Amazing service, I have been here a few times and the woman serving is very polite and professional. She makes the pitas to a brilliant standard.

Been to get my lunch at pita pit yesterday.The lady name Mariana if I am not wrong, she was very friendly and the best customer service. The way of talking was so nice and served me very well. She really deserved 5 star rating for her customer service. Can't wait to see her again there.

Manukau branch is better, portion size and price is reasonable. Taste quality and service acutally good as well. Better Salad options than Subway.

Good place for a healthy meal, this branch is easier to get in and out of than the other one in the Mall. They don't accept AMMEX which was a pity as I was after the shop small promotion.

Mmm yummy Pita Pit. Filled to capacity with your pick of foods. Nice clean little dining area for those who want to eat inside. Pita rolled up firmly for those taking it away. They could probably benefit more if they a larger variety of drinks.

Only had pita pit a few times but each time it was very pleasant the ingredients taste so fresh and the flavors all come together very delightfully within the pita. Such an easy an healthy option to go for when choosing something to eat

Went in store to make an order for catering for my 7year old sons rugby league team. The price was set for only $5 for each pita with a variety of different vegetables and meat. Which I thought was a wonderful price and I ordered 20 in total. The staff didn't know how to place my order so I had to communicate everything to the manager by phone and the staff took notes. I asked to get it delivered to the field at a tournament. With a little bit of hesitation they said yes without any extra cost. On the day I expected a phone call so I could meet them somewhere that was easy to access. Instead manager forgot my phone number at the store and walked around the muddy fields trying to find me. Eventually we got the pita pit. I appreciate everything they done and the kids absolutely loved them. It was so fresh, tasty and healthy and the parents want to order pita pit in the future.

Friendly fast good food generous topping on the pia and salad.tables needed a wipe but good pita pit foo other than that. Would pop in again for quick bite

Just recently started to take some food from here. It was started with the so many lunch meeting at the client office due to tight schedule of project works. Pita pit is the most frequent food we order for lunch. So many options to cater all demand from those team members. From vege, less spicy, with or without meat, you can end up with so many options. Since i always have to cater for those vegan people, non spicy food people, this food is just right. Can order online and pay online. Option possible for them to deliver or you just pickup. Taste is good, fresh and healthy. Recommended.

Ordered the Vegetarian Palenta Petita for $8.90. Service was fast and friendly. The ingredients and sauces tasted fresh. Asked for pretty much everything except for pineapple and olives. Pretty happy with my lunch. It was really filling for vegetarian and the girl was not stingey when filling up my pita. Thanks for my lunch guys!

Pita pita always leaves me feeling satisfied, full and guilt free! (When I don't overdo the sauces). I love how hummus is available as a sauce... Definitely a goodie in my books :) This branch in particular is quite good as service is good and it's never too busy so you don't have to wait in line foreverrrr

Unfortunately not a great review for this store. I ordered online and paid thinking the order would be ready when i got there. Yes i was a little earlier than the 23 min time window stated it would take on the order. I most definitely wouldnt be giving this review if this place was busy and i was put in order of how orders were placed, but if you ordered and your order was only started AFTER you arrived at the store with only one order on the grill and just one other customer in the store wouldnt you be unhappy ? When a customer complains you expect to be listened to, if you complain the to manager (and i assume owner) and get attitude and blamed for coming too early would you be happy ? ITS MY FAULT that i arrived at the store too early and she had done nothing wrong. All i needed was a sorry i'll make sure that doesnt happen again but when you cant see when you have made a mistake, dont wonder why your business is not doing well.<br/>This is a real shame as i actually like this brand and food but i would never come back to this store and wouldnt recommend it to anyone else. Being the closest store to work it means i will hardly eat here again as well.

So sucks to even write a bad review about pitapit cause I love pita pit just not in manukau it seems so full proof but the staff are under trained in safe cooking especially with poultry and the germs that go with it after ordering a chicken Caesar pita and wedges I was sick for days after becuase the chicken wasn't cooked properly white on the outside pink on the inside, and the wedges weren't cooked they just put them on the hot plate with the uncooked chicken for 3min and then serve it up to their customers to be frank its probly because the people that work there are like 15 years old and can't deal with waiting for food to be finished cooking before bagging it up and rushing you out the door

Veges are fresher than any other pita pits I have been to, others clearly use bagged carrots which make them dry this place uses fresh carrots they grate themselves. They don't skimp on fillings and the place is always clean and tidy when I visit. Wedges are crispy but I would avoid putting cheese on them because it usually dries up before eating. Service is excellent.

Bad! What a disappointment and disgrace to other Pita Pit chains...salad was old wedges were revolting! Bought them back to work and people even commented how horrible they looked..didn't offer to share but threw them in the bin! The girl who served me was lovely and polite, that was about the only nice thing about that place. What a shame I usually enjoy Pita Pit and was excited to find one close to work, won't go back!

I was a little apprehensive about going to the pita pit so many fast food options and I’m usually left hungry or unhappy with the price/quality. So I was very pleasantly surprised with my meal. Roast lamb- $8.90 for the petita . The staff where friendly and asked what I would like on the grill, Mushrooms, onions were added to the bite size pieces of roast lamb and she continued to go through the salad/ condiment options, which were then topped with the grilled ingredients, she then proceeded to tightly fold and wrap my petita. I went for the fresh option as opposed to having it toasted but it was still warm enough to enjoy. Overall it was very tasty and filling enough, I was tempted to add some spicy wedges to my order but as I was eating out all weekend, resisted and went with the healthy option. I was impressed and think Pita Pitt will now be my go to takeaways.
