Good Shisha. Very good pizza. They sell bitter black beer which is rarely available. The music was good too. The price of Shisha was $40 while the cafe next door sells a Shisha for $45.

What a dope place. I’m so excited to hang out here more. Friendly staff. Menu has plenty of options. Really generous portions. Lots of drink options too. Will definitely try shisha here one evening. My brother and I both LOVED our delicious food, and we will absolutely be back.

An amazing night at Caravanserai. Relaxed vibrant atmosphere combined with super friendly and helpful staff and amazing food at more than reasonable prices makes this restaurant a location you must visit!

The night and day experience is like night and day, my experience is based on the day time. The waitress was extremely friendly and attentive. Based on the lunch menu the prices are very reasonable with most options being $15 or $20. Food was really good with generous portion sizes, came out quickly and I had no problems with it. At least during the day I would highly recommend it, during night is a total different environment.

They did not take a booking well..even after calling them 3 times. The person wasn't able to understand a dinner booking for 5 people (weird for a restaurant).. They did however, arrange our table and accommodate us on arrival.. This is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. The food was awesome. And the shisha was very very good. So this definitely made our experience better.

Very modern and cool looking restaurant/bar. We had the vegetarian pide, garlic bread and the chicken garlic pasta. The food was good and the waiter/service was vers helpful and nice. We visit for lunch at sunday so the atmosphere was very relaxed

The best place for drinks and food, staff are phenomenal. If you’re looking for a good night with friends and family, this place is the best in the city.

Love the Sheesha every weekend I go for my smoke and food service is good .

Amazing food here. I will be bold and say I had one of the best chicken burgers in my life here. Picked it up on the lunch special too.

I love this place. Gives you a very cozy feeling. Their open steak sandwich and chicken were absolute scrumptiousness. I have attached the food pictures. The barista was very friendly and the attendants were very approachable as well.

Amazing food and amazing customer service! As a vegetarian, I am always hesitant about ordering food. However, it was a beautiful meal and right serving size.

Shannon is the best manager I’ve ever seen. I hadn’t been out in akl much, I travel all around the world and have truly found a favourite spot and even a friend for life I think! Good vibes. They make everyone feel comfortable and the service from all staff is immaculate . I cannot wait to return to NZ to visit and hang out with the people there !! Xx

Came here for shisha and drinks with my wife. Overall the vibe was quite nice and shisha was above average (hard to find decent shisha in Auckland I find). Unfortunately I didnt try the food, but the wait staff are very friendly, nice and helpful. They are currently doing some renovations and expanding the inside. Its quite busy on fri/sat nights. Would def come again if I have that shisha craving again! Double apple mint is the way to go!

Came to this place couple days before, and woukd never come back .I am super THAI FOOD LOVER , I have tried “PADTHAI” this dish here, it was the worst one ever, no THAI FLAVOR at all, noodles was undercooked , meat was cold. DISAPPOINTED AND PLZ CHANGE A NAME FOR THIS “ STIR-FRIED” noodles.

Ordered a Meat Lovers pizza and Deep Fried Platter, food tasted frozen and bland. Was told the card machine wasn't working when i was paying and realized i had been scammed out of change when i got back to my hotel. would not recommend!

Decent bar with decent food in Chancery square.<br/><br/>Honestly i’ve only visited this place for their drinks and seesha but I got to try their food and they were pretty good. Price wasn't that cheap but taste and quality was pretty good!

Mean place

Was hard to use zomato gold (told they didn’t do it) when paying, even though I had asked before. My partner never got his pizza that he ordered and service wasn’t good. Food looked amazing certain elements of the dishes weren’t nice though... the peppers tasted like they were from a jar wasn’t amazing some of the food. Overall the atmosphere was amazing and great vibe to it also just disappointing food.<br/>Drinks are good

Always a fun place to have a late night drink and snack. They are more on the $ side but the atmosphere and location makes up for it. They do classic drinks and a range of snacks that target many cravings.

Excellent! Beef short ribs, lamb shish, and pork belly were all tender and flavourful. Friendly service. This would be a good place for events.

This place used to have really nice and authentic Mediterranean food but now turned into a fusion south East Asian cuisine so if you are after middle eastern food it’s not the place for you. We enjoyed the meals we had last night however found them to be overpriced which is fine if the service we received was good. The manager was  just bluntly unhelpful. He ignored us the whole night just because we asked to be seated away from cigarettes smokers which he objected to saying this is an outdoor area I can’t control when people want to smoke. Pathetic really! We didn’t ask him to control when people smoke we just wanted to sit away from them. Will not be back for sure.

The food was quite good. I liked the lamb shish and pork belly. It was really good. The papaya salad was average.. The only thing that took a star off is the decoration. They used handwritten table numbers on a cup.

Tried the lamb shish and chicken wings, good size potion and seesha is always good here.

Came here for a quiet lunch and were the only diners there. The food here is really underrated because everyone comes here at night but I am strongly vouching for the dishes served here! We ordered the Lamb Ribs from the tapas, and Beef Short Ribs and Lamb Kebab from the Mains. I was pleasantly shocked at the quality and portions! Dishes arrived together which is a bonus, all served piping hot from the kitchen. <br/><br/>The Lamb Ribs (10/10) were insanely soft and fell off the bone with a gentle tug. They were marinated with a sweet and salty sauce and was so meaty with the perfect ratio of lean and fatty parts! I’m drooling as I write this, I would go back just for this. <br/><br/>The Beef Short Ribs (10/10) were massive! A thick lengthy slab of juicy tenderly braised beef that is soaked with the flavours of honey, soy, salt and other herbal seasoning. It sits on a bed of fluffy seasoned rice and nicely grilled mushrooms and other vegetables. <br/><br/>Lamb Kebab (9/10) was cooked so tender you can’t tell it’s lamb! Nicely seasoned and grilled, the lamb paired really well with red capsicum and purple onions on the skewer. Also loved the jasmine rice, grilled corn and juicy tomatoes! <br/><br/>Service was great, we were looked after really well and they were really patient with us! <br/><br/>Food: 10/10<br/>Price: 9/10 <br/>Service: 10/10<br/>Ambience: 8/10

Definitely another Zomato Gold restaurant that I would come back to! The food itself was really good! They’ve recently revamped their menu and the selection is great! Pad thai was surprisingly really nice seeing as this place is fusion.

Love what they've done with the menu and the place. Love the comfy chairs, pretty large portion sizes especially if you've got zomato gold. Had the pork belly, pad Thai and duck dumplings. The pork belly was really good, they have us do much of it as well. Pad Thai was pretty standard. Now the duck dumplings are actually fried glutinous rice dumplings (ham sui gok) which was kind of unexpected but not bad. Would probably come back to try their tapas menu.

Such lovely food. They are open late so was pleasantly surprised that we can find such nice food after 10pm. The lamb skewers were nice and juicy. We even got a free dish with Zomato Gold. The food is diverse and done amazingly. Fantastic and friendly staffs (shoutout to Ram and Ankush). The owner is very friendly and engaging, makes you feel like a family. Perfect spot for dinner and shisha, or a night out (pres) during the weekends.

The new Menu exceeds all my expectations, the flavour, freshness and quality of food is similar to a 5star restaurants but you wont be paying the big bucks! Friendly Staff, Great Service and even better food. Oh and Shisha! What else can you ask for? Highly Recommend!!!
