

$24 for a hamburger fries and a coke!!!! Think about that for a minute folks. Twenty four dollars for a burger combo. Hmmmm. Better be the best damn burger in the world for that money. Better be the best damn experience eating a burger in the world. Hmmm. It's a nice burger but it has to be the worst value for money of any dinning experience out there. I can't help think that if there was a more reasonable offering then the place wouldn't have been almost empty at lunchtime. But then they may also be the very very loud music blasting out of the speakers. Not somewhere I'd hurry back to.

Had their special limited time offer Harujuku Burger and instantly fell in love with the burger. Nomnom...basically East meets West all in one bite.<br/><br/>Fries wasn't the best, could be better.<br/><br/>Nothing particular stood out other than my burger.

After having a dissapointing meal at the Takapuna branch recently we decided to get takeaways from Windsor Park. What a horrible burger! Both myself and hubby ordered CnCheese and we ordered a kiddies burger meal for my son.<br/>Our burgers were terribly charred and had a burnt after taste. The burgers actually looked slapped together. Definatley not made with love! When you are spending quite a bit of money for takeaways after work and are hungry only to be dissapointed as staff cannot take pride in preparing a decent meal for their customers!<br/>The worst part was that my sons kids burger was so so charred that it was inedible we ended up giving it to the dog. It was so dry that even the dog was choking on it. Really angry as my son just said "I dont want to eat this mummy". I felt so sorry for him as we were all really hungry, and usually it takes a lot to get kids to eat their food so you buy them what they like and then its bad quality! Even their chips were gross so overcooked, maybe they have reused the oil too many times. The chips were too dark and tasted like burnt oil! What an awful meal - never ever going back to this branch again. Seems like when its takeaways they make a mess of it! I dont even want to give them 2 stars! Feels like burger fuel quality in general is going down - branch dependant though!

I love Burger Fuel. Their Ring Burner and Kumara fries are to die for. My family always orders take away from Burger Fuel on the weekends and it's been a great experience with burger fuel till last night. I phoned in and placed my order at 6:50pm. I was told that my order would be ready in to 25 minutes. I landed up at the restaurant at 7:20.....that's 30 minutes after placing my order and was told it wasn't ready and would take another 5 minutes. Fair enough, it Friday night and a busy time. After 15 minutes of waiting, I stepped up to the counter and asked what was happening and that I'd placed my order 45 minutes ago, the girl at the counter made sure she corrected me by telling me I only got there 15 minutes ago and then told me it would take another 5 minutes. If you can't process orders on the phone. then don't give that option!

Service : WOW!<br/>Execution : EXCELLENT!<br/><br/>I got the 1/3 Pounder with cheese which hit the spot. It was a large burger for under $10. Perhaps this could be my new go to burger joint. Also came with a little device to help hold the burger together which I thought was neat. 5 out of 5. Will definitely go back and try their passion fruit milk shake along with another burger. I felt the atmosphere here was quite hip and the staff seemed pretty in sync with the times. perhaps this place might float your boat.

Was excited to see that the SantaBoars burger is back at Burgerfuel for Christmas already. Wasn't too pleased to tuck into the luke warm pork inside my burger once I got home five minutes later though. Oddly, my fries were still piping hot and my burger was the last to be received out of my friends who were also with me. I've never had a problem eating burgers that have been takeaway in the past as they've always still been warm. My only guess is that pork chops cool down faster than a mince patty maybe. Who knows. Anyway, the pork was way chewier than I ever remember it being. Very hard to chew. Probably won't be ordering this over the Christmas break any more and will just stick to my safe option which is the Peanut Piston. Spicy chicken fenders are good though and the dipping sauce is great kick.

Can't go wrong with Burger Fuel 🙌🏼 Went for my go to, Bacon Backfire and asked for a tiny bit of extra Jalapeño sauce. Was charged an extra $1.40 for the sauce which was a bit much but the added taste was great 👌🏼

Ordered a C n Cheese and had to wait for a while for the food to be prepared. I really enjoyed the burger it was cooked well and it had good flavour, I was slightly surprised since last time I ordered one in a different burgerfuel location the burger pattie ended up burnt.

I give this store a 1.5/5 because the food deserves a thumbs up.  <br/>The last two times we have made a phone order so we could dash in and pick it up without the wait.  Both times we have ordered, come in 15-20mins later (as they told us on the phone) to find out the order was not complete.  Actually both times they hadn't even started cooking the food.  What makes it worse is the service from the young people at the counter is below average and they even manage to take orders while we are waiting in the shop and get the other people their food first.  When we asked the counter staff why, they just shrugged it off like we had the problem.<br/>We will not be going back there.

I had the 1/3 pounder and chips. Was good. But my favourite 2 things of Burger Fuel is the 'Doofers' never heard or seen anything like them before but they so obvious and the Aoilia sauce with garlic. Too die for...

A great place for vegetarian burgers. The staff are always really friendly. I've only ever had one burger that was slightly dry but I'll consider that a one off. Waiting times are good, even when it's busy. Will continue to be a regular!
